LOVE this place. Ive been going here on and off for over 5 years. NEVER have I ever gotten bad nails or service. If theyre busy I wait or come back. Beautiful design for my daughters wedding.

I loved going there to get my nails done because they would do the same exact thing I asked for (from a picture) but these past 2 times I went, they were trying to do something different. I had to tell the lady more than once that I wanted the same exact colors and designs as the picture I was showing her on my phone. NOT happy at all and NOT going back.

I mean the service was decent and it was an ok experience but I just got these done a few days ago and although they look nice one tip just chipped off with the slightest bit of pressure and I’ve never experienced that. Not happy.

I never write reviews and I felt the urge to come on and write something about my serivice. I was very skipical when I came in. My nail tech started with cuticals and then paintied my nails. I said, Arent you going to shape them first? She said, no after, it lasts so much longer. BOY WAS SHE RIGHT! I got my nails done 7/3 and the shellac is still on and still looks great! It usually starts pealing in a couple of weeks. It has been almost 4 WEEKS! Im very impressed!

They didnt speak much English which is fine but they need more non verbal cues for people to understand. The place was also very dirty. I get being busy but it takes 15 seconds to sweep or wipe a counter! Over all my pedicure lady did a good job but my friend did not receive the same and it was disappointing!

After my last experience, which was also my first experience, (at a different nail salon) I was very worried about how they were going to handle doing our nails, however they turned out beautifully and the staff treated us kindly. I am definitely going back here in the future!

Great experience. My wife had the best experience so far. They were very talented and go here in fast.

This is the place i normally go service was great any other time but this time it was just horrible. Lady that worked there fell asleep in pedicure chair. Man that did my nails was very rude. i will go back one more time if service is not at least decent please do not expect to see me again.

If I could post a picture.... Not even an hour in the paint had peeled up... I had a French gel... I am beyond disappointed!!! The white is still wet! She clearly knew she was doing a bad job she kept telling me I could come back to have it fixed... I have a wedding to go to!! Are you kidding? I am not going back even for free!

The employees are very nice and do a good job. Prices are reasonable.

Not happy with what i got. I got the dip and it was 50 dollars. It looks bulky and not very good. I wont be returning and i will be going back to us nails. Dont go here! They also dont cover their coughs and their rude and dont know how to do their job!

I had a pedicure at Regal yesterday and it was the worst experience for a pedicure I have ever had! The water was scalding hot to begin with, then the lady was so rough with me, she was digging under my nails and creating a lot of pain, was saying ouch and pulling back and she just ignored me. She rubbed my feet so hard when I told her my foot was bad and created more pain for me. I could not wait for the pedicure to be over with. Will never ever go back. Oh, and the place was so dirty, floor, everything hadnt been cleaned in quite some time. I couldnt post til I gave it a one star, which I didnt even want to give them that

Girlfriend went and they stepped on her toes accidentally, and only fixed one of the nails. Made her pay extra money for gel matt she didnt want, and cut her and her friend 3 times and caused them to bleed. Absolute horrible experience and I dont recommend this place to people who want their nails done correctly.

My daughter and I went in to get pedicures while my husband grabbed a few things. I would not return. My pedicure was so rough and painful! Not enjoyable at all! Also watched her use a dremmal like tool on one woman and then go to use it on me. So disappointed.

F-ing horrible. I told the lady on some many occasions she was being to rough with her work. Did not care what so even. She did the most horrific job I have ever seen in my life. Also its good to know she can just talk away on the phone with a friend or family almost the hole time. And I will be contacting Walmart they should not have a business with in there store that gives them a bad name.

Always friendly and accommodating. They do a great job and prices are reasonable.

Over priced! $50 for full set plus tips are you kidding?? And the lady that did my nails was so rough and hurted my finger nails and Im still sore it was my first time and last time there...then the girl was facetiming while doing my nails .

The workers there are very nice and they make sure they do an good job their the only shop I will go to in janesville.
