I called in and made an appointment for a regular manicure, on Google it says they offer a hot mits manicure with regular polish for $25. Ive only gotten my nails done a couple times in my life at different places where my friends take charge of what Im getting done, so I dont really understand the whole process and what you have to say. The lady who did my nails just asked me if I wanted just my real nails and not longer, which in reply i said correct. So she starts doing my nails using this powder (at the time I didnt realize this but this is the dip nails and I have since did research on dip nails, there are some concerns on if this is sanitary because of dipping everyones nails into the same can of powder). This costs $45 at NP. So Im not sure if they really do offer a regular manicure or not, or she just assumed I wanted the dip nails.Because I was so happy with how my nails turned out and the quality, I didnt say anything and I didnt mind paying the extra money because I knew they would last longer. The people who worked there were friendly, the place seemed pretty clean and they had large TVs playing HGTV to keep you entertained. I will go back in the future. But if youre going in there to get a regular manicure just be prepared.

Usually this place has good service but the pedicures I had today was horrible. Wont be coming back, 30 dollars for plain nail polish, not even gel

I was in and out in less than 20 mins. There was a lady getting a pedicure when I sat in my chair.... and she was still getting a pedicure when I left. This lady didn’t even bother to really exfoliate my feet. I won’t be back.

I had Lynn (Idk if I spelled it right) and she was so fast and professional. This was my first time getting my nails done and I love them. I was very nervous going in during all this stuff but I felt very safe. It was also very clean looking.

Beautiful place, friendly staff. Used to love getting my nails done here but if you end up with the wrong lady you will be very unsatisfied. Uneven file and length with my new set. Bumpy and uneven gel, big gap by cuticles. A lot of unnecessary residue around nails. Honestly I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m very unhappy with this nail job.

Ive had my nails done here before and they do a nice job but the pedicure was disappointing. My feet were scrubbed for maybe 30 seconds and in total the pedicure was maybe 20 minutes long. No hot towels, no scrub soap nothing. Very disappointing for over 40 dollars. I even convinced my fiance to come with me and get one and his first experience was less than thrilling. He obviously didnt get polish and his pedicure cost me just as much. 80 in total for something I could have done better at home.

Came in today for two mani/pedi’s. My husbands “manicure/pedicure” lasted all of 15 minutes. My gel “manicure/pedicure “ lasted about 30 for BOTH. I did not get a massage at all during my manicure, and about a 30 second massage in my pedicure. We barely even got to soak our feet. My polish bubbled up on my toes, my toenails were not filed evenly... there was no scrub used, no exfoliation.I have worked in the spa industry for a long time, I have also gotten many a pedicure. I have. Never been rushed in and out so quickly. I’m so disappointed. We were really looking forward to this. Not at all worth the $105.

Very classy salon. I have always had good luck going here. My acrylics always turn out beautifully. The nail techs are very gentle with using the drills and such while sculpting my nails. Good price and good experience. I can’t recommend this place to enough of my friends.

Lynn, Elaine are wonderful at doing nails. We get dipped nails and an occasional pedicure. Thru this covid pandemic they have handled our safety %110!!

Very clean inside and all staff were friendly. They charge extra for using a card instead of cash which is disappointing. The woman who did my manicure was so sweet and friendly and very talented I should say. Its just unfortunate that she didnt understand conversational English. I didnt expect her to be fluent but to be able to answer nail related questions because I had quite a few. She still did an amazing job so thats fine but communication is so important when doing business and I think they should focus on that a little more.

I enjoyed how my toes looked after getting two pedicures, but that enjoyment didn’t last long, my toes chipped after one day of having them done. Also my most recent visit that I made an appointment for was quite disappointing, the man who was supposed to give me a pedicure basically stuck my feet in water, scrubbed them for 30 seconds, painted them and called it a pedicure, I got no massage, I don’t even recall if I got the hot towels or not, and he didn’t scrub the excess dry skin off so my feet felt very dry when I left. My polish started chipping a day after I got my so called pedicure. I understand there were other customers but when you’re working with one person you should only be worrying about satisfying them, and then when you’re finished, do the same with the next customer.

Have never been disappointed with the quality of their work. Ive had my nails done by almost every single person that works there and I have never had a bad experience. They are professional, talented, and care about the work they are doing. The prices are pretty much the same as anywhere else. They are very careful too. I took my friend with me at one point and she normally has bad luck with nails salons because they end up making her bleed or messing up her nail beds, she was thrilled that they did such a great job that she had no issues like that at all. Im telling ya, go check them out. They accept walkins, but I recommend calling first just in case

My new go to place tranquil open concept space and colors. 2 large tvs with beautiful handwash station. Nail techs are pleasant and nice. My nail tech Tony gave the best leg message I was ready to fall asleep.

Best nail salon in Janesville! I would never choose any other nail place! They also have always done great with my eyebrow waxing! Very friendly and accomodating staff that takes pride in their work. Janesville is lucky to have them!

The tech I had was very helpful, like she recommended not getting white because it yellows in the sun. Yet, the manucure dip process felt rushed. There are a few noticable mistakes, but overall she put on a lot of coats and cleaned up my manicures. Temped to give a three based on how the price change from $35 to 42 based on it being a dip manicure( my usual place does not charge that much).

Very disappointed reviews give the 4.7 but I definitely did not get a 4 star rating my nails looked horrible. I went to model nails had them fix.would not waste my time at this place again and expensive. Plus the girl could barely speak English.

Not a great experience. Apparently when you ask for a dip manicure they just do the paint. You have to explicitly ask for what a manicure entails (I.e. taking dead skin off, pushing cuticles back etc.). And it costs extra. They also seemed like they were in a hurry to finish. Tried a new place and won’t be going back, will be returning to lee lees where I haven’t had a bad experience.

They are not closed when Google says they are. Just call. They are usually always open! Best job in the Janesville area.

After being a regular customer for many years went for a nail repair where I was litteraly yelled at from Lynn the owner in front of entire room of customers. Unprofessional to say the very least. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Worst pedicure I have ever had and paid $42 for it. It look 15 minutes while my daughter’s took over 1/2 hour. My feet look awful and I am on my way to my usual salon to get them worked on. This place just cares about pumping people through and collecting money. So disappointed!
