Service was fast had a early morning appointment from the moment I checked in until I got back to my car maybe 20 minutes. My only issue is the parking lot is super dark for a business parking lot. Can be hazardous for the elderly or people looking to prey on their next victim. Or those who simply dont pay attention.

DO NOT GET YOUR PRE EMPLOYMENT DRUG TESTS AT THIS LOCATION! You have been warned. They constantly lose samples or have delivery issues and specimens are either lost or take forever to be completed. Not only is this inconvenient to the employers trying to fill positions but also to the candidates who are desperately trying to work and cant because their tests arent completed in a timely fashion. Everyone loses money but Labcorp and theres little no care at how this affects people. Its worth the extra time and effort to go to another location where things are done properly.Source: Im an employer, out of 4 people who visited this location for pre-employment drug testing exactly ZERO have been completed and each candidate has had to retest at another location.

SPEED! I arrived and checked in through one of the Check In kiosks at 6:34 AM. I received a text notification after I checked in through the kiosk that my LabCorp technician was ready to see me and that my name would be called shortly. When my name was called, I gave my Dr’s physical orders and my insurance card to the receptionist. I was seen by the technician shortly after and shown to one of the rooms for my bloodwork. It was over before I knew it. Thank you, LabCorp, for a pleasant and quick visit!

They need more people, there’s only 2 people on staff I waited over 2 and a half hours and they refused service to me because it had gotten past after hours, all I needed was a simple drug test to start my new job and they couldn’t do it for me. I never leave bad reviews but this actually upset me very bad.

Employment drug test. Arrived 7:15, out by 7:35. Front office staff was curt. Self check-in kiosks are handy, but causes some stress for a few clients. Clinician was polite and professional.

I drove down from Georgia after making an appointment for a drug test. They are not doing pre-employment drug testing due to limited staff. Dont bother calling as they wont answer the phone.

I feel like I have to write this after seeing all the negative reviews. I spent the better part of 2 hours here today. Nobody like doing these things. The STAFF were perfectly pleasant and polite. The PATIENTS were the problem. I arrived while the lab was closed for lunch. Nobody was waiting. I stood there and was joined by 4 others. I made sure to maintain my position closest to the door. We waited mostly in silence. When the doors unlocked a well put together white male SHOVED past me and he and all the other patients lined up ahead of me. I took this in stride as several of them were obviously disabled and had been standing for a while. The receptionist asked each of them to sign in and have a seat. Several were incapable of doing that, instead giving excuses stories about why they didnt have the proper insurance i.d. or paperwork and why THEY couldnt wait too long. We all sat and the waiting area quickly filled up with more people. One woman rushed in looked around and ran straight to the window where the receptionist was helping someone else already. She insinuated herself into their conversation explaining that she couldnt wait as she was parked in the street. Ample parking in an off street lot was available and plainly visible through the window. She became upset when she was not immediately accommodated. I continued to wait with the others, many of whom lacked the home training to know how to occupy a waiting area with others in a considerate manner. There were several phone calls going on at once, videos being watched out loud, bodily functions were released loudly and frequently with no apologies to others around and people kept going up to the window with various sob stories trying to bump the line.BLESS the ladies who work there who handled all of this courteously and did their best to get everyone through as fast as possible. The lab tech even apologized multiple time for the wait.My only criticism of the facility would be that they were understaffed (what place isnt these days) and there really should be seating outside if the door will be locked over lunch as Disabled people relying on free transportation had to stand and it was sad to see.

With an early morning appointment we were in and out in 20 minutes for standard blood work and urine. Staff was friendly and efficient enough and seemed to appreciate our complete paperwork. Wasnt crowded when arrived but was filling up fast on departure.

I was there 2 weeks ago and all I needed was a stool container and had wanted to know if we were allowed to eat for the blood work that we needed. First time going to this place it was pack and a lot of elderly. After 15 min of waiting on the window the lady finally comes out I told her what I need and said I had to check in in the “express check in” and she was no able to answer any questions until my name was called in and the stool container had to be “prepared”. She was very rude and told me the longer I spoke to her the longer it would take them to help me. I waited about 10 minutes to check in the machine but the elderly people in front of me had trouble using it so I left.. that machine should not be there unless they have someone helping the elderly. I went in today checked myself in but went to the window and asked the other lady if I had to wait for my turn even tho I just needed some questions answered and the container. She helped me right away and took her 2 minutes. She did not have to prepare anything all she dis was grab a bag and the stool container and what ever else was needed inside the bag. That type of people should not work in an environment that has to do with customer service or any hospital related!! That lady should get fired and I’m sure all the bad reviews here might be talking about her.

