My son totaled our car on Friday and unfortunately the CSO had already called Superior to tow the vehicle before I arrived on the scene. I would have called USAA and had them send out one of their preferred companies to avoid the issues I encountered this morning with this tow yard. I absolutely understand protecting yourself as a company first and foremost let me say that. My son and I are both on the insurance policy, but not the title. We live at the same address, there are personal items in the car with my name and information on them. The CSO at the scene of the accident assured me I would have no issues getting my things out of the car on Monday when the tow yard was open. This morning August 30, 2021 I made a 20 minute trip to retrieve our belongings out of the car and was unsuccessful due to my name not being on the registration. I am on the SETF account though, which is the lien holder (I was added after registration was issued). I was trying to retrieve items I need for my job that I keep in the car as I clean AirBnB’s. Thanks to Superior Towing, I lost over $300 of income today because they wanted my son who was injured in this accident or a notarized statement from him in order for me to access the vehicle. I had proof of all the things listed above as well as my son’s driver’s license. USAA took care of the situation though by moving our vehicle to the lot they prefer and I will be able to go retrieve my stuff with no problems tomorrow morning. I am sure Superior has no idea nor cares what losing $300 of income is like because you must have unreasonable documentation to get to your vehicle and I am positive I am not the only person they have asked to provide these things. What if my son had been killed in this accident, would I have had to wait for his estate to go to probate court? Thank you for making an already stressful time in our lives even worse. I will even include photos of the car so you can see why retrieving my belongings really should not have been an issue. Oh, and I called and left “Joe” a message on Saturday to please call me back so I could be proactive and be prepared, but no one called me back.
Company treated me respectfully and did everything they could to help me when I had my car repossessed from enterprise. They were very kind and helpful.
I went here to take a friend to obtain his vehicle. I think the $25/day fee is reasonable, they lock up the cars securely, and upon pickup, they just ask for their payment (plus fees of course) and proof of ownership of the vehicle. They also let him grab a few essential items out of his car before the pickup day, and again, he only had to prove ownership. So being a 3rd party to that whole ordeal, I would say theyre a good company to work with.
Needed my motorcycle towed. Ive hard horrible experiences with towing all across Jacksonville but these people made the experience pleasant for me. I appreciate their help! definitely using them again some day

Their main clientele is seemingly only people who deal exclusively in cash seeing as they dont accept any other form of payment. They dont mention that in advance and there is not ATM near by. Dont use this business if you have a choice.
They stored my car from around 8:30 PM on Monday December 16. They towed it off their yard at 2:30 the next day. In all truth thats not 24 hours. My daughter goes to pay the bill and they charged me for 2 days. People need to do business right and do it fairly. Felt kind of scammed using Superior.
They towed a rental for enterprise, and while towing, they allowed someone that was not me to enter the car and remove my belongings. Which led to that person stealing valuable goods that I use to work in the photography field. No one had the right to be in that car
Amazing company! They will give you the shirt off their back. Not sure what these other people are talking about... They must have done illegal stuff or were stupid and didn’t get full coverage insurance to cover them.

The people who work here are dishonest scoundrels, they are a bunch of scam artists, crooks, thieves, rogues and liars! They owe me over $300 for over charging me. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against them. WORST BUSINESS IN JACKSONVILLE FL!
My car was in an accident and was towed to their location. Wife told me there was money and gift cards still in the car. I went to recover what I could, fully expecting anything valuable to be gone. BUT, everything was still there. There was even a $20 on the floorboard in plain site. Sorry Superior Towing for thinking the worst. And they were very nice too.

If I could give them ZERO Stars I would. They towed my daughters car after her accident by order of the sheriff. I had no idea they towed and they never contacted me. I went to renew my tag and found out there was a lien on my license for $340. I called them and was told that the lien cost that much. We went today to pay them this $340 and when I went to renew my tag, was told that the lien was only $64. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS EVIDENCED BY JUST ABOUT EVERYONE LEAVING A REVIEW. DO NOT USE THEM!! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE!!!
I give them no “minus stars” 😂 but I do give them five stars! Superior always contacts you after 4-7 business days of your (was it your vehicle anyways?) vehicle being on their lot through certified mail, at the last known address on your drivers license (if you didn’t get that updated after your moved it’s on you, not to mention it is the LAW!!! DMV and Government says so😳) the sad part is these people complaining about $300+ dollars actually owed in upwards of $2000.00 or more to Superior and still want to complain even though they were notified, unless they didn’t follow the law like stated above. Had my car towed from accident scene. Mike was very nice and was very patient in helping me get belongings out of my van and into my wifes car. He talked me out of driving 40 miles to the insurance lot to get my things later.

Their drivers are selfish and unprofessional. He was blocking two lanes of traffic on the interstate and refused to let anyone pass hit causing a major traffic build up. Great way to advertise.
Worst experience. They towed my car to my house after the accident and the driver told me to pay him $220 cash. And so I did, he gave me the receipt and it said $122. I called the company back that night to let them know, the lady sounded like she was asleep. And she said she will call me back. I waited for that phone call that night but never got one back. I called on saturday and a gentleman picked up, I explained what happened and he said to call on Monday. Called on Monday, talked with the boss.. he was the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken with. I told him that the driver took $100 extra and the Boss refused to accept that the driver scammed me. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. And they will tell you that you cant call another towing company when you have an accident. LIES.

Im not sure what the other person with the bad review is talking about sounds like they were the ones trying to run a scam but anyhow my experience was nothing short of professional and personal they not only talked me through the process but they even worked with me on the price of the bill and gave me the number to a shop that not only made my car look new but they helped me with the price once they heard that Superior sent me to them very cool.
