Was having a conversation about viewing and meeting credit and income requirements, which my wife and I do easily. Was asked if we have “animals” and my reply was no but we do have service animals with paperwork needed to verify. I was no longer talking about viewing dates or times and was told I would “get a call later”.The ADA and Fair Housing Act allows for us to rent with service animals (legal papers required) and I feel very upset that a protected disability has “disqualified” us from renting, and I was ignored after mentioning it.Very disappointing, very unprofessional, and I will advise against using your company to anyone who asks me

When we told him about a bad experience we had with another leasing agent, they were right on top of helping us and making time to show us the house we wanted to see. They answered our questions and were right on top of making things go as smooth as possible for us. Overall, not very impressed as a tenant with this company. From the beginning they were unclear about certain things we addressed. Instructions given havent been accurate. When we had move in repairs requested, they redirected us to the landlord instead of handling them. Not the type of property management company I would choose to maintain my home and we have owned and rented out two homes in the last 13 years.

Very unprofessional especially towards the end of our lease. Didnt want to give our deposit back said the place was filthy and that we owed them our deposit plus more. WHAT THEY DIDNT KNOW is we had photos of the entire place AFTER we moved our belongings. Once they knew that everything changed and they stated they would send the WHOLE deposit asap.

Realtor Navin was a great help to me in my search for a new home. I made an appointment to visit a home for a walkthrough - he was very respectful and prepared (given the current times) giving me plenty of space and time to walk through. He noticed that the place I was viewing did not quite hit the mark for me and offered 2 other Locations that he can make available for me to tour that same day (alleviating a lot of possible back and forth). The picture is a property not the office. I almost walked out. Very cluttered and I had to do my business in the, I guess the waiting area, never made it to any real office. You do a lot of paperwork to rent from them. And it is a renters agreement for EVERY person 18 and over that is on the property. Pets have to go through a extensive screening from a third party app that you pay extra for and have to maintain to keep your pets score in the green. Even my realtor expressed concerns and stated she didnt like working with them.

I have known Aaron and Ming for 12 years. They have always run a great Property Management company and operated at the highest level of integrity. A fair company that takes pride in their inventory, great condition rentals, is customer and owner oriented. Always looking out for best interest of all parties. WOW! Just WOW! I just called this company to schedule a tour of a specific property and the agent (I think he said his name was Navie or something like that) that I spoke with is extremely unprofessional and rude... and definitely doing something they shouldnt be doing...First of all, he had the radio/tv on and made me talk louder for him to hear me and then had me try to listen to him talk over his radio/tv. (Off to a bad start...) After I tell him that I am interested in taking a tour of a certain property, he starts asking me very personal questions that would pertain to an application form (like number of occupants, move-in date, pets, and credit score?). When I repeat that I was only looking to take tour and not applying yet, he continues with I am asking you these questions because if you have bad credit will the owner rent to you? What is your credit score? WOW! Soooo I tell him that what he said was pretty offensive and rude. And I repeated that all I wanted to do was to take a tour of the property this weekend if at all possible and he refused to schedule anything without my credit score. I told him that I was not comfortable with how he was treating me and he told me to call back when it was closer to my move-in date. And I told him that I would not be calling him back!I think that the company should know that they have a LAZY employee that offends possible tenants and conducts themselves like this on their staff. Because Im pretty sure rental properties cannot deny someone a tour just because they refuse to give information that you are not warranted such as a credit score. (By the way, my credit score is fine and I would have been a great tenant. I just didnt want to answer the question because I knew he shouldnt have been asking!)

If the car natural engine and TV without surround sound is supposedly waking my neighbors up then that tells you the cheap materials that was used to build it. I believe I have been targeted and watched for any violations. They send out disrespectful emails. Thank goodness my lease is up soon. Worst Jacksonville experience to date and Ive been here three years. I will make sure to keep these homes away from Jaguars organation employees.Missing the southern hospitality.
