This is my favorite place to go! They’re incredibly kind and do great work my acrylic nails last at least a month before I need to do them!! No lifts no breaks.& the pedicures are extremely relaxing and well done I always walk out knowing I have baby soft feet.

I usually dont leave reviews but this is the worst service Ive ever received in a nail salon. From the very second I walked in. I buzzed in the and male owner semi opened the door and let it shut in my face. The towels they used looks like the towels they use to clean the floor. When I asked if shr doesnt use a base polish prior to painting my nails, she initially acted like she didnt know what I was talking about, started yelling and then went to get it. As she was painting my nails, her hair was shedding on the painted nails. I thought I was on a prank TV show bc this cant be real. Never again.

Horribleeeee, overpriced for a ghetto job. I asked for a “hombre nails design” and got nothing but cuts all over my fingers and a horrible nail job. The first picture is the one I wanted and show them. The next pictures the one I got done, sooo ghetto looking ugh! Never coming back.

Had to get gel nail as she said was only thing they offered. Didn’t really do cuticles for mani or pedi. Rushed both, no scrub on pedi, no massage, barely washed feet, didn’t take off excess polish for mani or pedi. Just bs. Hard pass on this ever again. If you want a decent experience or even quality or even a clean sanitized experience go elsewhere. Nothing was even sanitized. Just bad bad bad

They are super clean and do nails VERY well. Strong and clean shape ... HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My eyebrows came out beautiful.

Best nail spot I’ve ever been too!!! Nails definitely stay on long, they take the time out to focus on problem areas and tend to your every liking, They even have cute colors for every occasion. Get with them or get lost.

Its this young nail tech in there she does well.

I been here before, good prices and the nails last! My sister got her nails done here 2 weeks ago and they look like she just got them done yesterday. Don’t go to graceful nails on communipaw!! rude, unprofessional and overpriced. Nails on Bergen is a CLEAN nail salon!!!!, graceful nails is disgusting way too many files.

Had a 12 pm appointment was assisted soon as I walked in.. Temperature checked, sprayed with sanitizer and wecomed. The salon only seat 3 and very clean and spacious.

Linda did my Mani and Pedi today and when i tell you she worked on my big toe like Shanaynay did Myra feet on Martin lol she did that

When you want to relax, be pampered, feel/smell safe, check it out!! They are very professional and pay a lot of attention to detail/do great painting job. All in all: I will recommend this place for sure!

Amazing.First time here today.I usually just get a polish change and I found that when I go to other places they dont take the time to do it well.Not only did Ruby nails do it fast but also made sure it was absolutely perfect! And not to mention the massage chairs are the best.A bit pricey but definitely worth it!!Definitely come back, thank you!

I called up this salon and they confirmed in me very fast. My staff is incredibly kind and cute. I have issues with ingrowns and she got them out every time. Its been over a week and the polish is still holding tight to my nails. Thank you so much.

Great service as always

If you have 2 hours to spend on a simple and mediocre full set or manicure or pedicure this is the place. Workers are so slow and the older lady with short hair I had seemed as if she didn’t know too much because of the quality work I recurved. Colors are also old and they still have them out but then say they can’t use them on you. Waste of money. Way too over priced for the work.

They spent their time and made sure I liked them. I received so many compliments about my nails. Im completely satisfied with the overall service. I will definitely return to this place for a new pedi.

Been going here for years

Everyone there were taking entirely too long. One employee doing nails the other employee taking 10 mins for each toe nail on the costumer. The male designer was just sitting in the costumers faces which couldve been time that he either took over to do the pedicure or eye lashes if he learned.

I had to stop going in there because they made decisions on what they should do to my nails, not what you ask for. And they not paying for it...

An hour of peaceful pampering. . . thats all I ask. This place is clean and organized. Needless to say, I am a huge fan here.

Do yourself a favor and go to graceful nails down the street . The old lady was extremely rude, told her my nail polish wasnt smooth she kept using it finally told her I didnt want any polish because it looked horrible and she kept smirking and saying something in her language ...dirty towels, bad customer service never going there again!

This nail salon has Horrible customer service, they don’t take their time to do your nails. The lady doing my nails mess my nails up and refuse to fix it. I would never bring my service here again.

The worst nail salon!!! Horrible service. They rush on your nails just to take a cigarette break. I mean I had so many sores on my fingers from the machine. They don’t wash their hands! Just don’t waste your money they should be shut down

They also did executed them NICEEE. & Their work is excellent and beautiful salon. They have a ton of different gel polishes- Gelish, OPI, Shellac to choose from. I recommend this place to anyone who will listen.

I didnt want shellac on my toes, so I did standard (I havent let anyone else touch my nails!). Im sure be back to get a mani full set & this salon is incredible!

This is the worst nail salon ever. As in the are careless. They dont care for customer service at all. All they care about is the money. I did my eyebrows there and it looked as if I havent done my eyebrows for years. I went back to have them fix a day after and suddenly the women had amnesia about doing my eyebrows. However, she was speaking in her language and laughing. DO NOT EVER GO THERE. THEY ARE NOW MANGAGED BY A NEW OWNER AND THE ARE HORRIBLE. THEY LADIES THERE DO NOT KNOW HOW to do EYEBROWS. THEY BURN YOU WIth THE GLUE AND BRUSIE YOUR FACE ND STILL VERY MUCH UNAPOLOGETIC. The WORST NAIL SALON EVER..
