I love coming here I am always greeted by someone they may be busy but my wait is only 5 or 10 minutes. They do such nice work and they are so clean. I feel happy here.

Great place!! Friendly and they do a great job on nails, been there 2 times now and havent had no problems and prices are good!!! They also take their time with you, so your nails are the way you want them!! Pink was my first time going and the purple I just got done and wanted to go shorter and I love my nails!!!

I had a pedicure and dipped nails. During the pedicure, clean tools were taken out of the cellophane wrapper they were disinfected in. The place appeared to be clean and organized. Hannah did my pedicure and did a good job. Mikey did my dipped pink and white nails and did a great job. I’m looking forward to going back.

I absolutely love this place! I had a severe in grown toenail from playing softball and the nail technician took care of it with no issues and saved me! All of them are so nice and loving! 100% recommend!

They are always amazing, but today they were amazing with my daughter and gave her exactly what she wanted.

I treated my daughter from Denver to a pedi mani for the 4th of July weekend. We usually go to Lee Lee but a trusted friend from a local winery said she loved this salon. I initially was just a bit sticker shocked as a dip manicure one color was 55 which is what she always gets and her regular pedicure was 40. 95 for the job. It was clean they took their time. I left a 25 tip. Sadly I saw my daughter Monday 5 days later and both her toes and nails were badly chipped. She has never experienced this and regularly has her nails done. I was extremely disappointed and she will have to go get her nails done this week in Denver. She is usually able to go 3 weeks. A lot of money which I don’t mind but the quality didn’t stand the test of time.

I am picky about where to get my pedicure done.I have tried multiple nail salons in Janesville since we moved here from Madison about 2 years ago. Hands down the best nail salon in town. The salon itself is nice and clean. The staff do a great job. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to Top Nails for awhile now....absolutely LOVE it here. Extremely clean, the open packages of tools they use, not reusing from other people! Excellent job! I got a set of acrylics for 50, it does seem like a lot but its worth it! When she was doing my nails she got my cuticle but said sorry very fast, but everything else was fine. I will definitely go back there

Awesome place! The techs are super nice and my daughter really enjoyed getting her nails done here. One day we were in a rush and they were booked up so we went to another place. When we were finish, I asked my daughter what did she think? She said “ I don’t want to come back here, I would like to stay at Top Nail because the people there actually talked to us and was genuinely interested in how are day went.” She’s 14 and she pays attention to everything.

I went in on a day right before a holiday weekend where everyone including my normal girl on my side of town was booked. I called the shop because I was in the area and did a google search. When I walked in I was greeted and immediately seen. My tech was very sweet and engaging. She took her time for my nail take off and a new set. They looked great and I will be going back. Its a bit of a drive but might be worth it for the service. Its hard to find a nail person that does designs as well so thats the next step. Im in the city once a week as of now so I hope this is a service that will continue of Im making the drive! Never gotten a fill in with them will see how that goes. Pedicure one day and Ill update. Oh yeah and theres lots of polish colors to choose from.

Just stopped in for a fill while staying at a nearby hotel and my nails look great. Mai did a really good job and took her time to make sure they were the right length and shape. It only took about a half hour and prices were good . The salon itself is pretty cute inside and doesnt stink like chemicals which is always nice. Ill be back next time Im in town!💖

Every time I go to Zen I always have a great experience!!! I usually get a pedicure and a gel manicure. They do a fantastic job never had any complaints. Also great color selections. I recommend this place to all my friends!!!💝

I’ve been here numerous times. Mostly for the pedicures and a couple manicures. I LOVE them! They’re professional, clean, and have a large selection of colors. They always have a great attitude and willingness to make it the best.

Myself and my teenage daughter found this place about 6 months ago and we will now go nowhere else. You need to make an appointment but the wait is never long. The techs are gentle and incredibly skilled. They can do ANYTHING!

This place is awesome! Very nice, clean, friendly, and professional. I didnt have to wait at all for a pedicure and manicure. All the workers here speak English and not their native language! After a long day at the botanical gardens, the massage chair was what I went for.But what I got was 10 perfect fingernails and 10 perfect toenails!Serendipity brought me there, but Ill come back any time Im in town!

Giving this place one star is gracious. I requested the luxury paraffin pedicure for $45 and got below a basic pedicure. I went with someone else and she had got the same treatment and the technician doing hers did a fantastic job & would agree was worth every penny. Unfortunately The “luxury” treatment I was receiving was poor, which I could have got over, but even the polish on my toes was terrible. Parts of my toe nails were exposed and clumpy. In an attempt to express my concerns quietly with the owner, she then tried to argue with me. I did not want to make a big deal out of it I just wanted to explain that was a poor job & if you are offering a luxury foot treatment then make sure you have a technician willing to offer that service. I would not go back, and would recommend booking your service at another spa. I’m sorry but I tried to quietly resolve the issue at hand and the owner did not and would not compromise. I assume they need all the money they can get to pay for the ac bill because it was also 100 degrees in there. Very disappointed and very upset.

