I was new to the area and had been so excited to get my hair done. I had brown hair that had lightened up with summer. I went in with the intention of darking it up a bit for winter (see picture) - but said instead of the bright blondes I wanted some maroons. The sylist had me pick out my maroon. The manager (Daniel) and my stylist talked for a bit on how to mix the products to achieve the color I wanted. Fast forward, my hair turned RED. I was so upset I started crying in the salon and the manager told me she had never used that color on wet hair before (mind you, they are the ones who washed my hair first). She apologied and told me she was sorry I had to be the test subject.It was SO bad they offered to do it AGAIN. I asked if I could just come back a different time (next day) and use someone else, and I was told no, they were offering to do it now only… so I went ahead. Nothing could be worse? By the time they washed the second round of dye out, it was their closing time, and they told me I would have to go home with wet hair. So, I couldn’t see it. And the result? Splotchy, red, dry hair. I’ve never felt so mortified and just.. ugly in my life. I was so upset and mortified, and all they seemed to think is that I was doing it for a discount. I paid my bill in FULL; I just wanted to feel beautiful.Edit:The owner, Emily did call and follow up on my review and did reimburse for my hair coloring. I mentioned that I wouldn’t go back to have it fixed, as I already had elsewhere, but she seemed to understand and does really care about her business!

I was gifted with a $20 gift card from a friend. Bellasazi has always been my go to for couple massages. I have not gotten a haircut in almost 2 years due to Covid. My advice, do not walk, run and go see Mackenzie! She was so professional, sweet, and did the most incredible job on my hair. She showed me the right products to use and a new styling technique to get the beach curls I wanted. And they lasted! 8 hours later and they still look good! Got so many compliments, it was WAY overdue and made the wait worth it! Covid friendly and wore masks to protect me and my family. Already booked my next appointment! Thank you Mackenzie! ❤️

Wow! Blown away by the excellent experience I received today at Bellasazi. I had one of the best massages of my life with Tim, a rejuvenating facial with Shereen, waxing with Adrianne, Venecia did a fantastic job on my ManiPedi and brows. I cant say enough about how much I appreciated everyone that provided quality services today. Their logistics were impeccable. Such a kind and professional group with great skills! Planning to send my husband here for massage, skincare, and pedi services in the near future.

I have been going to this salon for 2 years and they never disappoint. I see McKenzie who is by far the best at doing my hair. I have been to countless salons previously to finding Bellasazi and I will never go anywhere else. They use Kevin Murphy which gives me zero rash or allergy like symptoms. (I have a very sensitive scalp and get super itchy from other hair lines) They always are aware and make sure to only use what will be good for me. McKenzie and staff always go beyond and on to make me comfortable, feel relaxed and put a smile on my face! Thank you!! 😊

Dannieal and Mercedes were absolutely outstanding when it came to my bridal hair and the flower girls hair for my wedding. I cannot recommend them more. I normally have a hard time sitting still through hair appointments but my experience was executed very well while also being time efficient. I have a very thick wavy head of hair that goes past my shoulders and was receiving a complete updo. I was in and out in an hour! Anyone planning on doing a formal style knows how important it is to stay on track and on time the day of. While this appointment was speedy... it was also done well and I never felt rushed.If you are looking for a full spa & salon experience.. you have found the place.Thank you girls for everything!

She rushed through curling so they were more like waves not curls. Didnt even last an hour. For medium to long thick hair to be curled in the chair 20mins. and she was done. Any hair stylist knows for that length and density of hair takes closer to an hour to do and to spray the hair so the curls hold longer. She might need more practice. Glad only spent $20. Friendly staff though Ill give them that.

Extremely professional. Always clean and on time. Great selection of products and services. Stylists are well trained and up to date on the latest trends and techniques. More on the pricy side, but absolutely worth it for the quality of service provided. You get what you pay for.

Went in for a cut and color! Chandler was so helpful picking out a color to fit my skintone and cut to fit my face shape. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. A-Venecia also laminated my brows to PERFECTION and waxed them with almost no pain. 100% a returning customer!!

This is my second time with Mackenzie. She listened to what I was looking for (Balayage) and went over her thoughts. Ive got one final appointment to get to the blonde level I want (my hair is to dark to do in in one go or I would damage my hair) but Im loving the color! Her balayage skills are fantastic!

Mercedes did a great job, as always with my cut and color. She has such a friendly, easy personality that she is fun to chat with. She also is aware of what the customer wants and makes it happen. I would definitely recommend her and the entire salon.

Venecia was wonderful. I felt so relaxed and pampered for my entire appointment. I highly recommend spending the extra money on the spa pedicure with the calf massage and wax treatment! I was also pleasantly surprised when I checked out that I had a credit from a previous appointment! Those credits and wonderful service will keep me coming back every time.

I had my first airbrush spray tan experience with Adrienne. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I am very pleased with the results and will be back for another spray tan in the future.

