I can highly recommend Florin’s Floors. We just purchased a 100 year old home with some amazing hardwood floors …. Including a good portion of the home with heart pine. The refinishing work was outstanding and the floors are beautiful! Florin was prompt and flexible. He was willing to adjust his schedule so that we could complete an interior painting job before the floors. He actually bumped up our project a few days which was appreciated. He is easy to talk to and is obviously passionate and takes great pride in his work. We had newer pine in the kitchen, and he was able to stain that pine to come close to the color of the heart pine. He was prompt to respond and did everything we requested. It was a real treat to see the big smile on his face when he presented his finished work to us. He is obviously proud of his work, and we couldn’t be happier with the results and our decision to hire Florin. His price for the work was also reasonable and fair. If you need your floors refinished, you should contact Florin for a quote. You won’t be disappointed with his work.

Florins Floor did a great job on my wood floors !I didnt need a complete refinish, am selling house, but Florin definitely brought life into these floors and did not break the piggy bank doing it!. I found Florin,the owner, to be very honest, and reliable and easy to work with ! He communicated well with me and always responded in a timely manner.Definitely will be recommending him to others!

We had a wonderful experience with Florin and his crew. They extended the hardwood flooring into an office that was carpeted. The new floors blends seamlessly with our existing hardwood floors. Not only is Florin great at communicating the schedule, they were on time, kept their work neat and did a fantastic job. On top of all of that Florin is a really nice guy to work with. We highly recommend Florin for your hardwood floor installations.

Didn’t show on the day scheduled but a day later and didn’t call to indicate they would be late. When they did show, they rushed the job and only ended up doing a decently because I kept pointing out areas that needed additional buffing. Do not recommend.

Just had my worn red oak floors sanded and re-finished by Florin Floors. Mr. Florin was very professional, was able to complete the project promptly within my time constraints and most importantly the floors turned out fantastic! I needed my original hardwood floors in my master bedroom sanded, stained, and refinished. Florin came out to my home within hours of me initially calling and gave me an onsite extremely reasonable quote for my project.He was very professional and kind. I would also like to note, he was masked during the entire interaction. After confirming my appointment date he text me about a week to confirm we were good to go. Florin and his team arrived on schedule I was provide a service invoice. They ended up finishing earlier than expected and I cant be happier. Flooring was very professional and understanding of what needed to be done in order to get our floors to where we wanted to. We are renovating a 1980s house, and Florin installed engineered hardwood in 1800sq ft. He worked with us to choose the correct underlayment. AMAZING!!! One of the easiest people to work with throughout the whole remodel. He did a refinish for us in the kitchen and a buff and coat (aka screen and coat) in the rest of the house. Florin came out quickly to give me an estimate, worked with my tight timeline, and did an excellent job on the floors. He refinished one bedroom and did a buff and coat on the rest of my rooms all for a very fair price. I thought certain parts of my floor were water damaged and would need to be replaced, but Florin saved me money by advising me it was merely surface damage that would be taken care of after the refinishing. I have been handing out Florins number to everyone I know with hardwoods. Very happy with his work and his customer service.

We had water damage to our flooring and we contracted with Florin to refinish them. We kept the same light color and Florin did a beautiful satin finish. They look amazing! Florin started the day he promised and actually finished early! So happy with this company!

He would not listen and was bent on using sanders. Many wood floors in old homes cant be sanded with machines. They need sanding by hand.

I would not recommend this company to family and friends. We were very displeased with the results. While looking for a new floor installer, I happened to see the owner changed his response to imply our horrible service with Florin Floors was related to Coupons - that is categorically false. He incorrectly stained our entire home with the wrong color, failed to address our concerns that the color was incorrect.He wanted full price for a service that failed to meet our expectations and threatened to place a lien on our house. Four years later, it has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a contractor. I stand by my original assessment of this company, which is very poor customer service and lack of attention to detail for what the customer wants.