The receptionist here, as others have stated, was incredibly rude. She was snappy and was annoyed by my questions. To make things worse, when she read my order, she told me my results were going to a random doctor I had never heard of. I told her that was not my doctor. She decided she was right and chose not to investigate further. I ended up having to calling my doctor to find out if this was right. She had no idea who the other provider was. Now we need to figure out how to get my results to the right doctor (vs. some random guy in a city Ive never been to) all because this receptionist couldnt be bothered to do her job.That being said, I got out quickly and the phlebotomist did a good job. My main issue is with the rude receptionist who refused to look into an obvious error (and now Im stuck trying to get my results to the right person). Also,heads up, theres no place to lie down if you get dizzy/faint. If this is an issue for you, go elsewhere.

The receptionist was extremely short and curt with me and asked me to hold on while she finished her phone call. I assume the person called to make an appointment regarding an issue her child was having She then asked the person on the phone “ma’am let me ask you a question, “is your daughter sexually active?” I was BLOWN AWAY!!!!! She’s not the doctor, or a nurse, neither is it her job to ask someone a personal question like that as a receptionist.I went and sat downI then realized i couldn’t find my Drivers license so i asked her if i had given it to her. Her response? “You’ll get it back when im finished”

Well despite the reviews. I was there 2 mis ago. I arrived at 7:33 and its 7:52 and I am already on my way home the waiting time was extremely short and the staff very efficient. I 100% recommend it.

Instant rudeness, noone waiting in line and the receptionist decided she needed to tell me to sit down until being called as if it wasnt obvious enough that I was reading the million and one notice they had hanging on the wall. I am glad they didnt have her doing double work such as being at the front desk then drawing peoples blood because I sure as heck was prepared to ask for someone else instead of her to draw my blood. Only for me to look through the reviews to read exactly how bad this lady is, question how does she still have a job with all these reviews that are literally true?

Very very rude staff! They go out of their way to be rude! I have never experienced anything like this place. Ive been going to a labcorp once a month for 3 years. Ive been to them in North Carolina, here in Florida. This is the worst one I have ever been to.If you make an appointment for still going to be waiting over an hour. Never going there again. Save yourself trouble and drive a little farther away.

Visited today for an employment drug screening. I called corporate while in the facility due to having to urinate outside their facility because a staff member willingly ignored my request to pee. While on the phone with a corporate rep she asked me for the names, upon asking the staff, Mikayla very rudely and unprofessionally answered why. Good thing the representative also heard her rude remark. Awaiting to hear from corporate again. . I wouldnt reccomend this location. Try other ones.

I just walked in for an appointment (0630 am appt!) and was told its going to be a while in a very condescending manner. If you dont like people, dont work at a front desk. I agree with other reviews that the front desk service is horrible. Hopefully the rest of my experience is better than the beginning.

The desk clerk acts as if you are bothering her. No one told her to fill out the application. People skills must not be a required qualification. The lab tech her bedside/tableside manner wss horrible just as the wait time.

Ill never go here again. The lady stuck my arms 8 times and couldnt find a vein. Then she asked me to take off my pants so she could try a vein in my leg. I took my pants off and for whatever reason she said she couldnt find a vein in my leg after sticking me a bunch more times (at least 4). Then she told me it wasnt her fault. She said she was supposed to be certified but hadnt completed the training yet and she normally does data entry but someone didnt show up to work today so she was covering for them. Then she told me she was going to try a vein in my neck. Right then (luckily) another employee walked in and explained to the lady I didnt need blood drawn. The lady said good thing and then they handed me a cup to urinate in. I complained to my boss, who then told H.R. and they filed a formal complaint and emailed photos of all my bruises to Lab Corp. Lab Corp said they would investigate but we never heard back.

I’m here now for a 7:45 AM drug test appointment and they still haven’t call me in yet. Right now I have to use the bathroom extremely bad because I drank water before I came here so I’ll be able to do the drug test and they still haven’t call me yet. Over a hour later still not called in.

I was here at 11:40 a.m and they tell me to come back at 1p.m and lock me out. Now the sign on the door says close for lunch from 12 p.m till 1 p.m . I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN. THIS IS REAL 😢 . IT DOESNT TAKE THAT LONG TO PEE IN A CUP. SMH