I always go to Jenny for a wax and she always know how to make you feel comfortable! Super sweet lady, I go to her every time. Love the atmosphere of this salon, I recommend it to all my friends and family!

I’ve been going to Bellazazzi for a couple years now for my massage. I’ve always been highly satisfied. During Covid I was apprehensive about it so I had only been back once. I had a good experience this time but one thing I did notice that was concerning. I heard a lot of noise outside the room I was in. There was talking and the receptionist kept walking by with very loud clicking heels. I know it might sound petty but it’s never happened before and was distracting from the relaxation I was seeking.

Shereen was wonderful! I had an hour massage.

This was my 1st visit to Bellasazi and I really liked it. Great atmosphere when you walk in and the staff working at the front desk were very nice. I had a massage by Shereen Washington and it was AMAZING. Shereen is so nice and sweet and is very good at her job. The 90 minutes went way too fast. I felt so much better after my massage. I will definitely be back to see Shereen again. Thank you so much for a great experience.

These ladies are so inviting! This was my first time here and Jenny did my hair. She did exactly what I wanted and my hair turned out fantastic. Its been a while since Ive felt that way about my hair. Will definitely be going here next time I need my hair done. They also had a remodel (I never saw the original). The salon looks so modern and fashionable. All around a great atmosphere and experience.

I can’t speak on all of their services, I can only speak on the salon quality. Their other services might be fine, but I’m not happy with my salon experience. I went in to go from blonde to brunette, I was a little worried, because I heard horror stories in the past, but the stylist assured me it would be fine. I did a color consultation the day before as well, so I knew what I was going in for, and trusted that everything would be good. Afterwards and during, she mentioned due to my hair being so dry the tips might not look 10/10, they might need to be chopped (I did get a little cut that day, but nothing drastic) I didn’t want to lose more length so I figured I would just see what happened, then she recommended a leave in conditioner, saying it would help the tips of my hair, and my hair quality overall, which I purchased. My hair looked amazing when I left the salon, and I was very happy with it. Well now here we are, and my hair looks bad. It’s splotchy and streaky, you can tell it was dye over blonde hair, some spots look good still, but a lot of it doesn’t, in some lighting it almost looks like yellowish-green in the back(I’m hoping that’s just the lighting in my house, and it doesn’t look like that everywhere I go), this started about 4 days afterwards. I reached out to the business to see if there was anything they could do, and they said I had 1 week to come in to get it fixed(which has already passed, it’s been 3), they recommended another product I could try to help it, and anything done to fix it would be full price, I’m sure that’s a common policy for a salon, but I’m angry that wasn’t told to me in the first place, and I’m angry that I was told what I wanted was possible especially after having the color consultation(because I thought the color consultation was to talk about what’s possible). I think there was poor communication all around, from now on I’ll be sure to say something right away, I just didn’t think it would actually get this bad.

I have never been one to leave reviews but this was one of the most stressful experiences Ive had. Jeni the girl I was assigned to was extremely rough on my hair and head. I have scratches on my forehead and a headache from all the times she aggressively pulled on my hair. Definitely never going to her again.

I was in to see jenni for a haircut. Its been a year growing out a bad cut from another salon. Omg!! Jenni was so awesome. She did everything i wanted. Im so happy.

As someone who has never dyed my hair before, I was pretty nervous going into my color consult, but also knew I really wanted to do something fun. Jennie was my stylist and I couldnt recommend her enough.She was patient and answered all of my (probably dumb) questions at my color consult. A week later I went in to get my hair done and told her right away that I felt like I might cry at the end: not because I wouldnt like it, but because it was going to be such a big change. She explained each step of the process and made me feel at ease the entire time. I went from a dark sandy blonde to a brunette/blue balayage (I had no idea what that word meant a week ago. ha) in 4 hours and I love it! No crying was had, and Im excited to keep up the fun hair for awhile. :)

I’ve been searching for a salon for over a year now and I’m so happy with Bellasazi! I had my hair cut by Dannieal and a massage from Shereen. While checking out, I realized I wanted to also grab some products and there was someone right there willing to make sure I got what was best for my hair type. All were very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly and I will for sure be returning!

Massage was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. They used warm towels and soothing oils and the woman asked if the pressure was to my liking. Relaxing music was played I would recommend to anyone needing a great massage or facial. Definitely worth the price.

Ive been coming to this salon for years, and have always had an excellent experience! Ive never had a bad haircut from this salon, which is why I will continue to always come back here. The staff is very warm, welcoming, and professional and always makes sure that youre as comfortable as possible. You often feel like youre a part of the salon while there! I get my haircut by Danielle (fantastic stylist would highly recommend) she has always done my hair PERFECTLY! Danielle often recommends new things that I could do to change up my look, which I like because Im normally stuck in my ways about my hair. Every time I try something different Danielle nails it and it looks amazing! Ive gone to many other salons in the area in the past and have NOT had the same satisfaction that I get from Bellasazi. This salon is by far the best salon in southern Wisconsin! Bellasazi has continued to win me over everytime I receive a haircut there! Which is why Bellasazi will continue to receive my business for many years to come! Bellasazi is a FANTASTIC salon and I would highly recommend them to anyone who would ask me!

