I was trying not to do this but have to let the ppl know about the awful experience that I have had with JWB to try and withhold a deposit for bogus charges has me LIVID and I would recommend anyone to not do business with JWB Rentals who charges 20.00 for lights on a move out that still work as you can see in the picture ? PLACE IS A JOKE‼️‼️ They don’t do a walk thru when you move out so your aware of what they are going to charge you the just send a bill. I left it move in ready and they still won’t release my money.

I just recently starting renting from Jwb the process of a new lease was very easy because they were very responsive and professional. I had an issue with my sink when I moved in an someone was there the same day. So far a great rental management team. I would recommend

If I could give them zero stars I also would. My parents are looking to buy a another home and have been for a few years now. They already own a home but there some issues with the house so I suggested that she rent until ready to buy. My mom brushed it off until I suggested that she go and view a rental. She did and loved it. They applied that day. At first they said my parents were approved but the home has been rented, so my she asked me to look at another property, and as soon as I tried to view the home, it was suddenly rented. The next day they called her and told her that the app was denied because of me, her daughter inquired a year ago, which I did, but also looking for her. There is no legal reason to deny them. The only reason, is that they didnt want them to rent because they felt like I might be living there also. My parents are good people and are well qualified to be tenants. These people have a complete lack of consideration for anyone and were glad that we wont be renting from them.

Homes looked appealing from the outside but inside was another story of the homes that I visited. Ready to move in... Not really. Bugs galore

Our process with JWB from the first call to move was nothing short of positive. We reached out within about 30 minutes if the house posting and we knew the chance of it being gone before our approval but Jessica and Sarah were extremely helpful with working as quickly as they could to get our application processed, even made some adjustments with my finances work verification due to hospital processes and we got the exact house we wanted. After weeks of searching it was such a relief. We have had a few minor issues since moving in, nothing major and working with maintance to address. I would recommend JWB to friends and family for any rental needs.

Been domiciling at my property for almost a year and the property manager, Ashley Johnson, has been nothing but helpful when it came to any issues. Courteous and timely with communications. Blessed to have someone like her. The home is still fine and with great neighbors. Home still feels brand new

I love 💘💗 what they are building around the city of Jacksonville Fl. New homes 🏡 to rent instead of a apartment. But only one request, vto close to the roads/highway. Need to consider putting back with other homes 🏡 from roads. When family move into the JWB rentals with little kids!

JWB Rental is the first rental agency we have ever been with and this entire experience has been a breeze and stress free. With COVID we were so worried about signing our lease and how it would have happened but thankfully everything was done remotely via video call, we even got to take advantage of the self showing of properties, so no physical contact what so ever. The representative was on time and also very informative in explaining our lease terms, ready to answer all our questions and concerns, which made us feel as our needs were in great hands even it was done over video. We look forward to this new rental journey with JWB and we have no regrets that our concerns will be neglected.

DO NOT USE THE COMPANY FOR RENTALS. Ive been in one of prooerties these scammers manage for almost a year now. The people they have one the phone to help when you have an issue with anything (maintiance, billing, personeal etc) never call you back when they say they will. Takes 2 to 3 months to have a simple maintice issue fixed. They will also try and charge you for things that have nothing to do with your unit and if a they send a company out for a maintiace issue and it takes them 5 times of them coming out they will try and charge you for that too even though the lease you signed says there is no maintaice fees. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY FOR RENTALS.

Moving to Florida was a bit daunting but this company put me at ease. They were able to answer all of my million questions and had the chance to sign all paperwork virtually because I was still traveling from another state. They have quick response time and super friendly.

