I was very happy with the service and found the prices to be very reasonable. The service technicians pointed out service items needing to be done and were not at all pushy. I was so impressed I came back to complete the service needed.

Relatively quick and convenient but over filled oil with my spare quart that I keep in my vehicle instead of just filling the 4 quarts that I paid for with the oil change. Do no over fill oil during an oil change, that is oil change 101. Other places scam saying I need more quarts and Ill give them credit for not doing that.

Over $95 for a oil change for a VW jetta! Ive been driving Jettas for years and never paid this much! I shouldve went to VW it would have been cheaper also they wouldve vacuumed top of the fluid levels and the customer service would have been better & to top it off the dude with the big discolored diamond earings didnt even have a mask on.. I mean if your going to rob someone wear a mask my guy! Also they pay you for good reviews! So if you go here dont let them know you will write a good review and hopefully u wont be upcharged. Just show it to them at time of check out and maybe youll get the $10 discount. And please owners of this SHAMblishment dont respond back to this with the automated rebuttal 👎🤞

I went there yesterday to get an oil change in my Chrysler 300. They did not place the pan cover correctly. It caused a friction to the rubber part of my tire rod. It cost me 180 + tax for the diagnostic at my dealership to fix it

Jason was outstanding. He went way above his daily duties. He did not try to hard sell me into services or products, but instead, he recommended services that were needed and that is a big difference to me. I mentioned that I needed new tires and he told me about the sister company that offers tires near where I live. So I will probably be doing that by the end of the month. Johnny was also very helpful. It is so nice to find people that really care about their jobs and are respectful to the customers.

Amazing! I can’t thank these guys enough for the support they showed me. The heat shield underneath my car was all torn up and there was metal scraping on the road, and I had no idea how bad the situation was. These guys put my mind at ease by getting rid of excess parts, and then tying up everything else nice and tidy. At the same time, they were able to do an oil change, and I was still out the door in less than 20 minutes. Thank you!!

Took my car in for a routine oil change and shortly after my car started leaking oil. I noticed a puddle of oil underneath my car and saw oil dripping from my car as well. I immediately contacted the store to report the issue and they did not take ownership. Instead the service technician was very rude and disrespectful. He stated my car was already leaking oil when I brought it in for my routine oil change. He also stated he did not have time to come and inspect my car and I would have to find a way to bring it to the store, after I explained to him that my car did not have any oil and it was not safe to drive.The GM was able to inspect my car and he witnessed the oil dripping from it. He apologized and stated they would fixed my car and also stated that my next oil change would be on them, but later went back on his word and told me that the oil leak was old and it was not their fault. I live just minutes away from the store location, my work, shopping and entertainment is also right at my door step, so I hardly drive my car and I keep up with its maintenance. The same service technician who claimed my car was already leaking oil before I brought it in to be serviced commended me for taking care of my car and stated it was in good condition. Never once was I told that my car was leaking oil nor that it was unsafe to drive at any of my routine oil change and the only recommendation I ever received was to change the air filter. I never had an oil leak before until after my recent oil change with famous quick lube. They are refusing to repair the damages they did to my car and my vehicle is now unsafe to drive.I have been doing business with this company for a while and was very disappointed with my experience and the level of customer service I received!
