Very courteous atmosphere, I have never had to wait, and the vehicles were clean. Definitely would suggest to anyone to use zTrip if they are in need of a ride.

Jet Blue sent us with Z trip to transfer airports due to a delayed flight. In the process of figuring this out, we got in and out of 3 different cars and waited 30 minutes. Jet Blue and Z trip management were arguing in front of us on how this trip was going to work on and having clear disagreements on price. It was very unprofessional from both parties. The first ztrip car driver found out the details of the trip and decided he didnt want to do it. I find it interesting that the drivers can refuse trips - isnt that their job? Plus why would we get all our luggage in his car, etc THEN he was allowed to make this decision. Z trip kept blaming further issues on JetBlue, which, i couldnt tell who was really at fault, but either way its unprofessional to blame another company.THEN THE Z TRIP CAR BROKE DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY. I smelt burning fumes, the back window was broken, and the car was rattling. The driver also noticed this and pulled off the highway and called his management. The driver was courteous and did the right thing, but I was very alarmed at the fact that the car we were riding in was in such poor shape. I felt unsafe and didnt want to trust that the next car to come save us would be reliable, so we discontinued our ride there and found a different service, stranded in a McDonalds.

The driver was awesome, he earned 5 stars hands down. Cool and professional. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the cost was a bit much for a short ride. But they did arrive at the requested time, van was clean and well kept.

I wont be calling zTrip again!! Their rates are waaay too high!!! I just paid $22.20 for a round trip to my bank, which isnt that far away from my home & if I would have used Uber like I normally do the trip would have only cost me $12.00 round trip!!! So beware of using this company for your transportation needs!!! The driver was awesome, so I gave him a 5⭐ rating because hes not the one who sets the ridiculously high rates!!!

So disappointing. My husband had an interview today and before driving to the location, he called to ask a few questions. After speaking to Richard, possibly the hiring manager, he decided to cancel the appointment. Richard was very rude and misrepresented the company Z Trip. He told my husband to not focus on how much he would have to pay out of pocket cost but to focus on the money he could possibly bring in (in a angry tone). Then told him that he felt like my husband was no longer interested in the position, assuming instead of asking and therefore to cancel the appointment. This guy definitely need more training to handling situations.

For the most part they are good but sometimes you will wait hours.

Ms. Hope (hiring manager) is very professional, personable, sharp and looking for great drivers.

From personal experience with this company, I can say that this is an awesome company to work for, and the possibilities to make a good living are attainable. My driver and his vehicle was very nice and clean, and he was very helpful as well.

Arrived an hour late for a ride to the airport. Dispatch told my driver I was snotty. Not a reliable or customer service oriented company. My driver was awesome, not his fault.

Terrible place to work. Management is a joke. Most of the cabs are wore out junk, definitely not worth 102$ a day. They are ripping people off. When you go to the shop for something simple like an oil change, it takes hours, when it should only take 30 minutes tops. Worst job Ive ever had hands down.

Their drivers are careless, wreckers, and believe theyre above the law! Jax Airport area driver going over 80 mph in Airport property where speed limit is 30. They never showed up I was late for my appointment and had to reschedule lately here in Jacksonville I dont know whats going on you cant get a Z Trip cab on time or you can not get a lyft. Im starting to think the transportation in Jacksonville is becoming to be a joke especially the lips because theyre at the point where theyre charging Way Beyond prices for a short trip I can understand they do the extra mileage when we have events in Jacksonville but when were not having events its no reason why a trip to cost anywhere from 40 to $102 but thats just my personal opinion

This cab company is always late picking up riders. They are extremely expensive and I think everyone in management should be FIRED. They are the problem.

Moved here from Chicago, IL due to the military. Had a snag in housing and needed a 1 way ride to my second car to move to our new place. They man charged me $50 to go 15 miles one way. Had the nerve to snap on me because I was unfamiliar with the area. Then said it was my fault he was late. ZTrip wont get another dime out of me. Uber was only $25. Never Again!!

Good luck getting picked up late / early morning.Most drivers are nice but a few rude drivers and multiple drivers with infants in their laps, front seat, no car seats.

Needed a ride to my Doctors appointment and last week ordered a s van transport and both times the fair was fair and both drivers were nice! Will be using them again soon!

We were quoted 40 or 50 dollars to get home. When we got to the car, he said it was 70 dollars. We took it because we had been traveling for many hours. I would never have done this on principal, but my partner was over it. The whole bait and switch practice should be illegal Shady, shady business.

Z trip is reliable and they are pleasant. We just need more reliable transportation services.

I reserved a ride a week and a half ago for 3am. At 3:20 I had to wake neighbors up to take me to the airport so I wouldnt miss my flight because they didnt show up!!!!

Professional just give yourself travel and booking time and best advice I can give is use them for future bookings like trips planned.... Nothing last minute

Ted was my driver and he was phenomenal. Went above and beyond to help me with my luggage and car seat. Only downside is the weird robo set up where there is no way of knowing how far your ride is.

Everytime I ordered for a cab, I waited at least three hours before calling them back. They told me that they were still trying to locate a driver. I ended catching a ride from a friend and later on that night realized they never even called me back to let me know anything. Bad business, take your money elsewhere!

ZTrip Jacksonville was very helpful to me, when my car was broken down about two weeks ago. The driver was very courteous and even stayed on the phone with me until he found me. Hats off!!

Im not blinded by how much money I can make. When a person says they have a business and they want nothing from you. I think to myself well how does the business maintains its structure. I listen to how many employees they say they have and how much a rental would be. 🤔

Called for a ride, gave pick up location and waited outside as I said I would. Three hours later my wife finally got off work and was able to pick me up. Never had a cab take that long and will not use this company again.

