Went to Model for the very first time and had my acrylics removed then my real nails painted..... Cindy is who did my nails today. She is hands down fantastic! The absolute best! I will definitely be going back.

Cindy did an excellent job on my gel nails with design! Jack and Linda are always friendly and welcoming. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for more than a decade at this point!

I have gotten pedicures regularly for many years, but I went here about 6 weeks ago since my regular pedicurist left the business. I had randomly gotten Kim and she was excellent. I just went back to Kim this week, it was the best pedicure I have ever had. Needless to say, I will be going to Kim from now on.

They didnt know how to do a simple smiley face they kept messing up my white nails turned yellow and my black nails are blue when they are supposed to be black. There was a hair on my nail when I asked them to take it off they just painted over it with white. They put regular nail polish over the multiple clear coats they did so they are all bubbly and different colors. Definitely would recommend you make an appointment and go somewhere better it is not worth the money at all.

In the past few years I have gone to other nail salons out of convenience. Never again. The attention to detail for my pedicure was wonderful. My toes are happy. I will stay true to Model Nails.

I asked for a simple design and the nail tech was not able to achieve them what so ever. I was left with nail polish all over my fingers and she did not clean her hands before accepting payment which resulted in putting nail polish on my debit card and it is now faded from me having to remove the nail polish. After about two days I wake up with my nail partially ripped along with my actual finger nail. I would not recommend this place unless you get the guy, I saw some work he was doing and it looked awesome.

I normally go to Linda but she was busy so I settled for a different girl. She did a horrible job. She asked what I wanted, but then did what she wanted instead. Nails are glued on crooked and she left glue all over my finger tips

This is my go to nail place. Only if you go to Dave for your nails on your hands he does them so so so nice I highly recommend asking for Dave. The rest of the ladies there cut you. The teenager girl does your toe nails the best I recommend her.

Did a good job filling my acrylic, but I told the lady that I wanted clear polish, with one of the nail art designs on the tips. I wanted to see the tips designs they have there- which I never got to see- and instead of clear polish she put a taupe color on with two gold strips on my ring fingers. I told her repeatedly that I wanted clear polish and I wanted to pick a design, but she did whatever she wanted to do, and told me this is better, fall colors. I paid for the services because she did fill them nicely, but I will not be going back there. If they are just going to do whatever they want, then they are not going to get my business.

What a great experience. With the mall closing, my daughter and I called to see if they could still get is in for pedicures and said come on in!Amanda and Mike were an awesome personable team. Their attention to detail showed in how they manicured and shaped the toenails. While I have not been to more than 5 places, many places leave the toenails square and do not clean the toenail area well.Thank you for getting us in even after the mall was closed, and being so patient and willing to make us feel special. We will be back !

Awesome!!! I got my nails done at a completely different place and they said they would charge $8 to get it fixed! Called Model nails said they would do it for free! Not only did they fix another salons mistake but they did a wonderful job fixing other nails too, and were so kind! Highly recommended!

Wonderful! Great service and nice employees, highly recommend. Their prices are fair and they have a discount for students with their acrylic nails. I got a lovely shellac manicure and she even applied acrylic to one of my damaged nails, free of charge!

The nails were super cute and I love them but no one payed any attention to me and I was left drying my nails for 20 mins because they forgot about me. Id never done this before and instead of talking me througj it she grabbed my hand before I sat down and asked me what color. I was so confused and stressed.

The new Location (near Sears entrance of the Mall) is spectacular so much more room, its not as packed together as the other location. Staff is always very friendly and nice. nice lighting, more chairs, more style going on. All around better then old location.

They do really well at listening to what you want

I got my nails done here and a week and a half later they were starting to feel as if it had them for awhile I spent a good amount here and so disappointed with how my nails lasted I’m a stay at home mom and don’t do anything for them to break so mad the should have lasted at least 3 -4 weeks tops

This shop is very prejudice! They dont know how to do designs outside of making lines on your nails. The powder acrylic they use is cheap and nails break easily! Save your money and go somewhere else!

I wanted colors in a certain order and i told her that she kept messing up and putting the wrong ones and kept having to wipe the paint off my nail muiltple times i had left over acrylic on nail and the sizes of the nails on both sides didn’t line up at all they were in a big rush too.

Love this place. The staff is always nice. They do a great job on nails and eyelashes extensions.

Id rate a 0 if possible. Not friendly at all. Dont do quality work. Dont stand behind there work when it fails. Dont stay on track with appointment times. My nails were supposed to be gel nails and last 2 weeks but they fell off within 4 days. I asked for a refund they wouldnt do that. They would only fix the nails that fell off not the ones that were about to. My nails werent even gel nails like I had asked for and paid for. So I went elsewhere and got better nails the right nails and more work done for cheaper and friendlier service and no need for an appointment that they dont even hold up to theyre word.

Great people and all but i got my nails down just under a week ago and one of my nails already came off. You would think if thwy rook her an hour and a half (yes 90 mins) they would last longer. Very upset.

I paid for a Mani pedi and I love when I get pedicures there. The ladies take care of my feet well. BUT the manicure was awful. I got gel for the first time and they have fallen off or chipped or cracked all within the first couple days. Ive never gotten gels before, but Im pretty sure gels arent supposed to chip!? Im not happy with how my fingernails got done. And I dont have the patience to go and ask for a refund or to have them redone.

By far the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done. Horrible customer service and they could care less how you want your nails to look. I had to stop her multiple times and correct her. A nail technician should never use a dremmel on bare nails. I will never go back.

They are okay, but my daughter got a French manicure on her toes done twice and both times they came of within 24 hours.

They fixed what was a horrible nail job from another company made them look a lot better. I will be coming back to model nails.

I went to go get the French nails yesterday and the women did a poor job. Two of my nails have majorly chipped already and it hasn’t even been 24 hours since I got them done. Major waste of money