I’m so highly irritated with this company right now. My family is out of $150 dollars before we even knew if we could have gotten approved or not. We went through the process of sending in all of the required documents needed and paid the application fee for them to tell me the next day that they can’t continue the application process because our lease isn’t up with our current rental company and for us to be able to finish the application process we will have to pay our remaining balance upfront to our current landlord Which is $5,520(4months) left. Then I’m told that the application expires in 15 days. So we have to come up with that amount in that amount of time. For us to do that we have to do a termination with our current landlord which is iffy because if we weren’t approved by Jwb we couldn’t even stay in our current home because we would have to fill out the termination of the lease. Then I’m told there’s no way for them to just hold our application fee until our lease is up. I just wish I would have been informed in the very beginning when I said that we were renting from our current property management company. For them to say hey when is your lease up at your current place and told me then. But to just be lost out of $150 just like that it is very unpleasant. we work hard for our money and it’s completely gone and it wasn’t even our fault. I also hope they don’t do anything fraudulent with our information because they literally have it all. The process just doesn’t seem right. I really do feel like this company is scamming people out of there money and truly discriminating and picking and choosing who they want in their homes and based off these other reviews i can’t even deny it. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Oh and JWB before y’all leave that same robotic response y’all have given everyone else.unless y’all are about to refund me my $150 y’all don’t need to say anything to me.

I haven’t moved into one of their homes yet and my experience hasn’t been so great, unfortunately. I’m wasting so much time to even just view a home. I went to view a home today after being scheduled. No one showed up and there was a lockbox on the door. I go to showings and can’t get in home nor can I even setup a time on their site to view homes. Like they have me blocked or something. It’s very frustrating.

I love my place I moved into. The process for the application was fast and easy. They are very responsive when I have an issue. I like the fact they have 2-3 year leasing options. It helps with me being in the military and not have to move every year.

JWB worked with us to make sure we could get approved and into our home in a timely manor. LaQuae was absolutely wonderful with the application process and the choosing of our new home. Everyone we have had the pleasure is speaking with has gone above and beyond for our needs. Thank you everyone!

*Update: 8/17/2021: star still very friendly and helpful and after not getting a response from the vendor JWB sent a maintenance person to fix my lock. Which I greatly appreciated.lBeautiful homes, friendly staff. Not responsive once you their tenant though. I have an issue where my deadbolt lock doesn’t work at all and made them aware of this upon move in inspection. I was told they would have a vendor contact me to arrange repairs. It’s been 4weeks and I haven’t gotten a call from the vendor. I’ve reached out to the vendor and the maintenance team several times over the past few weeks only to be told that I have to just wait for a response from the vendor because the lock is under warranty and the owner will not pay to repair it. So much for my family’s safety me well being. Do your self a favor and trust the reviews that say they slack on maintenance repairs. Once your in your trapped. Look elsewhere for property management

The experience was a breeze. I liked how they utilize Microsoft Teams in lease signing. Once I turned in the deposit and first month rent, I was good to go. The only con is you have to wait 4 business days before moving in. Luckily, my old apartment landlord allowed me to stay over a few days. Other than that. Im glad to have a home to live in while I complete my home purchasing process.

The homes are beautiful but Ive seen reviews and dont like what I see, that havent been any help so far. Theyre taking the HUD Vouchers for only 4 and 5 bedrooms in crummy neighborhoods and not the best neighborhoods. I wonder why? 🤔

Why on earth did JWB rentals block my contact information? I was seeing houses just fine made enough money and all and then boom all of a sudden I was blocked from viewing their homes. Is this discrimination? Its already hard enough finding a home during the pandemic, why make it even harder? There was nothing done wrong on my part to deserve this, yet here we are. I was even half way through an application and cant even finish doing that. Why? Is my money not good enough?

I just got an apartment from JWB and everything went smoothly with the application process. Great communication with my leasing agent. The remote leasing was fast and convenient from my own home. I would recommend renting from them. Haven’t had any issues so far. Looking forward to having a good relationship with them in the future.

This is the absolute WORST property management company in Jacksonville, FL. Super unprofessional, they are not responsive, extremely disorganized. Trust me, you will regret ever signing up with them!I PROMISE YOU DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

The answering lady was friendly and helpful. But when I called back again, they were busy, no one answered the phone. The properties were not clean, need some fixed. There were roaches on the floor. The stairs are uneven and the wood walkway on the second floor is rotting. I rate the lady at the office 5 star, the rest is more like a 2 to 3.

