Trumaine and the guys were awesome! Fast and efficient oil change! I only go to this location. They also changed out my brake lights quickly! Saving me from accidents in these wild Florida roads! He had me entertained the whole time! Great people facing skills!!

Mr. Walter, Trevor, Trumaine, Charles & Jake are excellent they took extra care of my car by doing an oil change which was definitely needed. They even checked my car fluids and top them off and even put air in my tires. Service is exceptional & fantastic. Only took 15 min to complete it all. Beyond amazing. Will definitely come back to this location!!!

I had used a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change today and all the guys there took great care of my car. Garrett had explained to me what all was being checked and why and he also went over some maintenance that was recommended and why my car could use it. All in all, a great visit- the guys were very friendly and helpful, it was a quick service, and I felt as though I was being given honest info. Ill be back! 😁

Service was top notch Ill give them that. With a $10 online coupon the total bill was $91. My truck takes 6 quarts of oil. If I still had a diesel that took 10 or 11 quarts of oil I could see the price being out there like that. My dealer does the same oil change for $45 and they rotate my tires. I was kind of in a pinch because I was overdue for an oil change and had to go out of town. Next time I will plan better and go back to the dealer.

Walter was awesome, polite, and professional. He couldnt get the drain plug off. Did replace my supplied oil filter and put in a quart of oil to make up for oil lost when replacing the filter.

I went to Valvoline FG0023 in Jacksonville Florida on 5/5/2021 for an A/C recharge on my 2011 Chevy Cruze. I have never had service done on my A/C system. They recharged my freon but it ‘didnt take’ so I was charged with an ‘A/C Test’. On 5/7/2021 I went to a Midas here in Jacksonville. They went to test my A/C system. They pulled out 2.0 pounds of freon from my system. My system only holds 1.38 pounds. The technician explained that Valvoline overcharged my system with freon and ruined my compressor, which will cost me roughly $2000. I would like Valvoline to reimburse me for this cost, as it was Valvoline’s fault that my compressor is ruined. Thank you.

Car started leaking oil after my oil change. Took it back they redid the oil change and the car still was leaking oil. Had to take my car to Honda to find out whats going on..they forgot to tighten the oil drain bolt. Becareful using this location.

Scammed my mother for her oil change charged her 92 dollars. Told here there was no coupons available there is no prices posted online. There is currently a grouon for a 36 dollar oil change for that location which states it was originally 64 but somehow she got charged 92.01.

I came to Valvoline this morning because I saw the guys on the road, and I knew I needed an oil change. Everyone there was so nice and professional. They took the time to explain things to me, didn’t pressure me to buy other things and helped me with an additional problem I was having with my car! Normally I do my own oil changes on my car, but now that Im in college full-time I dont have the time of day to do it, and Valvoline did a phenomenal job on my car. I did the fuel cleaning treatment along with a full synthetic oil change.And for a lot of people, they dont really care about the price as long as the service youre getting is of high quality and excellent respect from the employees, which is the experience I got. Please take your business here, this place needs more reviews, they do a wonderful job.

They replaced my rear windshield and was not adjusted properly. When i returned to get it fixed they told me there is a special tool they need to fix it. Check back in a week. After searching on YouTube..the only tool needed was fingers to snap off plastic wiper cover. So i did it myself. Dont offer a service if you cant get it done right

I used valvoline for all of my oil changes when I lived in New Jersey, and although they could be annoying with all the different services they wanted to sell me, I appreciated knowing what needed attention on my car. However, I moved to Jacksonville, Florida and came to get an oil change at the location on beach Blvd, and there service is not at all what I am used to. They did not check my lights front and back (headlights, brake lights, and signal lights). They did not check washer fluid. They did not tell me anything about other services my car might need. Also I came with my wife behind me so we could both get an oil change, and a car came like 10 minutes later during my oil change( my wife was behind me outside of the bay) and when the bay next to me opened up, they took the new car ahead of my wife’s car when my wife was waiting for 10 minutes. I just think the company should look into how the business is ran at this location because it’s not up to par compared to other locations I have visited. I even mentioned to the worker that they did not check my lights and that they took another car before my wife’s car when we were here first and no apology was ever offered and they still never offered to check my lights. The rep who took care of me was Abby.

My first time going here was met with friendly staff, simple service, and honesty. The guys were awesome when servicing my 2019 Jetta and had great attitudes as I came in before closing. When they werent able to do a tire rotation (due to my tires having unique hardware) they did not force anything off and apologized. The communication and assistance from the staff was awesome. They also informed me of mileage maintenance requirements for my car and left me with a smile with how pleasant they were. This was a nice change of pace from the usual oil change where 5,000 things are suddenly wrong with your car.

Incompetent billing system. Tried to replace windshield wipers. Did not have the right ones in stock. Charged me for what they didnt have. They spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to figure out how to process a refund, something a competent business can do in a nanosecond. Dont go there unless you have a lot of time to spend and want to be given the run around.
