We had a wonderful experience! Our sales person was Bonnie. From the moment we walked in she excelled at customer service, walking us through the showroom, answering our question & helping us pick out the perfect tile. Her industry knowledge was top notch too! When it came time for the crew to come to our house, they were just as wonderful. They spoke Portuguese, but we managed to communicate through a translator app & it was seem less! The second day the project manger AND owner came to the house just to make sure we were happy with how everything was going. On top of all this amazing customer service, the price was unbeatable! We got 9 quotes from all over Jax - no one came close to the price they quoted! AND my tile is perfect!!! PERFECT!!Please don’t pass them up, I promise you will not regret it. Go see Bonnie ❤️✅🙌🏻

Set an appointment with them for a master bath remodel while in there showroom on a Saturday. They came Tuesday to take pictures and get information. Said they would have a quote in a few days. Called her Friday afternoon at 5. She said she had been off for a few days and it was on her computer and she’d try to send it the following day. Finally got the quote Monday at 4:59pm. Emailed her back in minutes because the quote had no final price on it. Finally heard back Tuesday at 6pm. Bad customer service. Bad communication. Price was higher than everywhere else. Meanwhile I called someone else Friday evening got a quote Saturday and half the project is done by the time I got their final price.

I had all of the engineered wood and tile removed from the first story of my house and replaced as well as baseboards. The service was excellent from start to finish. Rick did a great job of helping me to select the right flooring. The ladies in the office were very helpful and patient with my many trips back and forth to get samples. Rick and John worked together to make sure the right prep work was done so my installation would go smoothly. John and his workers did an amazing job on the installation. My flooring is beautiful! They kept me informed throughout the process and were finished on time. I will be using About Floors N More to replace the flooring in my upstairs bonus room.

They did tile floors in kitchen and bathroom.. really bad job, very sloppy .. and now I am going to have to spend money to fix their mess..

We went to Floors and More today to look at options in Luxury Vinyl Plank. The associates there were extremely polite and professional and were able to answer all of our questions. I will consider them highly when considering future flooring needs.

This company was a pleasure to work with. We had a small project to replace a tile foyer with hardwood to match the rest of our house and the installer (Fabio) did a FANTASTIC job! He was on time, very polite, explained everything he was doing and answered all of our flooring questions. We would highly recommend him to anyone we know looking to have hardwood installed!Despite a slight misunderstanding with our original estimate (which was acted on promptly and made right for us), everyone at the store was a pleasure to deal with. I have to commend Samantha, Liz and Don on their quick response times, flexibility, effective communication and professional demeanor throughout the duration of my project.I dont usually write reviews, but was impressed with the service provided by this location and would definitely recommend them.

Had our carpet replaced today by this company. We got quotes from several different people & theirs was the best. Not to mention their staff was great. Liz helped me find the perfect carpet thatll work best for us. I was able to get my carpet installed 3 days after making a deposit and the guys were in & out in less than 2 hours. We are very please & will definitely use them in the future & recommend them to anybody else that is looking for flooring.

Had an appointment for them to come give us an estimate on a patio at 9am on a Saturday. They set the time, after hour and half late guess not calling or showing up. Tried calling store phone just goes to voicemail even though opened 45 minutes ago. Poor customer service.

John and his team did an amazing job. He had great attention to detail and talked me through each phase of the flooring process. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. We worked with Bonnie who was professional and really helped us achieve our style goals. The contracting team we were assigned not only finished the job on time but did beautiful work. It’s been 3 months and we haven’t had any issues since the install. Their prices are very competitive. We will always refer people to them and look forward to using them for future projects on our list.

Richard and his team are the consummate professionals. Employees are friendly, knowledgable and helpful -- taking the time to work with you and answer questions. The showroom is spotless and conveniently located. This is a great local business and I highly recommend it.

Would recommend Floors N More! They were great to work with! The staff was attentive and took their time to explain to me about all the different flooring and what would work best in my house.

The staff at Floors N More helped us replace the floor coverings in 7 rooms. Our floors look incredible and they couldnt have been nicer.
