Why ?then I go to the salon again .and she tells me itll be refunded tomorrow the 7$ not the whole 44 plus 7! But just 7$. So still no refund . They owe me 52_ . Im beyond mD . Went to the nail salon to get a long set. The lady was doing good at first but then as she continued they got worse and worse.. trying to be nice I politely asked if we could just do a short set or if she could cut them down considering the fact they looked a mess long, she left it upon herself to then aggressively cut my nails off. Leaving my nails very short and to the skin. 0/10 would NEVER recommend for you to go here .

Conveniently located in the mall, I had a giftcard to use and went in for a simple manicure. The gentleman that did my nails did a wonderful job, was gentle, and easy to talk to. Loved the color I chose! Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

I have been a customer for several years. I consistently receive great results whether getting a full set, fill, eyebrow wax or pedicure. The deluxe pedicures are my favorite. Paula is my technician, and she treats me very well. It’s always a pleasure to be pampered by her.

The staff is very friendly and informative. They deal with hostile customers very well. The waxing that I get done always looks great. Although I did not plan on getting my nails done, I ended up getting a gel manicure and absolutely love it. I have gone here for quite some time. They remember your name and various things they have learned about you which is a nice personal touch. Pedicure chairs have been upgraded. They also have many things in place to stay safe with Covid-19 occurring.

My friend and I both got acrylics done, and we were both over-charged. On the “menu” it listed a full set of acrylics for $33, while I got charged $48 by my nail artist and my friend was charged $55 by her nail artist. We both got basic acrylic nails with no designs or anything special. My friend requested her nails to be shorter but her nail artist continued with the length they were. My friend also said she wanted a dark blue color, but yet she was given a light sparkly blue and ombré. I find this very unprofessional, especially workers charging more than the given price by making up their own prices.

Karen and Duke performed my services today! Karen applied eyelash extensions for me, as a walk-in and I love them! She did an excellent job!Duke did my manicure and pedicure! I had the a manicure with jel polish and a deluxe pedicure with jel polish! He gave me the best foot and leg massage ever! I highly recommend both of them! I was in and out, with three services, in 2 hours, but definitely didn’t feel rushed!

Got a gel mani/pedi the day before my wedding. It was a nice way to pamper myself and be spoiled for an hour or so. The person doing my nails was very nice and ready to spoil the bride to be. After 2 weeks my nails still look pretty good, aside from the fact that they grow so fast. Theres no chipping yet and the tips are just now starting to fade a little.

Got overcharged.... my nails were suppose to be $30 because I’m under 19 and they charged me $35 because the nails were supposedly long and my nails weren’t even long.... wouldn’t recommend coming here.... they definitely be trying to get down

I went in today for a fill, the color I had picked out ended up not being the color I wanted. I was too afraid to tell my nail technician. When I left my post appt. review I mentioned that situation in the comments. No more than an hour later the nail technician messaged me asking if I’d like to come in for a free of charge fix! Seriously so generous, of course i would still tip. However I’m busy all week, but just hearing that offer made everything feel a little better!

I showed a picture, I paid extra for gel, I was extremely flexible.... Then after my nails are done I notice the guy did what ever HE WANTED .... I said glitter on one nail.... He used the same brush for dip product, which made the glitter go on to every single nail when he ended up doing the gel with the same brush .the shape of my nail was supposed to be smaller due to the fact that I am a server and when I asked him to do it smaller he said he would not be able to do short coffin nls..THIS WAS MY NAIL PLACE BEFORE COVID . NOW I DONT KNOW IF THEU JUST DONT VARE OR WHAT ... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I love Fancy Nails! Karen is the absolute best at everything, including making me feel safe! In the salon there is Plexiglass between Clients and staff and masks are worn by all.I see cleaning and hand washing happening constantly.There is always Proper social distance between clients and the staff assisting them.The atmosphere inside is pleasant and welcoming.. I’m comfortable that Fancy Nails is following all the safety protocols which makes my experience there an enjoyable, satisfying and appreciatIve one each and every time.

I went and it was pretty good, besides the favt that it felt like they were rushing my nails, i had a few bumps on the sides ( i asked for coffin) and they werent exactly straight but they still look good i just fixed the sides myself at home.

I went in looking to get a set of acrylics.The lady that did my nails practically took off all of my skin around my nails. Not only is it very painful, but she also kept going over a hangnail that I had after I specified to be careful around it. In addition to this, every nail is almost a different length and they were painted very poorly! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

I went in without an appointment to get a full set of nails, luckily they take walk-ins, and Carla was super nice and very meticulous... She made sure my nails were perfect and the price was great too... Ill keep going back...

My daughter and I went on saturday I got a pedicure and manicure, my daughter just got a manicure. I have cuts all over my hands and toes from being cut by the man who did mine he was very rough. Nothing was enjoyable about it and it was very rushed. Super overpriced will never go again.

Husband and I received the Deluxe Spa Pedicure with the hot stone and paraffin wax treatment. Both of our technicians were very skilled and extremely thorough. We are both extremely pleased with our services and will be returning again soon.