We worked with a previous company before finding JWB. Moving from another state, the truly helped make up for the previous experience we had. They were quick to help us get the process moving and kept an Opendoor with all the details of everything. We appreciate their help, in our time of crisis. We went from living out of a uhaul and into a home in a little over a week. Thank you

During the pandemic it was difficult to get responses & handle many financial affairs but JWB Rental Homes was the exception. I didnt like that i wasnt inform about the application can only be on hold for 15 days. I spent 100 dollars on a application just for them to deny me. I was told that I could be approved only if I did not have any eviction or have any unpaid balance from another landlord. So if your credit score is under 600 and have hospital bills do not apply you will be wasting your money

I recently rented a home from JWB and the process was great! I had to do a virtual signing of my lease and mine in process and it was painless and so easy. I’m looking forward to my future experiences with JWB they make things so easy!

If I could give this place no stars I would. How do you remove a family from there home during a pandemic. In October I had been placed on medical leave. Now mind you I have lived in my rental for 2.5 years with no problems. but during the pandemic was not working and my son was also in a car accident broke both his arms and could not attend school. So I was not working had no income what so every. And they evicted me from my home and but me and my son that had just had surgery. On the street, had no regard for what they did. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY WHICH WILL BE HARD CAUSE THEY OWN ALL THE PROPERTIES.

Please dont do business with this company, months of the same issues. Nothing gets resolved. There quick to hang up on you, and never do they call back.

We were very disappointed with this rental company. We attempted to use them to locate a home to rent with very little help from their agent signed to us. We find the first home that we liked completed all the paperwork and it was no longer available. Then we searched and searched with minimal help from the agency to find another property. Every location that we would find they would tell us that it had just been sold until of three weeks later where we finally found one that they didnt say was just sold. Then they tell us that our original application has expired and we need to pay again to have new credit reports and such done. This was like a scam. No one contacted us or mentioned to us at anytime that our application could expire until after the fact. To top it all off when we asked to speak to a manager to see if something can be worked out we were told that we didnt contact the agent and that they had repeatedly sent properties to us which was not true on either account. I would not recommend this agency to anyone ever.

I love JWB, my coming from another state here, looking for a place before I got here. JWB, was one of the first and the last places I looked to for a place. I love the communication, and comfort Ive recieved from JWB staff. I love the accommodation given to me and my family! This company is the worse company my family and I have ever rented from. Any time there was an issue, it took the staff forever to respond. Normally if you do not wish to renew your lease, youre suppose to notify them at least for months in advance. We were offered in advance the option to renew the lease. However, only two months prior of the renewal, they informed us that they owners of the house, preferred to sell the property instead. Therefore, only leaving us with very little time to look for another residence and time to move. To make matters worse, they had also e-mailed us a ridiculous list of requirements and demands that they knew was not possible because we werent notified in a timely manner. HORRIBLE COMPANY. That house was not worth the money I invested in it. Just wanted to do my due diligence and inform the public of the lack of humanity and proper customer service.

I really feel like I was discriminated against. I was told that they couldn’t rent to me because of “fraudulent documents “. All because on my paystub the address of my job had Jacksonville Beach instead of Jacksonville. Keep in mind my last three bank statements, which they have, shows direct deposits from them. I’ve been at this job three years!!!! I told the lady she can verify my job by calling or looking through my bank statements and she refused. This was a very easy fix. The house was real nice and I honestly feel they didn’t want to rent it out to me because me and my son is BLACK! I work two jobs and my son also. Even if she took that income off WE COULD STILL AFFORD IT. Never in my life have I ever been denied for a place! I’ve never even been late on rent! This is just so disheartening and disappointing.

