I wish I could give them 100 stars!! Samir. Booked the outing, passed on my requests for a sign and beverages perfectly! Every request was met on time and exactly as requested. Trusted that I would make payment several hours later. Gary, our chauffeur was beyond perfect. As he said, we started out as clients but ended up as family. He drove that limo like a pro. I hired them as an anniversary gift for my husband and our party of 6 were treated like royalty. Gary drove us to CAPS on the water. There was a 45 minute wait. Gary checked us in and we were seated within 10 minutes. He drove us downtown through the historical streets of St Augustine in places not particularly built for the size of this limo BUT Gary handled every turn with precision. You will not go wrong with this company. You will have no worries. Relax and enjoy the evening. We love these guys and will see them again!

I had an excellent experience reserving a car with this company from beginning to end. After reading the reviews on various sites including this one, I decided on a last minute reservation (late at night with less than 24 hours to go). I took advantage of the 24 hour service and loved all of the confirmation email updates that I received. My driver, Pete, picked me up from the airport, and I couldnt have asked for a more pleasant and courteous driver on my ride into my destination! He was awesome! I would definitely recommend this company, because they were extremely organized and delivered great service with a great and friendly driver.

Original review and update below :They Confirmed via email 2 times for my 3am airport pickup then never showed up. Called service line 3 times, voicemail every time. Very disappointed. Was extremely fortunate that one Uber 15 min away that accepted ride. Good news, it’s half the price of car service, bad news, I’m now 35 min late..... hope the company makes this right somehow....Update: the company owner handled everything extremely well! Reimbursed my Uber and offered free rides to make up for the mistake. Honestly, the owner did so well at making this right that I look forward to doing business with them in the future. He assured me that this is not a regular issue and I absolutely believe him because of the incredible effort he put into taking care of me and communicating with me. Updated this review to show unfortunate mistake that happened (no one is perfect) and to reflect great customer service. Thank you!!

This transportation company is wonderful! Samir is amazing to work with! Quality Customer Service is key in business today, and I cannot extend enough compliments about the quality service we received. We had a large group going to & from Miami for a cruise. Samir was very flexible with our schedule, gave us a great rate and was in constant communication about our trip details. The bus was clean and nice, and our driver was very personable and accommodating. As a result, I have used this transportation company for limo services several times, inclusive of airport runs and my daughter’s Sweet 16 party!

We made a reservation online for a car to pick us up from the airport, the reservation process was quick and easy, The car was clean and comfortable, our chauffeur was waiting for us, even though our flight was 25 minutes early, he helped us with our luggage to the car, and delivered us safely to our destination.