My top coat on my nails is already off it came off on Saturday I only had 1 coat put on usely it was done with 2 coats not very happy.

The people are really friendly and asked me right away what i needed when i just came in. I asked for a gel nail service and the nail technician, Karen, did my nail. She was amazing and very talented. She took her time and very tidy about her work. I had a perfect set of nails and enjoyed every minute spent there. I have tried places closer to my home, and nope, I’d rather make the drive to come here instead and know that my nails are going to stay on and look great, and i get in and out most of the time in around a half hour, which is awesome for busy people like me, I go to Karen and she’s so fast and so good and they always look great. Staff is all very friendly. Great place!

Not sure if it was an off day but Im definitely not going to go back. I usually go to Nail Perfection but theyre closed on Sundays. I called ahead of time and asked for a fill-in and a gel color. I was told itd be $17 with color included. When I went in and showed them a photo of what I wanted, the person helping me had trouble communicating so another person translating told me that the shape I wanted wouldnt work with my length, so I said Id stick with my original oval shape. Then the woman doing my nails got confused and started doing a square shape and when I corrected her, she got frustrated. As she was doing my nails she said it would be $25 for fill-in. Then when I was almost done she said it was going to be $35. I was confused so when I went to pay, I asked her the difference between the $25 fill-in and the $35 price and she claimed that for a gel color fill-in, itd be $35. But on their sign, it says gel full set for $35 and underneath, the fill-in price says $25. It did not make sense and I definitely believe that she overcharged on purpose. I paid the $35 just to get out of there but I would definitely not recommend service here. I am just going to be sticking with Nail Perfection in the future.

I’ve went here a few times to get my nails done. Every time I have had a problem with the shape of my nail because they were uneven or because one nail was longer then the rest of them. They seem to only want to do your nails the way that they want them done and not how you want them done. If you want something unique they try to correct you and say you can’t do it. Also do NOT let them wax your eyebrows. I like my eyebrows thick and natural looking and the lady totally waxed off most the hairs on my eyebrow. Not only are my eyebrows way to thin now. They are totally uneven and I’m not a fan of drawing on my eyebrows, and it’s going to take forever for me to get my eyebrows to grow back the way I want them again. IM NEVER GOING BACK HERE!!!!!!!!

I will not be going back here. The tech who did my pedicure ripped part of my toenail all the way up to my cutical. I have never had a person do that. I got my nails done for a weekend trip to the Dells, now I have to hope my toe is healed so I can enjoy my trip. Buyer beware...

Awful service. So my best friend and I went in (with an appointment) and they said that we didn’t have one scheduled. And I said “We call earlier and she said we could” and they all denied. Smh. Then when we both got into our seats they started to talk about the girl’s toes that was across the room in a rude manner. And the woman that did my mani was very rough and wasn’t even looking when she was doing it. She also was very sloppy with painting the polish on. The man that was doing my best friend’s nails cut her. And they told us we HAD to have the gel. All together the price was about 150$. Would not recommend it. Never going there again.

Lady was super rude, well most of them complete rip off 50 bucks and she was in my face about my tip and I took that super rude and embarrassing I will be sure to let everyone know not to go there and I myself won’t ever go again. I was rushed through the pedicure and manicure and felt like I didn’t matter at all. I couldn’t understand the lady, and when I told her that she acted like I was being rude. My nails look awful, she cut my thumb with a nail file and just laughed about it, my daughter’s toenail was hurt by the man who did her nails, he didn’t do the right color and instead of fixing it he just painted over the wrong color so it looks awful, and I was way over charged and when I went to pay she tried to over charge me even more and just laughed. This is the worst nail place I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to go here. Oh and the man doing my daughter’s nails said Americans are all lazy. So I guess they’re also racist here. Which is ironic because we’re the ones paying your bills!! Shame on you fancy nails!

Not only were my nails the wrong base color the lengths were all differnt. The last ignored my request that I wanted them really long. She also used the nail file as if she was filing my skin. I have several cuts where I started bleeding because she would go so fast and sloppy .

The nail tech wanted me to do shellac and I just wanted nail polish. She wouldn’t stop asking about shellac while I was getting a pedi. When it was time to do my fingernails, she did it in the pedicure chair. I had to stretch my arms so she could do the mani. She placed the dish of water on my stomach! If I could give 0 stars I would! Very disappointed as this was my first time at this nail salon.

Do not go here! One of the worst Ive been to. Definitely not worth the $$ for the quality and it is very dirty. I had to tell the nail tech to change his gloves when he left me in the middle of my pedicure to go handle cashing out an earlier client. He handled money, touched the counter and pens and still came back to me and picked up the nail clippers to start again with out even changing his gloves. When I stopped him and asked him to change his gloves he seemed very reluctant to do so, but eventually did. Then the remainder of my $45 pedicure was underwhelming. There was a lot of rubbing and lotion application, but no massaging. Then came the dipping of my feet in the wax and it was extremely hot that I had to tell him to stop and let my foot out of the bag he was dipping my foot into. He let the 2nd bag cool down some before letting my other foot in, but this was not what I was expecting condsidering I have had countless wax dips on my hands and feet over the years. Very disappointing for what I was paying for.