My leasing experience with JWB Rental Homes was a great one. I loved the nature of viewing the properties on my own even after office hours depending on my schedule as it sometimes change within the week. After viewing the property I immediately received a text inquiring how I liked the property and if I was interested in applying. From there the process was super simple. Someone from the team reached out to me the next morning regarding my application. He walked me the the process of what would happen and how it all works. He even made sure that he outlined indicators of possibly not being approved and made certain that I wanted to move forward before accepting payment for me. I was approved within less than an hour after applying. The procedures are first come first serve. I paid my deposit on the spot and secured the home. He took the property off the website immediately. The lease signing was super easy as well and directions was giving before hand to make everything smooth. So far I love the home I am in and I’m so glad that I went with this company. The team they have is very responsive and polite which makes it easy to reach out with any questions or concerns. Any important docs shared with me at the lease signing was sent to me via email as well as it is available to download on my own through the resident portal. I would definitely recommend this rental company to others.

JWB will rob you every chance they get.When we moved in, they made several promises about the property that they did not keep. When we moved in, it was infested with roaches, the A/C did not work properly, the sink’s pipe has a missing link, none of the toilets were fastened to the ground, two of the doors would not close, and various parts of the house randomly fell apart.They tried to charge us to fix the A/C and promised they would send out pest control for the roaches. The pest control never came.We were harassed the entire time we lived there by the neighbors who were also JWB residents. JWB did not care and even sent us a few eviction notices for things that we never did.When we moved out, we paid for professional cleaning and pest control. Every inch of the house was better than it was when we moved in. We fixed up the house over the 2 years we lived there. But when we moved out, we were charged for cleaning, pest control, painting, A/C repair, and so much more.They even charged us for issues that were in the move-in checklist or that we notified them about.JWB is a company of crooks. The rent is too high and they will still rob you when you move out.

The lease signing process was done remotely and went well. There was a lot of information given in a professional manner. One thing that can be improved is giving the opportunity to ask questions, which was stated but at the speed of the host signing off I was left typing without the ability to ask my question. I can type quickly but I think that waiting a couple of minutes after the end of the presentation would give people a chance to ask or clarify some topics.

JWB was quick to respond when we wanted to go tour a rental home, and when we decided to move forward with that home the process went quickly and prompt. We were able to view the home one week and sign the lease and move in the next weekend. Overall great experience so far.

Properties are decent. A little pricey. Once you get a rental through the company. The human experience, exits the building. Very impersonal.

This company told me they could not accept my paystubs because they were not the same as other applicants who provided them with paystubs because they were the paystubs that come through the mail instead of pdf which sounds like discrimination. I would not reccomend this company to anyone. Dont bother because they are not helpful by no means. They wouldnt work with me AT ALL.

If you have a guarantor or cosigner why is it still impossible to rent from jwb? They need to get a better cleaning crew for the homes also. The house I looked at had and awful smell and flies in it.

Requirements are you have to sign a 2 year lease. Also reaching someone is hell feels like a over seas operation

