We had a great experience! I went today to trade in my truck for the ultimate mom vehicle the Sienna mini van! From when we pulled up Amer was so helpful. He showed us where to park asked what I was looking for and we got right into everything. We brought our youngest with us too and he made sure she had snacks and a drink during our time there. Would highly recommend!
The lady in parts that took my request was nice. Most others could learn to speak but thats my experience everytime Im there. The greeters in the garage and the salespersons speak.
The service department is great 👍. The are professional, courteous, and timely. I have no complaints and I would recommend them to a friend.

I Started using this service department for all my needs about 9 years ago. I have always been happy with their service. They are quick, considerate, friendly, and do what they can to keep the costs as low as possible. My current service coordinator is Sherry, and she is awesome! Friendly, willing to joke with you, very personable! If she says she will call you back, you can take that to the bank! I have had other coordinators that my only complaint was they would not call back, Sherry is definitely on top of things, If she promises a call back, you will get it. I dont think I will own anything but Toyota in the future, but if I ever do change, I will still come back to this service department. They are top notch!
Got an appointment on short notice, 3 days, and they did my 15k service in under an hour. They have friendly service people and a covered service check-in area.

Got right in for my appointment and the was given a ride home. I should get my car back tonight. Needed a recall taken care of and inspection. Good people who really want to made your experience wonderful.

Horrible service. Took 2 hours and 24 minutes for me to get my oil changed. TWO AND A HALF HOURS! AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! People who got there later than me with no appointment were walking out before me and that was extremely frustrating. I have an oil change package that came with my vehicle purchase thank God I only have one left. I guess you’re the last on the totem pole if they can’t charge you for service.Can’t believe I’m saying this but I can’t wait to have to pay for an oil change so I won’t be held hostage in their lobby again. It has never taken less than an hour in all of the five times I’ve been there, but never would I have thought it would be 2.5 hours before I could leave that place. I can get an oil change at Valvoline in under 20 minutes.On a brighter note, the staff were very friendly as usual, but friendliness does not excuse what happened. I did not want to cause a scene or blame someone who was not responsible or who was treating me very respectfully, so I figured this would be a much better outlet to express my frustration than to take it out on someone who was being respectful to me.Again, VERY friendly and professional staff, but the service time is ridiculous.

My 2011 Toyota broke down and it was something my mechanic was not able to fix so I had to have it towed to this dealership. I personally dont like dealing with dealerships because of the overhead that makes just about everything cost more. The Advisor appointed to me was Matthew Morrrissey. I was totally honest with him about my opinion of dealerships and he said he understood and he would do his best to make this experience a good one. He called me about 3 hours after having the car to tell me what it was and an estimate to fix it and also said that it would benefit me to go ahead and do a tune up and oil change and quoted me the price for the tune up but said I would only need to pay for the filter on the oil change because they had to drain it to fix it . I bought this car in June of this year and it was due for the oil change and since I had no idea if it had ever had a tune up I agreed to do those as well. It helps that I know a little about cars and engines so I had a guestimate already in my head and it fell right between. Matt was very professional and kept me up to date on what was going on and even sent their customer service drover to pick me up and bring me there to get it when I couldnt find a ride. I am very thankful that he was my advisor!

Robert is really nice. But they tend to mix up appointments alot. Also, theyre overbooked alot and service times are usually an hour plus quoted.
My service representative, Sherry, was mostly unresponsive. It was like pulling teeth trying to get any updates on my vehicle. A week after my appointment, my vehicle was finally repaired. Ill be using Toyota of New Bern from now on.
