I would definitely reccommend doing business with LL FLOORING just to interact with Andrew. He makes the customer feel like he/she is the only customer that is in the store. He gives his undivided attention to making sure you understand what your are getting. He gives recommendations without judgement.I

Good products, price and service

Staff always friendly and accommodating. Bought 3 times from this franchise and Andrew has helped with two of them. I got amazing deals and was able to split my shipment into 2 days without any issue. Price, quality and customer service an A+.

What a terrible experience. A man named Willian came to my house to pull up old tile, I could see that he didnt have much experience with that machine and he ran it into a wall opening a big hole on it, he told me that they would fix it, and later on another man called Fabio came in, He got into my house without mask and with a uniform from some company called Rockwood trying to explain something about the wall, he couldnt speak English then he called someone named Patricia, and she started to explain to me what Fabio was trying to explain, She was mad at me with no reasons at all saying that I would have to pay $400 to fix the whole on the wall, I told her that I couldnt pay it and then they finished the floor and left my house. When they got at my house first day to demo the floor, they asked me to sign some paperwork before they start, and that paperwork was a job completion agreement, and said that I had to sign the paperwork otherwise they wouldnt get paid.What a mess, This people are crazy, I do not want business with this people anymore. 3 different business came to do my floors and non of them were from Lumber Liquidators. I will hire a painter on my own to fix this wall, I do not need or want any services that comes from this mask store that is lumber liquidators. All of their employees are Self contractors, 3 came to my house and this woman called Patricia dont even live here in Jacksonville.

LL Flooring was great! The rep was very friendly and professional. He was able to locate my order and had it loaded up in no time. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Ask for the Jamaican! His name is Andrew and he will make you laugh at the same time as he solves your flooring and countertop needs. Check out the American walnut countertop he hooked up for our RV; it looks this rich, and its not even oiled yet. Thank you brother, catch you on the flip side...RV is rolling to Mexico as we speak:)

These folks go out of their way to help everyone. They have a good product mix and decent prices. Andrew the manager is the anchor of this store. I am an installer and he has helped me and my customers fully. The staff is really product savvy. Thanks staff at LL floors!

Andrew and the rest of the employees at this location are very nice and courteous. There was a problem with the original flooring I had picked out and the installer and Andrew worked with me to get the matter resolved quickly, the install still took place the same day. I highly recommend this branch.

First time working with this company and initially thought it was just another established company that really doesnt care... Man was i wrong!! Andrew and his team were extremely helpful, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. They gave me good advice and walked me through entire process. Very helpful. Their contracted team that came out and did the work was spot on, nice, professional and very helpful. The material is good quality products and the work is so amazing. The staff was great they even brought my flooring to my home so we wouldnt have to make several multiple trips knowing I was on a budget. I would definitely go back for any other flooring projects.

Not much help at this place. I believe there May have been some bait and switch at the store. The items we wanted which were advertised on their site they did not have. While we were waitingFor assistance I overheard a phone call in which the sales person stated that they had the product we were interested in however the customer on the phone had to go to Jacksonville to pick it up we were not offered the same.

Search online for the flooring that we added to our house first. My husband was worried that it would not look the same when we got it, so we visited the store. To shorten the story, the employees were very helpful and nice and my floors look great!

The service my wife and I received at this location was horrible. I was talking to a salesman trying to make a purchase, and he just stopped helping us to attend to another customer. I was disappointed even more when I found out the first person that was helping us was actually the store manager.

Got my floor installed in May this year, and have had to call out installers three times. Bamboo would just separate in various spots. Install took a week, then just a few few weeks ago had to have 90% of floor pulled up and redone (which took 2 1/2 days), that was installers 3rd time to my home! Called their company that handles the payments Home Services to complain, and ask for some of my install funds back since job wasnt done correctly 1st time was told my concerns would be passed on to a supervisor and they would get back to me. That was almost a week ago! Had at least 15 boxes show up at initial install damaged (more than 4-5 boards sides smashed). Worst experience ever!!! Would not recommend this company to anyone! Oh yeah install company this store uses name is Coastline Custom Flooring!