Well, well, I must say that moving during COVID was not as challenging as I anticipated.JWBs implementation of a contactless, realtor-less viewing was very refreshing and streamlined. Kelly, our realtor, kept in constant communication and was helpful in educating us on the process using terms I understood.The remote signing fried up my travel time to an office and simply logged in using my phone.Thank you for helping my family find a home we love and care for. When my fiancé lost his job due to Covid and I had an issue they were so accommodating and worked with me through everything. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a home. TOO MANY LOOPHOLESAs I read the reviews from other tenants, I wish I could have gotten the opportunity to experience the professionalism and courtesy others experienced. I recently applied for an property with JWP rental property. Upon applying I already felt intial reserve when I submitted my identification and response was abrupt, through text I was apprehensive about the tone, yet I proceeded. I gathered all impertinent information as it related to the application process, called and spoke with Shalanda Miranda, and trying to further understand the process we had an honest conversation about what maybe on my credit report, at that moment she determined that I did not qualify for the property (without knowing if it was present or not) she suggested that I not continue with the process (discouraging in the least to say). I then asked to speak to a manager (in which we corresponded through email) in which I was then emailed by the supervisor Tasha Newton to reiterate that I could proceed but because of my prior conversation more than likely I am not going to be approved. The supervisor cut me off mid conversation and told me we not be a good fit, still puzzled by this statement, I never met this woman, never done business with this woman. I have a reputable job with a reputable company so money and background wasnt the issue. I was able to provide the company with everything they required, and in BOLD on their application it states overall financial, credit, criminal history, tenant and delinquencies can be considered determined the length, frequencies, etc. Then, they can reserve the right to deny for whatever reasons (implied). So here I am an honest hardworking citizen trying to secure a stable home for my family is supposed to be ok with someone not even running my credit, going off honest conversation (which is something I thought you would value in a potential tenant) deny me fair opportunity at housing because of a past due utility balance (when they can consider that candidate for rental if every other component checked out.) I try not to use the race card, but when you have to keep verifying your identity like your bank statement isnt yours or your paystubs are fake cause you probably make more money than they do. I get it there are scammers out there, but if you have someone who is sticking it out to the end, why build extra hurdles, for them to fail.. All in all this company has to many loop holes to be able to justify renting to who they truly want to. The contact that was made could have been more tasteful, professional, and courteous and quite frankly related more to what I needed verses what they felt I already lacked.

My husband and I are a military Family (he’s active duty and I’m retired Navy). We had ONE issue that we have been in dispute over for a couple years that held them up allowing us to rent a property from them. We have proof of it being a fraudulent debt but JWB didn’t want to hear it. We even said that we’d pay the debt and provide proof but JWB said it wouldn’t matter. It would take 30-45 days before they could rent to us. Mind you we are a military family needing a home in Jacksonville ASAP or else we will be homeless. They don’t care about people. A quick search on the BBB website shows that they have over 30 Complaints. I DO NOT recommend renting from this company!

Because of the pandemic everything is handled remotely from viewing the property, signing the lease, and sending in your monthly payments. Everything is easy and convenient except I wish you can drop off payments @ the office because the convenience fees when using a debit/credit card is extremely high, other than that I like doing everything else online.

THE 5 star reviews are rigged. Only way this company has a 5 stars review is because they are making them or paying ppl to give them 5 stars to try to balance the negative comments. THERES NO WAY THERES ONLY 1 stars & 5 stars reviews. This company is absolutely horrendous and only cares about getting you in the home (after a terrible process and basically begging to get in & trying to force an application fee before you can view a property, ive NEVER heard of anything like that) then BOOM you’re on your own stuck in a 2 year lease that rent will sky rocket on the second year. Pay for maintenance on their homes that they just THROW UP & they will have those eviction papers ready for you ! Pls do not buy the good reviews … THEY ARE RIGGED. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. RUN AWAY … LOOK HARDER FOR A HOME FOR YOUR FAMILY.

Move in process went so smoothly, I did it on the phone/computer right from my job and didnt have to miss work to go sign papers and pick up a key.

