Barbara Johnson is the most unprofessional agent i have ever dealt with. She NEVER returns phone calls and lied to me reaching out to an HOA about a service dog. I would not recommend dealing with her!
As President of an association, I don’t know what I would do without Kim Robinson. She is always there to assist in our little community. Old building with a lot of issues and I truly appreciate all of her efforts.

This company has no morals about how they transact business. No one should consider doing business with this company because they have only themselves at heart. They are cold hearted and uncaring about their employees. Never do business with these people, the owner is very unprofessional.

Ive had experience with 4 property management companies in the last 15 years and Signature Realty & Management is by far the worst. I have sent a minimum of 4 emails in the past month and have not received even one response. It is absolutely ridiculous! Changing management companies should definitely be on the agenda at the next Association Meeting.
I’ve lived in this HOA property you manage for 2 years not once have I gotten a letter about a board meeting. Lots and lots of issues is here that need to be discussed you take the money and runaway mines well not have an HOA.
Janice Larsen and Wendy Perez were extremely helpful to my husband and I in our quest as home buyers. Although I work for Signature Realty & Management, I had never purchased a home before and these ladies made the process clear and simple for us. They were patient with us as we looked at TONS of homes until we found the perfect fit! I was especially impressed at how smooth the closing went because of how well they prepared us. We were truly peaceful during a potentially stressful process. Much kudos to these wonderful agents!

I would give -5 stars if I could. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE customer service, very sketchy and unprofessional when it comes to an HOA trying to receive existing contracts and make changes (as well as literally everything else) First meeting the community had with the management, the representative who set up the meeting showed up nearly 45 minutes late stating “I figured nobody would show up so I didn’t come” one of our neighbors described an interaction with our agent as “disturbingly unprofessional” and treated her in such a way that made her concerns feel bothersome rather than verified. Her requests were simple, so the agent really made a mountain out of a mole hill. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! PLEASE BEWARE!!!
Ive been working with Michele Richey Martin for almost a year now and she has been wonderful. She placed renters in our property in just a few days. Michelle Richey Martin is by far the best Property Manager I have ever had. When she took over for my old PM company they had left me with a trashed condo and stolen items. She totally took charge and fixed everything leaving me with a good piece of mind for over 6 years. I have properties in other states with other PMs but Michelle is the most hard charging and certainly cares about the properties they manage as if they were her own. Id give her 7 stars!!.
Signature Realty has done an excellent job managing a rental property for me. Lynne, the Realtor managing the property, has been great to work with, has done an excellent job screening potential tenants, and is always quick to keep me informed of any issues with the house as well as schedule service calls for needed repairs. I would recommend Signature Realty to anyone looking for a rental property manager.

Our agent, Cindy Sanders is incredible. When Hermine visited Ponte Vedra Beach, we had a tree fall. Cindy coordinated everything with the tenant and even removed the wood from our property. We are highly confident that Cindy is working in our best interest. Living out of state, it is so reassuring knowing I can count on a highly capable individual to protect our property and find quality tenants. Having tried out a few other property management companies in the area, I can safely say that Signature Realty is the best.

