Worst experience ever with this location. Coming into my home they were rude, unprofessional, they did not swab correctly or even follow proper protocol. Do not waste your time or money on them.

I must say I am a very proud woman right now!!! Due to dr. Choice my family and I have gained a new family. Also thanks to Melissa she answered every question daily that I had. The staff of this office are amazing and helpful. They answer any and all questions quickly and effectively. They go above and beyond! Highly recommend them! Theyre prices are beyond competitive as well which is always a plus!

Could not have been more pleased with the service. I need fingerprinting for background check. I was able to make my appointment online last week. At the last minute on the night before I needed to change my appointment and was ALSO able to do that online. Directions to the location were precise. I arrived a bit early and they took me right back no problem. In Done and Out in under 15 minutes. Carsen, was friendly, professional and knew her business. Their site is easy to navigate and works well by phone or computer. Would highly recommend to anyone needing these types of services.

I had to submit fingerprints for my real estate license and I called last minute to make an appointment the lady was very friendly made an appointment within the hour. She was quick and friendly! Thanks girl!

This is the best fingerscan (livescan) business in NE Florida - Jacksonville!!!! I have been to a few for different professional licenses and Carsen with Drs First Choice was fast, very professional, and knowledgeable!! If I ever need anything with DNA Livescan, Toxicology, or Phlebotomy this will be the place that I go. I set up my appointment online, showed up 2 min early and was out within 4 min. Plus the cost can’t be beat!! Thank you!!!!! Made my day!

This place is very unprofessional I go there to get my fingerprints for my second job and they are closed before the stated time on google. Regardless if that’s not the correct time they should have it posted on their building so people are not standing around wondering why they’re not open. Then I try to call back and talk to Melissa the “owner“ and she gets very belligerent over talking me the whole time even though all she had to do was apologize and make my appointment this is a very unprofessional Place and I will take my business and my company business elsewhere

Very unprofessional, was asked why I didn’t know who was my kids father was . Took my money and never heard anything back. I ended up going elsewhere, got tired of their excuses after 2 weeks. Melissa called me and acted like it was my fault and was loud and very rude. Save your money I lost 300$ with these thieves