Thank you guys for such amazing team work.*Update as of 10/07/2020*With this rental company I see they hold you responsible for repairing appliances. As a new resident I dont feel like I was advised of this. I just moved in to the home and was advised that the screen door at the home would be fixed prior to me moving in but it wasnt, I was then advised to reach out to the maintenance team whom was very pleasant and always communicated. After a ongoing back and forth with maintenance, waiting patiently for the status. Maintenance just reached out me yesterday to tell me that the screen door is not a critical condition and JWB will not be moving forward with a work order. Everything was going so well up to this point. I just really felt like I was led on this entire time and disappointed. One of the reasons I fell in love with the home was because of the sliding door/screen door. Other than that everything is going well, maintenance did take care of my running toilet ASAP! Which I truly appreciate, I guess this was considered a critical condition. Going forward I know I will need to come out of pocket for non critical repairs. I hope this review is helpful. JWB is still a good company so far to me.🙂**Update As of 10/13/20**Maintenance/Vendor came out today and replaced the screen door. Thank you all for taking care of this minor issue that we cared so much about. This move with JWB has been the best choice. Thank you management for acting on our concern and honoring our request. I’m really excited about my move to Jacksonville from South Florida, and to be apart of the JWB Family. I signed my lease today!!! When first introduced to their properties back in November 2020, I stopped looking at other listings, and just focused on JWBs inventory. All of the homes presented well with the 3D option, and you got a feel for the homes even before visiting in person. On the day after Thanksgiving, I looked at approximately 12 homes. Every bit of the process, from inspecting the homes, the application process, to signing of the lease was done expeditiously and with professionalism by the entire staff. I was so excited, I executed my lease a month earlier. JWB, I have already introduced your properties to family members and others who may be considering a transition soon, and Im looking forward to being apart of the Investment side of JWB.P.S. DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY! I requested to tour a townhouse yesterday. I get there to view it and there are LIVE roaches crawling around. Now today I am pulling ON THE STREET of a house I had scheduled to tour this morning and they send me a notification saying the listing was cancelled. Ridiculous!!!! I had to pull my daughter off of remote learning to go and take time to view this house and they decide to notify me while I’m turning onto the street. I called to speak to someone about my concerns and all’s I got was “sorry you feel that way” Really disappointed.

Love them they help me and my son with our new place and we love it. The whole team is awesome thank you guys❤️❤️❤️

Garbage rental company! If I could give them a zero star rating I would. If you want to apply for a house, you have to give them your first born plus $75 a person for a application fee. Stay away from this place because they will take you to the cleaners. I also think that they discriminate against people who are not from the United States. And charge more than other places.

HOMES ARE NICE BUT THEY SUCK LITERALLY IF YOU OWN YOU OWN BUSINESS AND DONT HAVE A PERSONAL ACCOUNT THEY WILL DENY YOU.

This company was so organized and caring, It almost seemed to good to be true. The lease signing went flawlessly and they sent documentation for everything that you needed to know. Very well run. Amazing Company

Theyve helped us stay in our current home for several years though ups and downs, and our property manager Claire has been instrumental to helping us weather those moments of uncertainty that the pandemic has created in our lives. So despite all of their homes being definitely visually appealing... I recently came to a large lump sum, and wanted to relocate from Miami up north to several of their properties i had been looking at. And despite having the monetary value and more, I was disappointed when I was basically told that if I didnt already have a local source of income in that county, that, that would eliminate me from the application process for qualification.... which in a sense I could understand... hence the type of times where in... but if, a person has thousands of dollar, as far as even having enough to put a down payment on a home... why not rent it to them despite, not already having a source of local income.. as the term relocation means just that.. I was dumb founded by hearing this.. and wouldnt not recommend giving them any business.. and would suggest ANY OTHER realtor, and estate agencies.. as me and my boyfriend are both single parents to two different set of kids, making life work and happen... but to hear you have all this money and arent willing to give you a chance. UNREMARKABLE!!!!!!! And apparently their process is very Black & White, and not as transparent as they want to assume, for it to be made to be.

Everything about JWB has been awesome, from the move in process which was a year ago until now. They’re very responsive with any concerns I have and very understanding. I had to move out my last place at a last minute notice and the guy I worked with did everything he could to get me in the place I wanted by the time I needed. ❤️❤️❤️ JWB

I worked with Kelly and she was wonderful!! Very patient, kind and understanding. Walked me through the entire process step by step from the application up to my lease signing. She kept in constant communication and always responded quickly to my questions. No complaints so far. Id recommend JWB!

Save yourself the headache! I shouldve seen the red flags a mile away. Look at the bad reviews and the bs scripted responses from JWB. Everyone said the same things and I didnt listen. Youll never get a hold of them unless you call 20 times in a row and they will take your money and run. DONT DO IT!