I have to say I am so thankful I stopped . I am here once a month for work and truly had yet to find great service with affordable pricing and this is it! Enjoyed an amazing shellac manicure, quality and service was amazing and price point very fair. Highly recommend and this will definitely be my go to!❤️

This place was great, although it was a little far from my area it was worth it. I got exactly what I wanted, the staff were nice, and it was clean. I got a new set of acrylics done and eyebrow wax,They are absolutely beautiful, and I will definetly be coming back. In all, the price was good, staff was nice, cleanliness was good, and the end result was beautiful.💗💞

Needed my nails fixed and decided to give this place a try. I wasnt happy with where I have been doing, and I absolutely love my nails, she was so nice and helpful. Super clean place, nice atmosphere loved how my nails turned out! Im excited to see what the pedis are like. Ill definitely come back from now on.

I first found Top Nails right here on Google. Then I went there. Wow. Ive never had such amazing customer service. They accommodate walk ins and also take reservations. Ive had the deluxe pedicure, as well as regular pedicure and a gel manicure. They do everything they can to make you comfortable. You never feel as if the technicians are talking about you as in other places. I cant say enough great things about this salon - the customer service is impeccable, and my nails are amazing! Im now rebooking on a regular basis because I love this place so much. Thank you, Top Nails, for being such an amazing oasis for my hands and feet!

The women here are really lovely and gentle with their work. Ive had do my manicures and theyve always come out perfect. My only critique is that theres too much pressure applied during the massage portion of the pedicures.🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌱🌱☘️☘️☘️🌱🌱🌱🌱

Very good, they were quick, but did great work. Other salons have been too rough, filing too deep or clipping too close. These guys are very conscious of what they are doing.

Ladies are nice, I like that you are in and out at a good time but prices are pretty high. I don’t get why it’s an extra $10 just to get coffin shape for nails and how it matters how long they are. I usually pay $40-45 at other nail salons but they charge $50 for acrylics. And two of my nails broke a week after I got them done and every time that happens to me at any other salon I get them fixed where I got them done for free but they charged $8 which has never happened to me before. I didn’t catch them on anything, they just didn’t do that good of a job on mine so two broke. She also didn’t even fix them right so they look different from all of the others! They aren’t that good to have their prices be so high.

I used to be a regular for years at U.s Nails when Id get tips done until they started being too harsh on my nails causing them to be in pain for days so I decided I needed a new place.I read some really good reviews on Top Nails and decided to give them a shot. . . To my surprise they did a decent job on my nails.Some pros- They take their time, are gentle when grinding nails, and works really well with your ideas and designs!Some cons- I paid 20 bucks more here then I would at U.s nails for a simple design( my end total was $60+ tip when I could get the same thing done for $45 at u.s nails) so definitely a bit pricey for tips, coffin style nails curve down way too much! They should be flat not curved very hard to work with and lastly the tips themselves where a bit crooked....So to be honest they both go hand in hand with eachother they each have their perks but I would say I like how they handled my nails.

Went in to get a set of gel nails for the first time. The salon was clean and the staff very friendly. I showed them a very decorative picture from and they said no problem, turned out great. I will be back again!🎋😇🍂🌾😂😃😝🌵🥰🌳

First time there i got a pedicure, it was great besides that the tip of my pinkie toe was cut and it hurt to walk for 2 days...second time there i got a gel manicure and it starting chipping on almost all of the fingers within 4 days of getting them done...I will never go back.

I called at 10:30a.m. and made an appointment for 11:20a.m. when i get here at 11:20a.m. they had no one available to do my nails i told them i had called they asked me if i was sure i called there. I showed her my phone calls and that i did in fact call classy nails she told me i would have to wait until someone was done. They are all very rude here and they are slow and not good work! Also they talk bad about their customers but because they dont do it in English they think people dont know!!! They told each other that i was a brat and not do a good job on my nails!!!! Really?!?! You wonder why people dont come here!!!!

Both of my daughters were in to get a 25 dollar set and a 30 pedicure. My older daughter wanted this design, they said they could do it if she upgraded. She did consent, but they did not do a good job and they refused to fix it. They walked in ready to pay 110. They walked out after paying 150. Then Paige hung up on me when I called to complain. Rude, shady operators.

They can NOT do nails !!! In 30 yrs of having Acrylic overlayed on my nails- NEVER-EVER had a LIFTING PROBLEM TIL I CAME HERE.

Had an awesome pre-vacation mani/pedi by the owner. She thoroughly discussed what I wanted for my nails and did a perfect custom pink and white manicure. The pedi lasted through a barefoot vacation and weeks beyond. My new favorite! Thanks!
