There is not enough I can say about how AWESOME Alexis is!! For starters I’m a bit OCD with bad anxiety, we are Military, had 30 days to be in a new home, we were first time buyers, and lived 5 hours away. Alexis made the process so easy and stress-free. She set the bar so high that my husband and I joke that she ruined it for us because we couldn’t see our next purchase going so smooth. She really understands the ins and outs of military life, VA loans, buying process and people. Due to my husband’s schedule and living a few states away we couldn’t view houses traditionally. Alexis listened to our requests and sent us a list of houses within our criteria and once we narrowed the list down, she scheduled viewings, when she was at the house she would video messaged us while doing the walk throughs, she was so thorough and efficient it was as if we were there in person looking at it ourselves! She also had scheduled and took care of all our home inspections, contractors, repairs, surveyor, re-inspections till we got into town and even after. We drove up for the day just to close the day before the hurricane was passing through and prior to she went by our new home to put any odds and ends left by previous owners in the garage to prevent any possible damage just in case, and after it passed she went by and sent us plenty of pics to show us there was no damage for a great piece of mind. She is so good at what she does that we had everything paid for and still got money back at closing! Alexis is absolutely fantastic! We were looking for a home as our rental lease was going to end in a couple of months. She did a terrific job in finding me the perfect home in a short amount of time. I am an active duty service-member who was PCSing from Hawaii to Camp Lejeune, and was pushed back on the base housing list due to Hurricane Florence in September. Needless to say I shopped around for real estate agents and noticed Alexis had great reviews and was highly recommended. I quickly found out why she was so highly valued as she worked with me, around my schedule (Hawaii is 6 hours behind), and made herself available for questions throughout the weekend. She coached me through the whole process, ensuring I understood exactly what I was getting myself into. We narrowed it down to a potential list of houses, while I was in Hawaii, and the next day she did a video tour through facetime of all the potential houses we listed out. This is when I knew I was dealing with an honest person, during the video tour she was quick to point out discrepancies in the homes we were touring from things like potential molding, roof damages, and potential flooding damages that could of been sustained from the recent hurricane. From all the houses we viewed we narrowed it down to 2 houses and as soon as I touched down in North Carolina, she met up with me to show me the houses in person, and that day we had an offer in for the home I wanted. The next day the offer was accepted and less than 30 days later I have closed on the home. Being that the house was a new construction, and had no previous owners, Alexis was able to negotiate me taking possession of the home early by paying a low rent of $30/night until I closed on the home. This allowed me to save a good amount of money, and to start moving furniture into my soon to be home. When we did the walkthrough Alexis was there to point out any minor flaw she saw to the builder for them to fix before I took possession and even now follows up with the builder to ensure that my needs are being met with the builder.
