Very nice friendly people Beth is a wonderful owner and hopefully she be successful in her journey. She has taxis for me at my place, theyre mostly never late but the vehicles need to be cleaned more so this company gets 4 stars

The taxis are very clean and all of the drivers are very hospitable. Love them. They however need to work on be more prompt and on time. Still love the staff. They are worth waiting for. For sure.🥰

I will NEVER use this cab company again. My very first time using this cab company was today in my first experience was HORRIBLE. I will NOT n will NEVER reccomend ANYBODY using this company. For the woman I spoke to on the phone lied to me saying they take both when they only take cash. The cab drivers are VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! The man that brought me to the nail shop yelled at me in out up a WHOLE argument with me. I called my mother in he yelled while I was on the phone, then he proceeded to drive around the parking lot I had to ask the grown man to stop in pull into the way so I can get out the car he was very RUDE!! This company shouldnt even exist no wonder why they have a 2.3 rating!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

The good thing about Tarheel Taxi is theyll let me know if there are any cabs available or how long it will be before a cab arrives and sometimes it doesn t take too long for a cab too pick me up. Keep up the good work.

Only gave this 1 star because there was no option for zero stars. Worst taxi service. Save yourself the trouble and use a different company. We called for a taxi and was told there would be one here within 10-15 mins. Its been an hour and a half and still no taxi has came and we have called the company 3 times and no one answered. This isnt the first time we have had problems with them. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE.

I ordered a cab for 7am today. Its now 7:20 and NO CAB! Unprofessional, no customer service and guaranteed to make you late!! WILL NOT USE! WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

Starting using them to get to work and the grocery store, but the wait times have been horrendous. Always have to wait over 30 minutes for them to show up. Dispatch lady is nice, but I just cant deal with waiting so long constantly.

I waited over an hour for a cab & dis batcher kept saying the cab was 1 minute out and 30 mins later there was still no cab I ask where was the cab 4 times all I got was lies after lies very disappointing won’t be calling for tarheel anymore but cab driver was nice

Tarheel drivers are their own breed. All are super cool and squares would probably be uncomfortable with the rad way they conduct themselves. If your laid back and just wanna ride from cool people take a Tarheel taxi. Stay cool brothers!

Absolutely best taxi service we tried. Mr. Cliff was our driver all weekend. He was very knowledgeable about the area including the base and every building. He was on time or early each time Willand communicated well with us. use him again everytime we come!

They came when I called unlike yellow cab

The driver I had heard me talking on the phone with another taxi company and asked me if I needed a ride. I said yes and he picked up my bags and took me outside to his cab.He then proceeded to talk to meAbout the area and showed me some places I might want to know about. Very helpful and courteous.

Our son is flying in to attend training at a local military base. I called Tarheel to get an estimate for the cost. The lady I spoke to on the phone was not helpful at all and wouldnt even give me an estimate. Their competitor (Yellow Cab Co) was far more helpful and will get our business.

The woman driver that lives in the Meadow Oaks community has no consideration for children and flies down the street like a bat out of hell and always on her cell phone. She has has taught her teenage sons to drive the same way.

You tried the rest ride with the best. All people are not the same. So if you are unhappy with a certain cab then try another you have the right to refuse that cab and driver and each cab has a number so identify that individual not the company. Tarheel is a wonderful company owner is fair honest and a pleasure to work with. So if you were unhappy with your experience the first time try us again. God Bless our Country.

Not a customer but cab number j142 with the blonde lady was eating something almost ran a red light and almost t-boned me and my 6 month old daughter minutes later almost rear ended us at a stop light because she was speed. I had to move forward almost into on coming traffic not happy or pleased with that woman. All this morning 5-4-18

Unreliable.Scheduled a trip to the airport the day before. Called when they were 15 minutes late and I was assured theyd be right there. Ended up driving myself after 30 min late.Im not returning to the airport so Ill end up paying for another cab plus the parking fees at the airport.

Recommended by local. Used twice and both rides were perfect and could not have asked for better and prompt service! A++

Never again! First trip cab smelled and it was filthy. Even after getting out I still smelled the cab. Second trip the driver was smoking, so unprofessional. That cab was also filthy. Who wants to ride in a stinky dirty cab. The second trip the driver took a longer route! Unbelievable. And they wonder why Uber is taking their business.

Decent enough. Cab drivers are alright. Once I got in a cab that smelled really bad. Their phone connection isnt the best and the dispatchers dont always ask for you method of payment so a couple times Ive had to spend extra to stop at an atm and withdraw.

Absolutely horrible, taxi didn’t even make it to my house. Guy kept driving around racking up the tab and the service was awful, they hung up on me and didn’t even take down my number or address. Don’t waste your money. Get and Uber

Reckless driving

Called after waiting 30 min for a taxi and was told it would arrive in a few min. An hour later the dispatch had no idea where the driver was.

I am not a customer, I just almost got run off the road by one of the drivers in car J87 plate number TB-5990. Woman driving this van is insane and reckless.

You people are the worst. 11:30 st night with my child in bed and your driver sits outside my house laying on the horn, if tr person they are picking up isnt coming out freakin leave!!!!!! I had to call the dispatcher to get them to shut up and even they acted like I was impeding on their time. Its a residential neighborhood not downtown Boston! SHUT UP AT THIS HOUR OF THE NIGHT!!!!! Have the fare leave a number and call THEM, dont lay on the horn and wake up the whole blessed neighborhood

Called and ordered a taxi the night before I had to be at work in the early am. Taxi didnt show until an hour later than what was scheduled.

Worst cab company ever.Took over an hour to get to my house, and made me late for work. The driver didnt have change so I had to get change from my boss.Most of the drivers dont know where my street is.Will never use them again.

This place is a joke. Taking advantage of our Marines because you know they arent from here. Shame on you I just picked up a bunch of Marines to take them back to base with my Marine and I learned what you are charging them. Also learned that you are telling them the trips are way further then they really are. Shame on you

25 minute wait and I had to call again and was told they would be there any second. Waited 20 minutes more and finally got a cab. I think maybe dispatch forgot. Only reason I called Tarheel is because I couldnt get thru to yellow cab. Never waited more than 20 minutes for them.
