We took a look at a property that Green River managed and while it didnt work out for our family we are so happy with the experience regardless. Shannon was absolutely AMAZING-- SO friendly, helpful, responsive and communicative. Christina was also great! The application process was seamless and quick. We heard back within 48 hours of applying that we were approved! We also received texts with beautiful videos of the rental home and we really appreciated that personal touch. We will certainly keep them in mind for the future and will recommend them to anyone looking for a rental home!

In my lengthy experience renting my home with Collins Reality, Jennifer H. has been an excellent property manager. She is expedient in responding to my questions and maintenance requests. She is also very personable while being professional. I recommend renting from them. Also, if I had my own properties to rent out, Id hire her as my property manager.I probably wont move out until I decide to purchase a house. I hope the move out is consistent with the past 4 years as well.

My husband and I have lived been renting through Green River for almost two months. We noticed the first day here that the back deck needed some work. I stepped through it the first time walking on it. With a dog and kid on the way, we were definitely worried about either one of them stepping through it. Jenn, the property manager, was very responsive. We sent her pictures and she worked with the property owner to get the deck fixed. The contractor finished it today and replaced all the bad wood and now we have a really nice deck we don’t have to worry about stepping through. I first came into contact with Jennifer Hile, a property manager with Green River Property Management in March of 2020 at the onset of the pandemic which was a very trying time for me, wrought with obstacles and challenges, as I was preparing to move across country from Los Angeles. Our A/C was not working on a Friday before the weekend and with Memorial Day on Monday. I contacted Green River Friday morning to see if anyone could come out to look at the A/C. I was contacted shortly from the A/C company that they could come out between 2 and 6pm. The technician arrived between 430 and 5pm. He said the motor was bad on the outside unit and it needed to be replaced. I asked how long that would take and he stated next Thursday possibly. I contacted Green River again to update them of our situation that we would not have A/C for almost a week. Jenn saw my message and approved the repair that Friday evening. The next day, Saturday, I received a phone call from the A/C repair company and they said they could fix it that day. I of course told them yes, they came around 4pm and we were able to enjoy the rest of our long weekend. Thank you Jenn and Green River for your prompt response to our situation.

Property owners watch out! I have been with this company for my rental property for over a year, and they overcharge & provide poor service. They held my portion of the renters payment for over two months, despite my disputes. When I finally got through to the right person, I had to explain for the third time that I already paid the vendor that they claimed I hadnt paid. I had been telling Green River that for weeks. They charged me a fee for the referral, a fee to pay the vendor, and the general management fee for the same month.Thats just one of the many bad experiences Ive had. Stay away! Theres a reason they charge you a fee for separating from them, they are terrible.