Booked ahead of time and was given a time with a 15 minute window. After 20 minutes, I got a call saying that a car would be there in another 25 minutes.

Horrible. Can you give less than 1 star? I called them at 1:52pm for a ride in Mandarin and at 4pm was still waiting after calling them every 20 minutes to make sure they didnt cancel. Rather than saying they just couldnt facilitate the ride they kept saying they were calling a driver and it should be momentarily.

Michael was GREAT driving me out of the Jacksonville airport to my destination, however, when I called the 222-2222 number he told me to call when I needed a ride back to the airport & electronically scheduled a ride, NO ONE SHOWED! It was only 15 minutes later when I called the number back that I FINALLY got a live person saying she was “trying to find me a driver...” yet, no one showed & no one called me back to confirm my ride. I can’t even begin to describe how frustrating this all was!!! I even called Michael directly on his cell for a ride to the airport (he assured me that I’d have a ride back to the airport by either calling their main number or his cell) and he never answered OR returned my call from the vm I left him. Basically, I was stranded and was on a quick track to missing my flight. However, I persevered on the Uber app (choosing either XL or black to get noticed faster) & FINALLY got a ride. This taxi service is completely USELESS & makes one wait for a car that will never come. I would not recommend this business to anyone....

#5524 just cut us off on Blanding turning on to Collins. My husband had to slam on his brakes because this driver was bullying his way in front of us. I was reaching down in front of me when this happened and damn near slammed my head into the dash. If this is how you drive...I will never use this company.

This is the worse cab company I have ever come across. It takes hours for them to find you a ride. Then when you call to check on your ride they always say give them a couple of minutes. I have called for a ride at 2 am and they told me a couple of minutes up until 7am. This a ridiculous amount of time to wait on a cab. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend using this cab company. If I could give no stars I would. They need to do better.

The driver of van 5183 was driving in a school zone recklessly this morning failing to use signs & signals or upholding to any rules of the road. She then attempted to aggressively address me once noticed she was being filmed for report. Bad representation for a company especially in their vehicle.

I made and appointment at 7:30 am for a cab to pick me up at 8:40 am for business. When I called at 8:40 am I learned that a can was never dispatched and that they were still searching for drivers.

The driver of mini van #5261 made a left hand turn from the center lane and drove my motorcycle off the road. The driver just cursed me and drove off. I called Ztrip to complain but they only defended their driver and lied about the incident.

When you call their number and the automated system takes all your information and repeats it back to you and you wait 40 minutes to find out that the computer never did anything and the first thing the live operator says is you should’ve called us directly!! Maybe they should answer the phone instead of letting her computer do it !!!

Ride never showed, I called the number to see what was taking so long and got an automated message saying they were still trying to connect me to a driver. I called this morning to make a reservation at 8am for a 1:30pm ride.

Waited an hour for a ride. Had to call back every 25 minutes to stay active. I finally canceled the ride.

Im standing outside in the wind for 45 minutes so far. They cant give an eta, they cant locate a cab. Its after 11 on a Wednesday night. This is my first time to Jacksonville. Shocking.

I ordered a Z-Trip to go somewhere and not only did I not get my Transportation like I requested they couldnt even bother to tell me that they couldnt provide me transportation to get where I needed to go they let me sit there and wait and wait and wait until about an hour and a half almost 2 hours later when I decided to call them and then they proceeded to tell me that their system was down and to try again in a half an hour and I didnt use the app I called by phone.

Very Iffy, the robot on the phone doesn’t even ask for your name or say how far away the nearest driver is and on top of that I’ve called twice. In two locations and didn’t get a taco for 2 hours, I ended up having to find a different taxi company. They’re on time once and then after that never again . Then when they take forever and finally show up (even after you’ve already made it home) and you tell them you don’t need a ride anymore they have a damn attitude.

Might as well walk or catch bus.. waiting on this company is death..youll be dead before they come....

We were coming off the train at Amtrak. Called in. Takes a minute to get a live operator. When I did schedule the ride. He came in about 25-20 minutes though he called me and said he was 8 minutes away. However he was nice and and professional and put our bags in the trunk. He also took them out aswell. Overall it was good. This was my first time using it. Lyft was not available as nobody was picking up our destination. Driver was courteous and felt safe

Always there when you need them... as long as its between 8 and 8:15 on a Tuesday morning during a leap year. Instead of zTrip, they should call it Dang, might as well walk because thats what youll be saying after a couple hours of Im still searching for a driver to pick you up from...

Tried using their services multiple times, the first time I waited 3 hours before giving up, decided to try again cause I thought that oh they might of had a bad day or something. Waited only 2 and a half hours before giving up this time. You will not find a ride.

When I first moved to Jacksonville the cabs were always on time. Now they are slow and rude. When you call them they lie and say they are working on getting the next available can! Then turns into 2 hours no cab I was late to work. I am not saying this to be mean but speaking the truth! Im sure Im not the only one who has experienced this. This is the worst cab company Ive ever seen. The one cab driver told me Uber and Lyft dont come in Jacksonville which is a lie he just wanted the 60$ smh you guys are very slow and need to stop lying when people call for a cab

This is the third time I have booked a trip with ztrip in the past couple of weeks and have had nothing but problems. I started to book my ride at midnight. Showing the vehicle is 15 mins away, then once I book the ride, it is constantly searching for a driver. Once a driver has been located and I am given my p/u time, the driver cancels without calling or providing a reason as to why. It is now 2:16 am and still no pick up or driver. Ztrip has drastically declined in their customer service as well as unprofessional drivers sadly.
