We had luxury vinyl flooring installed by Souds (now Lifetime) and wanted to extend the same planks into two more rooms. We were very clear that the new floor needed to be the exact same planks or we didn’t want them. Randy found the past order and both he and other staff confirmed it was the SAME PRODUCT. We paid half of the cost with an $1800 deposit. Since it was awhile since the first install, we understood there might be minor variation, but the new planks arrived with a “beveled edge” which makes the floor look very defined around each plank. Our existing floor has no bevel and a smooth continuous look. Randy said they ordered the same part number but it now comes beveled only. He should have checked on that and informed us before sending it to our house! But Randy blames their vendor (and us) and says Lifetime isn’t at fault because they didn’t know. Didn’t know?? The devil’s in the details and we trusted them! They messed up two rooms in our home! Finally they offered to take a few hundred dollars off the balance and claimed the total was their cost. He had a chance to make it right, but instead lied to us. We actually have a much larger job in another part of the house we were going to use them for but no way now.

Lifetime Flooring, and specifically Greg Walker, are fantastic.I had multiple flooring companies come by and give me quotes, but Greg stood out among the rest by far. He sat down with me, explained my options, and worked around my needs. Im a recent homeowner who didnt know much about flooring. Greg was patient and walked me through everything there is to know. I was in a tough situation between my insurance company being incompetent and my pressing demand to get the flooring installed quickly, because I have visitors flying into town to stay with me. He worked with me on the cost of the project and my budget, and I also changed my mind on what I wanted multiple times. Greg put me at ease and then went to work behind the scenes to make it all happen on my compressed timeline. He followed up while the floors were being installed to make sure everything was being done to my expectations. He then followed up a third time after the floors had been installed to make sure everything was done right. And most of all, he was a stellar person. Always has a smile on his face and is willing to help in any way possible.The floors look perfect, and I couldnt be happier. I will be recommending Greg to anyone who comes across my path, and I will certainly use him again for any flooring needs.

Had old carpet that we were looking to upgrade. Went into the show room where they were very professional. They let us take home samples, then the following day someone came out and measured. He then gave us a quote on the spot. 2 1/2 weeks later installer showed up on time and was very professional, they walked us through the install and made sure we were satisfied at each step. We were so impressed with the whole process and how fast it was! The installers came on the first day to move furniture and tear out the old carpet and the next day a crew of 4 showed up and laid the entire floor in one day, moved the furniture back in place, cleaned up and were done before 4. My wife and I bought our first home and we had never done anything like this before. I recently purchased carpet, vinyl and wood flooring, from Souds and was very pleased. Corey was very helpful, in providing various samples and advice on the best type of flooring and carpet for my condominium. After spending many hours going through all the samples, Corey ended up suggesting a color, which turned out to be perfect. The particular vinyl that he suggested, looks like tile, but, much less in cost. The installer treated my home with great care when he installed the carpet, vinyl and wood. I would certainly suggest Souds to anyone who is in the market to spruce up their home. They offer a wide variety of all types of carpet and flooring and the service is superb!!

One of my best purchasing experiences, ever and I have 50 years of purchasing as an engineer.First, Charlie was excellent as a salesperson. He asked a few questions and steered us to a carpet and tile product that met all our criteria. It was surprisingly easy, yet profoundly focused. Kudos to Charlie.Second, I asserted that as and engineer, not only need the quality of material be superior, but the means and methods of installation are equally important. Charlie assured me that his installers are top shelf and he was right. The installation was hectic, but organized into several crews, all well coordinated. His crews were true craftsmen, not transient duffers. No shortcuts, only quality effort. I was a witness to how it should be done. I am ecstatic with the product, the service, and the installation.Conclusion: Soud Carpets has my unqualified recommendation for flooring needs.

Company Post in the mint magazine about free in home estimates. Lady that answers the phone wants to argue that My better half and I did not want an estimate, We wanted an opinion. Yes We wanted your opinion of what wood would look good in our house and then an estimate of that wood. She did not want to come to our house for the estimate nor the opinion. If you dont want to come to our house, why do you offer in home estimates? Makes no since. The lady was very rude. I would recommend finding another company to provide estimate and install your floor. I will be finding another!

***edited 11/29. After my initial review, the manager Corey got in touch with me regarding my carpet. He scheduled an installer to come out and fix our carpet at no charge. I am pleased that they finally stood behind their work. Our carpet is like new again. Thank you Corey!After having a mildly pleasant experience selecting carpet for my new home, Souds has now left a sour taste in my mouth. In July of this year, approximately 1.5 years after having our carpet installed, it started puckering in a few spots. I called the salesperson who sold us the carpet only to have her tell me that the carpet and install only carried a 1 year warranty. I guess I had to be ok with that and asked if we could still have it repaired. She said of course but it would cost us. Fine. Her installer was supposed to give us a call to schedule a time. Nothing happened for a month. I called back to follow up. She then called her installer again and even gave he his number just in case he didnt call. He did in fact call and we tried to schedule a time for the repair. Lets just say he flaked out and my carpet is still not fixed and its now October. Overall I am not happy with Souds customer service and follow through. I grew up in a small town where businesses actually stood behind their work. This should have been an easy fix, one of which I was willing to pay for.

Souds Quality Carpets has done a very poor quality installation of tile in our home. They accepted the terms of a contract with us but once they received final payment  -- despite their salesman saying trust us -- have not returned prepared to correct the floor quality to meet the standard established in the contract.  Though we have tried repeatedly to work with them they still refuse to commit to honoring the terms of the contract. We now wish we had not used them to begin with.

Lifetime Flooring did our new office flooring, the price was great, the install was perfect and very timely. Chris and his team come with my highest recommendation.

Our wonderful experience began with answering an ad in the Mint advertising paper. Our salesman, Charlie Cook, could not have been more helpful. His vast knowledge of his products made choosing easy and most importantly, stress free. Not one bit of up sale! The installers, Mike and Kyle, were a pleasure to work with. They came promptly and prepared. They were extremely courtious and quickly started the install. Having put in carpets before we would highly recommend Souds to anyone!

Great store with quality products and good options with fantastic prices

We recently purchased laminate flooring and upon receiving our product, we quickly realized that the flooring was not the correct size that we purchased. After speaking with Carol who was our sales rep and Chris the store manager, we were informed that they agreed that the wood was cut to the wrong size. They offered no resolution to the issue and told us there was nothing they would do about it. They would not allow us to return it nor have the product reproduced correctly. We are now in possession of just over $2500 worth of flooring that is of absolute no use to us. The customer service at Lifetime Flooring is beyond the worse I have ever dealt with. They should be ashamed of themselves and do the right thing for their customers. They do not stand behind their products. I will never recommend Lifetime Flooring not Lifetime Enclosures to anyone.

We have had a horrible experience with Souds carpet. The manager is rude and does not return our calls. We had carpet put in- then they replaced only half the carpet. We now have two different types of carpet in our family, and the seam continues to fray. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company.