This company is completely trash. They won’t answer when there is an issue. Consider your down payment as gift to them cause they will find all kind of reasons to not give it back. Stay away from them

We just moved into a new house from JWB properties we have nothing but good things to say about them. The staff has been so nice and helpful. Even though we had to drive 3 hrs on the highway to move here. It was so worth it. Any questions or problems and concerns they handled it in a timely manner.

I have been with jwb for 3 years and right now facing eviction and I can say this....I dont have a mean thing to say. They try to help. They do help. They care., they are a very good company. They are kind, and professional. No regrets

I just recently rented an apt with JWB. I was able to look at the properties I was interested in and Juliano worked quickly to get me approved the following day. The lease signing was done via Microsoft Teams and I liked how easy it was to use the app and attend the signing remotely. There are a few things that need to be addressed with my unit, but Im confident that JWB will take care of it in a professional manner.

I’ve been renting from JWB for almost 4 and a half year now and they have given me and my wife the best experience in all the places weve rented. Any maintenance problems are resolved timely and they communicate with you to let you know where your issues are. My property manager is Claire, She’s quick to respond and work with us on any problems that might arise! I’ve referred JWB to multiple family members, friends and I will continue to do so. I had been hoping to purchase a home but the economy is not a buyers market right now. I have been living in an apartment with my children for the last 5 years, the last 3 years spent on a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator....we were all so ready to get out of apartment living. I really wanted a house and started looking up realtor companies to see what they had available. JWB had houses available in my price range that kept me close to work and my childrens school which was really important to me. HOWEVER, I had questions about a couple of houses I went to view and was not getting return phone calls from JWB and it was frustrating. I looked at the reviews and saw that many others complained of the same issue. So I decided to drive to their office after work to talk to someone in person. Because of COVID I found a group of other potential renters waiting outside for somebody to come meet them and talk to them and they also complained that they showed up because nobody was returning their phone calls either. The person who came out to help the ladies waiting called the office from their cell phone and asked them to send someone else out to help me. The person who came out was very pleasant and willing to help me (even though he told me the properties I was interested were not his but he did not let that stop him). He gave me his business card which included his cell phone number and an email, not just another office phone number. He helped me with the questions I had and unfortunately there were 2 properties I was HIGHLY interested in and BOTH had been signed on that day. I almost felt like I was back in the buyers market how houses kept getting swept from me. I told him my situation and the next morning he had a list of homes that hadnt been put on the market yet but would be by that afternoon, all were in my area close to work and my kids school and all were within my price range. I came across one and saw it was on a dead end street and I called him and told him I wanted that one. Its been my dream to live on a dead end street with my kids because I didnt have to worry about them playing as much or my ex who has a history of stalking me just saying he was in the neighborhood driving by. He laughed at me and was like how soon can you go look in person- I was at work and couldnt leave, but lets just say he worked with me. I went to look at it after work and immediately called him and said I wanted it. Hahaha!!! He must have thought I was nuts!!! The whole process was seamless, communication about the process was explained thoroughly and I was always made sure I understood what was needed and by when. If I hadnt had issues with unanswered emails and telephone messages in the beginning this review would be a 5 star review.I love our new home. I didnt realize that renting a house was in my affordability range and that I didnt have to be stuck renting in an apartment complex. I told my mom I wish I had known this possibility existed when I first became a single mom.

Darren and Stephanie are amazing!! They made this process so stress free. When the home we originally saw became suddenly unavailable, Darren worked hard to find us something better. And boy did he!!! He got us into a brand new construction and we couldn’t be happier! Stephanie made the lease signing process painless and answered every one of my questions with ease! JWB has an awesome team representing them!!

Worst management company ever. Always rude . Took two years to get a tree removed that was causing termites and carpenter ants. Do not recommend less than 1 star.

Advertises eviction friendly but it has to be 4 years out. With this pandemic and people being evicted you would think they would make exceptions with a higher deposit but no they dont. Sad
