Excellent service and professionalism. When I explained I had already taken a Covid test but not within the prescribed time before travel, I was seen at short notice. My results were emailed to me about an hour later. Will schedule further testing at this lab in the future. Thank you!

This place was amazing. I went around 3:45pm yesterday (1/27) No wait, no lines, in and out so fast, with a really friendly and outgoing staff. I did not feel a poke at all, not even a little pressure. I’ve never had such a painless and easy blood draw in my life. I definitely recommend coming here!

Getting an A1C test was easy and results were back in 2 days. Easy and affordable. People wearing masks and not crowded, so I felt safe there.

I was in a frenzy from trying to meet a deadline to get titers drawn for a nursing program. Every lab or place I called said I had to have a Dr. order. I got a doctors order during my physical and then most labs stated they didnt accept self pay. I was aggravated. Suddenly, I did a Google search and Any Labs populated. I called them and they were perfect. They could draw my labs with/without a doctors order, provide the results before the deadline with a 3 day turnover, and they beat any other price especially for someone whos self paying. It was a plus that they found a student discount, which made the price cheaper than they quoted me over the phone. My results were forwarded to my doctors office in exactly 2 days and a copy was sent to me as well. The service was awesome when I visited the location on Atlantic in Jacksonville, Fl on Wednesday 9/16/2020. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Unlike the last place I tried to go to which was terrible (concentra or whatever the heck they are called) the two ladies working were super friendly too! I needed an RT-PCR Covid-19 Test in the Jacksonville Metropolitan area with the shortest possible turnaround time in order to catch a flight to Ireland and return home. The drive up test took only 34 hours from sample to results enabling me to catch a flight within the 3 day window required for Ireland at a price of 199 USD. I landed in Ireland and cleared all government requirements for the needed test results. Thank you!

Not only did their office open timely but they were ready to wait on patients. I appreciate that since I am always getting my lab work done in the a.m. before going to work. The office was very clean and they were very friendly.

Hands down this is the easiest most comfortable place to go for any lab tests!! The nurses make sure you are comfortable and relaxed and the process didn’t take but 7 minutes from in the door to getting my IV.

Really clean and quiet . I was only one there and that is a relief in Covid19 time. The other lab here feels like germ fest during regular times with every sick coughing person crammed into waiting room. The only thing is, why wasn’t anyone wearing a mask? I was.

First of all i am scared, nervous or whatever you want to call it about any medical procedure . Any Lab was referred to use by my doctor and i have to say it was easy to schedule on line and the service went very well nobody trying to sell me other procedures i went in handed them my paperwork they took my blood and i was done .Young lady who took care of me was so nice she got me in and out quickly . Excellent staff and customer service!!There were a couple of people ahead of me when I arrived and I was worried about getting out in time to make it to work. The front desk receptionist understood my concern and had the phlebotomist take me in a different room where we could get my blood work done faster. I was out in no time! I didnt have an appt, but stopped by about 1230. I think I was the only customer there. I filled out a small amount of paperwork, then had my blood drawn. I dont think I was there more than 10 or 15 minutes. The staff were pleasant and polite.

Arica has to be the best ever at drawing blood. Im a bigger girl and it always takes the techs alot of tries but with her i just felt a little pinch n she had it in the vien quickly. Job well done and thank you (:

I was bringing my son in for some blood testing. We came in Friday afternoon with his papers from the doctor that said he didnt need to fast. The women working at the front desk advised us that he did and she could schedule an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:30 but told us to show up a few minutes after 9 because her first appointment would only take a few minutes. Well we showed up at 9:05 and the women working didnt show up until 9:40 with 8 other people standing in front of the building standing around. She comes in with a excuse that we had already knew was a lie seeing as she was already at work and then hurry up and took off out of the parking lot. Anyways I let it go and proceeded to try and get his test done. This part is my fault but I didnt know this wasnt a place that accepted insurance. Anyways when I ask youre employee about the insurance information she informed me of this. I said oh I didnt realize you didnt take insurance she made a huge sigh and say well thats to bad but not my problem as Im standing there with my 8 year old son. Needless to say I would hope you would hire someone who isnt as rude and who could show up on time rather then leave 8 customers standing in front of the building to then be treated like crap because she is late and in a crappy mood.

I took my mother here a week ago for labs ordered by her cardiologist. Yesterday, I called to check on results as we had not received them, and her Dr. Appt was today. I was told that the lab could not read which box the lab tech had checked, so had not run the tests. I was assured they could still run the blood and that we would have results by 9am today. Of course, we have not received them and when I called this morning to check again, my call went to voice mail. Apparently they dont follow up on their outstanding labs. This service has been absolutely useless as my mother has no lab results for her doctor visit today.

I talk to someone on the phone Friday I ask if I need to make an appointment They said no just show up Monday at 7 AM. I got here at 6:50 AM it is now 7:15 AM and still no one is here. Now I’m going to be late for work this is total BS !!!!!!!!! You have to fast for this blood work I’m thirsty and starving and now it’s 7:30 AM and still no one is here. I don’t know how you can run a business like this
