I had to reschedule a few times in order to get a background check. I thought it was going to take long and I was on a time sensitive schedule for work but I had excellent service! It was quick ! Got to work right on time lol

ARCpoints Lab of Jacksonville is by far the best place I have ever been to take a urinalysis for a job. The staff is very knowledgeable about the rules and regulations for doing a correct urinalysis. Their customer service is above and beyond what you would typically receive. Also they not only do urinalysis for employment purposes but also DNA testing and I will be going back myself to give more urine for the ALCAT test which can tell if you have any food allergies by testing your urine. If you want a comfortable environment and a staff that knows the regulations and awesome customer service than look no further than ARCpoints Lab of Jacksonville!!!!

I went in today for my pre employment drug screen. Actually this is the 2nd time I have visited this location. Both ladies are VERY NICE, Professional, and Courteous. Very clean establishment. No waiting either visit. In and out in 10 mins. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone in need of their services!