This company is very unorganized, Ive just relocated to Jacksonville for a promotion within my company. I called them for two weeks straight and was told by four different people that someone would call me to view a condo that is very close to my office. I want to buy a home after I got to know the area so when I saw this unit with affordable rent, I was excited and wanted it, I called and was told someone would call me back for a showing, Someone will call me back to set up a time. NOTHING, NO RESPONSE, So Im looking AGAIN for a different rental and I see the unit online still, I call them again, Then Im told we just got a GOOD applicant This is very unprofessional and disappointing. If you own properties find another property management company. I assume if youre not spending tons of money with this company, They dont care. They would not give me the time of day. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
Wendy Perez has been wonderful. She is professional and super nice. She did a great job in selling my home and she is currently helping me find my next home.
They did not approve us because we don’t believe in credit cards why would I want to be a slave to the banks we make 6 times the rent and have very good rent history But did not approve us based off a credit score the person we dealt With was great but I don’t understand why they would even think someone with over a 620 credit score would even rent a house for 1200 when they can buy one for 650 a month mortgage thanks god bless the Sheddan’s my wife alone makes 3 times the rent and works a job that will always be around..
As a member of the OceanWalk HOA Board I have worked closely with Michele for the past year.I cannot begin to say how grateful I am for everything she does for our Community.If asked to boil it down to a couple points I would say:1. Michele spends OW money as if it was her own personal money. No waste.2. Very responsive, questions/issues addressed within one business day at latest. Most of the time within 1/2 day.3. Very reachable. Answers my calls and text round the clock.4. Follow-through, cannot think of one time I had to ask Michele twice for something. I wish she could say the same about me :)If Michele were to leave Signature Realty & Management, I would recommend to the Board we follow Michele.
Expected property management, full service... I was lied to, requested to review my file, no inspection performed at all since their management started four years ago, as agreed upon. My house was left destroyed, they couldnt have picked a worse tenant. I was switched to six different property managers within those four years, when I asked where my latest manager went, they replied with nothing but nasty answers. It almost makes me wonder whats going on behind their doors. Realtys are suppose to professional...
If there was a option to leave no stars Id choose that! Horrible management! George is rude as well as Dwight. I rented a property managed by this company I lived there two years, the prop manager I had left before my lease ended. The new prop manager doing my closing tells me they have nothing on record ( we had construction the entire time we lived there, damages were made). So now they have none of my walk thru or any damages done from construction. Not to mention Ive been in constant contact with manager I gave then well in advance my new address so they could return my deposit! I again followed up and they ask again for my address! It was in your emails seriously ?!?!? So I now have to wait a week to receive in mail! Then wait to process disputes! Do NOT RENT FROM OWNERS WHO USE THIS COMPANY ! They dick you around and take your money!

We interviewed several realtors before choosing Alison Helfrich. Alison was the most knowledgeable & professional of them all with a keen grasp of the beaches area where our townhouse was located. She was thorough & meticulous along with being very accommodating & personable. i hope to use her again when i put my house in town up for sale, thats how good she is, Sincerely, Edith L. Howell
Signature realty & management is horrible. Their customer service is below a 1 star. They do not value their customers nor do they provide good property management. They are unfriendly, & not compassionate. I definitely wouldn’t recommend renting from them or allowing them to be your property manager.

I personally found this real estate company to be more helpful than others when I relocated to Jacksonville from the midwest. The home I now rent from them is just what we needed and the property manager is diligent with the owner on our maintenence needs. I highly recommend their services!
Worst property management company ever. All they will do is collect their 10%. If anything goes wrong with your property do not expect them to do anything about it. Oh and when you try to discontinue their “services” read the fine print, because its not as easy as one might think. They will keep your maintenance deposit, and security deposit when you leave them. Save yourself a headache and go with another company. PLEASE TAKE THIS POST SERIOUS. If you choose this company, which some of you will even after reading my post, be prepaird for a stressfull, and expensive experience.
I work with Cindy and all I can say I wish every property manager learn from her. Apsolute pleasure dealing with her for last two years. She updates me on every issue on time. I dont need to reminder her like other..thx again Cindy.
This company is a joke, turned in 3 applications $165 and did not hear back from them for 2 weeks. just to be denied, we met all income requirements, between us all we made over 4 times the rent. When we did hear back it was via text message, very unprofessional.. you could call and leave voicemails for days and get no reponse. rude and lazy. working out of a trailer. do not waste your time with these people.

After the property manager sue teague basically recommended the good tenant stay to catch up on rent because of one thing or the other, Mr Percel Mitchell and Jacinica Mays Mitchell have been avoiding paying on over $6000 in unpaid rent. Cutting off phones and avoiding court servers. Worst part is the company will not assist you to recover unpaid rent. These renters are probably out there doing it all over again This company is just interested in that management fee. Such a waste of time and money using this company. My house was left filthy after this company said they completed a walk through. Such a waste of space they are.

SIgnature is manager for a condo complex in which I am a unit owner. They do not answer the phone or return calls. The email address posted on their web page is bounced back as undeliverable. This tells me how little they care about customer service.
We have used them for years and the service for property management had minimal problems. We tried to use them for realtor, and it has been nothing but problems. They are not helpful, not responsive and dont do their job. To say that are mis-representing us, would be an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! We are trying to get out of a contract and file a complaint with Florida Department of Regulations as well as speaking with an attorney.Stay away and do not use this company you will regret it!! We do!
Michele Richey-Martin is the most professional CAM that I have had the privilage to work with in my 78 years.She is always one step ahead of the needs of our Association and its Board of Directors. She looks at and treats our money as if it were her own, frugil and efficient. Always looking to conserve our expenses, yet getting the job done to perfection.
