I called last week and set up an appointment for someone to come out and measure my house to give us an estimate for wood floor replacement. They were a no-show. I called 10 minutes after the appointment time to find out why, they answered that the person who would be coming was busy in a meeting and couldnt talk to me. They called back a few minutes later to say they actually had thought the appointment was for me to come to their office/ showroom and pick out the type of flooring I wanted. (Id already given them specifics over the phone about what wood I wanted when setting up the measurement appointment and they said we could start with measuring instead).Obviously very frustrating. I had already attempted to go to their office the previous week, only to find a sign on the door saying that they dont admit people without an appointment. Be aware of the above things when trying to work with them.Seems that (at the very least) they dont keep good records as I had to tell them all my personal identifying info again when I called after the no-show. (Id already given this info and more previously when setting up the appointment.)Wth the amount of money and trust a project like this requires, we will likely choose to go with one of the other companies giving us estimates (and actually showing up, keeping appointments straight, etc.) I gave 2 stars as they were at least polite on the phone. Id be willing to change this review if the situation is addressed professionally.

I have been waiting 4 months for repairs on installation of wood floors and once Again today they no showed for a scheduled appointment. My husband and I both work and lose $ to take a day off. Floor repair was supposed to happen at 1:00 today and still no one has come or will answer when calling for an explanation.

Everyone in this place is awesome. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else!