Im happy that that customers seem to be happy with the services offered. I am NOT happy with their customer service though. I bought a gift card over the phone to surprise my friend w/ a spa package. I asked the person processing the transaction to SPECIFICALLY indicate clearly what the gift card was intended for. She wrote down a message that I wanted included, but did NOT write down what I wanted the gift card intended for. Called salon to try and rectify the error. Their response? We cant stop a customer from using the gift card on any service they want to use it for. That wouldnt really be fair to the customer. Ummm... how about its not fair to me that they screwed up the intention and would not even bother to see the simple logic and try to rectify their screw-up!! Whatever you do, dont buy a gift card online or over the phone if they are NOT going to mark down what the gift card was intended for. If the company I work for did the same, wed do everything in our power to make the purchaser satisfied. If we didnt, wed go out out of business. Not a good business model Bellasazi, not good at all.

Phenomenal salon with a fantastic group of people working there. Ive been coming here for years and have always received exceptional service. One of the benefits is that this is a full service salon so my family and I have used pretty much all of their services. I travel frequently and things can get hectic with my schedule but they have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to try and accommodate my schedule. Im obviously a big fan and have recommended numerous people and all have been thankful for the recommendation.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I went in for highlights and three hours later got nothing but damaged hair. I showed the stylist some pictures of what I had in mind for highlights and she did the exact opposite. When asked how my services were at front desk I told them awful and that I was going to have to go elsewhere to have my hair corrected. I was still charged for a service that left me with damaged hair that will take months to repair. The owner had me come in to correct my service and that service just damaged my hair even more! When I asked her what the little pieces of hair that were sticking up all over my head were she told me thats new growth. I believed her until I went back to my regular stylist 6 weeks later because I wanted to give my hair a chance to repair some of damage that was done. My stylist told me that it was breakage from the damage they had done to my hair. It will now take me months to get my hair healthy again. Dont let this happen to you! Please,if this review can save one person from going through what I went through I will feel better.

I love Bellasazi. I have been going there since I moved back to WI in 2010.Emily always does a great job with the cut and color on my difficult to cut hair. In the past I have fired so many hair stylist because they dont know how to work with my very straight hair. She understands what I can and cant do with all my cowlicks.Also, I really love the fact that I get on an average about 5 complements a day when I am out and about around the the country and world.Everyone is extremely friendly like family and the atmosphere is very positive and fun.

I have always had an amazing experience at Bellasazi. The owner Emily is alway professional and looking for the best products to carry and use in the the salon. Emily has an amazing amount of talent and takes the time to create styles and color that work best with my features. She is the only stylist that I have ever been to where I have 100% confidence that she will make my hair look great every time! Whenever I get compliments on my hair, I do not hesitate to tell them where/who they should go to!

I went to Bellasszi a couple of weeks ago for the first time from a gift card I got for Christmas. I had an hour massage by Tim Tilton and it was fabulous! I hold my stress in my neck and shoulders and after getting a massage by him I felt so much better all over and very relaxed. He is very professional and I will definitely get another massage from him. As far as Bellasazi goes, staff was upbeat and friendly. After the massage, I had a facial and it was lovely. I will definitely be back.

I scheduled a haircut online but did not get my haircut. I have very curly hair and the lady was not comfortable and confident enough to cut it and rather than do it anyway, she let me know. Im glad she was able to tell me that she wasnt sure about doing it rather than butcher my hair by trying anyway. Thank you for that

So I was just in this afternoon for a massage. My appointment was at 11:30 and i was there right on time. When i got there the receptionist had my fill out a form which was weird since ive gotten many massages at the salon before. I waited for 10 minutes before Shareen brought me back. She acted as if she didnt even know me. Asked if ive ever had a hot stone massage before.Which I have many times by her! I work in a salon myself and I understand how hard it is to remember people easily, but ive been to her recently. When we got back to the room it took her another 10 mins to come back after i got settled. Its now 12pm. While waiting for her to come back I heard her yell at another employee down the hall. She sounded angry and her mood didnt really change through the massage. I felt as if i was inconveniencing her. I felt as if she rushed. Im glad I had $20 in points to use because to me I felt that was a waste of my time and money. I didnt say anything to anymore because there was clients in the waiting rokm and didnt want to make a scene.

Made appointment for highlights. Was told the price would be $66 for a partial. Ended up paying over $130! Although the girl was very nice, she REMOVED all my blonde highlights with dark brown (that I did not ask for) and gave me a few copper highlights. I was then charged an additional fee for the brown that I did not ask for. I called the next day to speak to owner. Girl on the phone said to come back and they would have her fix my hair, probably for free. Seriously? I am so disgusted I cant even go back to have it fixed. I would not recommend this place whatsoever and now I have to have it corrected somewhere else.
