Carpet Image Services is the best business for having your rugs cleaned and repaired. I have had my braided rug cleaned and repaired by them twice. I have had other rugs cleaned by them as well. They pay attention to detail and their finished product is impeccable. Ingrid is the owner and she has the highest of standards for her company. The staff is very nice and professional. I highly recommend this business. They have a huge selection of carpet samples to choose from in their beautiful new showroom.

I have been using Carpet Image for product in my home and various businesses for over 10 years now. I can find really unique product and get great service including the installation being impeccable. Just recently, my husband and I bought a new home to renovate and after visiting numerous flooring stores in Jax. came right back around to Carpet Image. We had the good fortune of running into the best & most knowledgeable sales person, Ed Lawson. The first visit, we arrived at 2:55pm knowing they were closing at 3:00pm. Ed warmly invited us in and spent 2 more hours showing us everything we needed to see. We were blown away at his knowledge, passion and love of the business. Not to mention staying after for 2 hours with a smile on his face. After we made initial selections, Ed personally drove up to Yulee (1 hour) to measure every space in the house. He has just been wonderful through the whole ordeal and I cant say enough good things about him. Lets put it this way, the level of service is first class and the best in the industry.

I have received many compliments from staff and visitors for the quality workmanship and cooperation of the crew and leaders. The job had to be scheduled in stages in order to maintain traffic flow. It was planned meticulously and carried out flawlessly. The quality of the installation was superb, in spite of the challenges presented in the design and the nature of the hallways.