The employees are extremely rude and the services are overpriced. i went in to get a fill and they said it would be $17. then they charged me $5 for and broken nail and another $5 because my nails were long! they constantly pushed getting gel polish even though i said no thanks about ten times. the technician doing my nails pushed me to get an eyebrow wax because “i could use one” would never go here again. awful service and the employees all have nasty attitudes.

Went in with daughter in law and grandchild for mani/pedi for $35.00 each very fast talking man and woman about grandchild needing gelmanicure rather than regular one and only $10.00 more so $45.00. Then kept talking andthrowing color wheels in our hands now we needed gel too. Finally since he would not stop talking we consented. Plus the three of them kept talking in their own language about us which was annoying. My daughter in law had started to pay at checkout and mentioned having 5.00 off coupons they he did not take off and suddenly the bill ended up at $185.00.So I went back and ours were $55.00 and the grandchild was 45.00 and she had given 30.00 tip 10 for each... long story short they talked about us the whole time, conned us into services we did not ask or want and did not take coupon off. Will not go back there!!!

Wish I could give it 0 stars. First time here and never going back. Dude was completely rude I was trying to figure out a color and when i got done he said oh you’re ready now? I handed him 3 bottles (was getting a mani/pedi) and he said oh wow. Was rough and rude when doing my pedicure. When it came to taking my set off he was rude and argued about the prices even though the price was right there. He wanted me to pay more than what their set prices are. He complained about how much work it was to do my nails(simple set take off and regular manicure) when he walked away he complained to his coworker. Idk how someone can think treating a customer like this will want them to come back

My wife Johanne went there and got her nails done for the first time and they totally messed up her nails and would not fix them. Then we went back to get them removed and the minute my wife sat down the lady put her headphones in. Johanne told them what she wanted and they kept trying to get her to buy other services and my wife kept saying no thank you and the lady got rude. She removed her nails but filed them damn near to the skin and she can hardly use her fingertips now and now she has to wait for her nails to grow back to get them done again. Then the lady came up looking for a tip. Horrible service and uncomfortable atmosphere. They also seem to be racists acting like they are better then everyone else. If I could give no stars I would this place is horrible. Defiantly do not take your daughters there for prom. They are just looking for a quick buck off of you they dont intend to do a good job.

I walked in there asking to get a simple gel polish manicure. Before I called in and asked how much it would cost for just a gel polish manicure and they said for the manicure it would be $25. So then I proceeded to go in and got my nails and manicure done and they said “$35” and I said no not what you said over the phone. During this expiernce the lady was very rude and cut me not once but twice. Overall the expiernce was bad and I will not be coming back in the future. (If I didn’t have to put a star I wouldn’t)

Maybe today was an off day, but when I arrived, everything was chaotic. One person telling me to sit in one place only to have another person yelling across the room no no no then moving me again. I was sitting down with someone in front of me for five minutes before they asked what I wanted. I was then moved to another seat only to be pressured into doing something that I didnt want. After I told the gal that I didnt have the money to spend on the gel nail polish, she seemed disgusted that i didnt do as she told me and it showed in the final outcome. She didnt speak to me again until I had to move into another station. I felt that this whole experience was more stress than it was worth and that the money I spent to get my nails done was wasted on a poor looking nail job.

Very disappointed and upset! I went there fo get a fill done and the rushed the job and drilled so deep into my real nails that I was in so much pain afterwards! Now I have to wait for my nails to get heathly again before I can even think about just doing a mani. DO NOT GO HERE!

Life is busy...I enjoy an hour or two of downtime at Fancy Nails now and then! The staff is friendly and the salon is clean.

I went here early this afternoon for the 1st time to get acrylics put on. on the borad it says $28 when im all done to pay its $40 and im thinking what the hell. The lady there did not communicate english very well. i am happy with the results of my nails but i wish that they didnt over price them.

I came to this nail salon BECAUSE of the great reviews this place had. I was excited to come here, but was greeted in a very unwelcomed matter. The old woman who did my nails was incredibly rude, she made no attempt to conversate with me and shrugged me off when I initiated conversation. Furthermore, most of these comments claim the women are so friendly and smiley. There was this one woman next to me getting her nails done as well, and she was just such a sweet lady, gushing to the woman doing her nails how great of job she always does. The woman only responded with a flat face and just kept shrugging her off, much similar to the woman I had. She kept jerking my hands and rushed my arcylics; they were bulky. Incredibly bulky. When I tried to be friendly and said my nails looked better, she just rolled her eyes. All I could think was RUDE! She also ripped me off by charging me an extra 5$ because I wanted my nails to be filed sharp than squared. Im never coming back and I would strongly recommend not coming here. I also found out these people DONT have liscenses to prove their credibility. Once again, dont come here. You will be greeted by an unwelcome atmosphere, get ripped off, and get a bad nail job.
