We went for a test that was supposed to be delivered in 7-10. Business days and here we are 14 days later no test or valid explanation all the wait was due to a lack on the lab and they did nothing to compensate our wasted time! Don’t waste your time here

I was highly impressed with Any Lab Test Now as they were very patient and respectful with me and my other party and waited for me travelling from work to perform a lab test that needed to be in for Court by a deadline. They answered the phone each time I called and were courteous and kind. Their facility was clean and peaceful and I will definitely use them again for any labs needed to be performed. Thank you!!

I had a great experience! I usually have an issue getting blood drawn because of my veins but the lady that did it was AMAZING! I didn’t feel a thing, she found my vein the first try and had all the vials full in seconds. I wish I knew her name so I could give her the credit. Best prices! Highly recommend!

Both ladies were super nice and quick. It was an in and out easy process. 10/10 will go back if I need any other testing done. Taking my blood I didn’t feel it at all and I got my test results back hella fast. Great place !

I had a great experience. I didn’t have an appointment and showed up on Saturday at 8 am. I was taken right back and received my results within a few days. The staff was very helpful in answering questions regarding other services I was interested in. I will definitely be going back.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dont work the front counter if you are going to be rude and uncaring. Also dont allow people to make appointments online for certain tests if you refuse to do them during those hours. Thanks for wasting my time and causing me to lose hours at work to try to get to this location before closing only to be turned away because you dont feel like doing your job. place doesnt close for another hour yet she says they are closed and she is leaving in three minutes.

I had a very wonderful experience with Ty. Ty and her assistant took great care of me and gave me the best prices in town which was half the cost of the competition. They were fun and personable with a good attitude. They talked my girlfriend into a shot of B12 and I tell ya- she hasnt nagged me all day!

We went to the San Jose location in Jacksonville, FL and the ladies there were amazing. We had to draw blood on my 22mo baby girl and they were so compassionate and kind and we could not have asked for a better experience! We would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks, Ladies!

I am typically very apprehensive when it comes to having lab work done however the staff at the Mandarin location was wonderful turning a stressful situation into one of ease by creating an atmosphere that was calming I was in and out within 20 mins and the tech was quick and painless when it came to drawing my blood. The facility was clean and the staff was very clear as to what to expect in regards to the process and results . absolutely recommend for an over all pleasant experience.

Manager was completely rude and told me that they weren’t able to do a test that they did the week prior and after I asked why not she got an attitude and told me to go down the street and pay Quest 1500$ to do it there. Went to quest and got taken care of right away with no BS. This place certainly doesn’t know how to follow procedure and perform their job correctly.

Any Lab Test Now is the best place I’ve ever gotten my blood work drawn. The lab technician was excellent. Great service, no wait time and the cost was very reasonable.

Absolutely the best customer service you could ask for. They greet you with beautiful smiles and walk you through the entire process. Also they are very efficient I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

The whole thing was quick, easy and nearly painless. The nurse got my vein the first try! I hate getting my blood drawn and they made it a lot more comfy than what Im used to. Would recommend, especially if you are uninsured, cost was 1/3 what quest wanted to charge.

No line, no wait. I had no insurance, so this place was great. Very affordable prices for the lab tests. Results came back in 1 week. I would recommend this place.

Clean facility, professional staff prompt service, good price. Though cant be sure of accuracy of lab because staff unable to say name of lab that provides testing so i can research them and be reassured my results are my results and accurate.
