Its hard to find an honest mechanic, but this place is my new go-to. Not only did they diagnose a check engine light for free, but they didnt rip me on the repair or upcharge on unnecessary products or services! The guys working here are great people, and i will 100% be using them for all mechanic services

Bill and his crew are the most professional automotive technicians I have had the pleasure to work with. They did such a great job with our company bus A/C, chair lift and oil change, that I brought my personal vehicle in to them for its 10k mile check. Very knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. They keep you in the loop along the way as they attend to your vehicle, and the attend to it when scheduled. You wont get any surprises, and youll be glad sought them out. These guys are awesome. I have taken my car, my parents car and my wife’s car here for various electrical and door lock issues over the last several years. They are friendly and honest. It’s the only auto repair place that is consistently less than I expect to pay and I’ve never had to bring a car back for something being done incorrectly. This last time I expected to pay a pretty penny because my after market headlights weren’t working on my truck. They found a wire that had been disconnected and hooked it up at no charge. That just shows their honesty and integrity. Highly recommended.

Had to replace engine in 04 Ranger. Had the engine delivered in about week straight to their shop. Dropped my truck off on Monday afternoon and picked it back up Thursday morning. Ive driven 2500 miles with no issues. I couldnt have asked for a better engine replacement experience. They definitely know what they are doing. Would highly recommend to anyone needing automotive repair.

Had a driveline issue with my Mustang GT the dealer could not find. Took it to Josh at East Coast to let him look at. He called me three hours later to say it was fixed. Some bolts had been improperly torqued by the dealer after a repair, causing this issue. One hour labor and my baby is good as new. These guys are fair and honest. Highly recommend!

Did a great job on diagnosing a complex electrical problem with my car that I couldnt figure out, required electrical wire tracing from behind the bumper all the way through the firewall to behind the dash. I took it to another shop before them which couldnt figure it out and actually screwed it up worse. Then I took it to Gosh at East coast, figured it out and I picked the car up the same day.

I highly recommend this place for all auto maintenance. Josh and the rest of his team are highly skilled and do honest work.

These guys are amazing. I was evacuating from Hurricane Florence, since I live in Wilmington, NC, and at around halfway through South Carolina I started getting misfires and a bad tremor in the steering column.I managed to limp to Savannah, GA, and get a tow the rest of the way to a friends house in Jacksonville, FL, where he recommended East Coast Auto since they managed to figure out what was wrong with his wife’s Jeep and get a same-day turnaround on it.The only reason these outstanding mechanics weren’t able to get a same-day repair for my ignition coil and two front tires - because one had separated, and the coil wasn’t sparking anymore - was because I didn’t notice their phone call with the diagnostics breakdown until after they closed for business the day I dropped off my Ford Freestar. Once I gave them the go-ahead for replacing everything that needed to be done, they had me set up in under seven hours and ready to continue on my way to my actual evacuation destination. Now, my rickety van runs smoother and steers better than it has in at least two years, and I feel MUCH safer driving my wife and my dogs from NC to FL and back again.Thanks, guys! You’re lifesavers!
