Really dont know anything about cars but the gentleman that I met there when I got my alignment done they were really cool very helpful very considerate and very attentive to everything I needed very respectful and got it done at a decent time and still follow it all the covid-19 rules and all-around respectable they get a five star thank you guys for being respectful and helpful and always thank you Ill be back to get my brakes done

Showed up first thing in the morning they had no work at all in the bays and they told me they cant look at my car or even fix the flat till 4 in the afternoon. The shop was empty so either they are lazy or they dont want any work.

I called up here to get a quote and the guy obviously new i didn’t know much about cars and he told me something so small would be $800. i called around to other places and ron’s muffler depot on edgewood ave was less than a quarter of that price! be careful. these people will jip you. ron was amazing and had what i needed done in less than 20mins! i highly suggest checking him out.

Rodger at Tires Plus is amazing. He has so much integrity. I took my vehicle there twice for service, older vehicle that I love, and it ran wonderfully after. Well, I had to go back there for something different. I thought it would be really bad. He charged me for the diagnostics and as it turns out it was something very small. He did NOT try to make something up to charge me more. Wow!!! That is a RARE QUALITY. Thank you Rodger and Tires Plus.

William and Jeremy have given the best service I could ask for when it comes to tires and repair. Their integrity and honesty should be the standard for all others. They showed me what was up and did not try to nickel and dime me like some other mechanics would.

Horrible to receive service on brakes. Staff is very rude the corporate office does not do follow up on complaints to ensure a customers concerns are met. Mechanic left brakes and parts loose during brake inspection. Stay away from this location at all costs. I cant get them to replace the bad singing breaks that they placed on my vehicle.

Every time I go I have an appointment and still wait for an hour and half or longer for a regular oil change. After three times of this happening Iam going to go somewhere else. The staff is very rude also. Not going here again.

This use to be a GREAT place for service but the customers have ruined it. I was greeted with hostility when I showed up for a scheduled front-end alignment. I called tires plus customer service and the guy was amazing. He actually got me over to Firestone tires who rescheduled my alignment.

Unbelievable! They have had a company vehicle tied up for 5 days to do a simple tire replacement and balance, still can’t get it right. Made 5 trips back and forth to this place and was lied to multiple times. Said on Saturday it was done, here to pick up Monday morning, still not done. Who’s running this place??? Take heed and do not bring your vehicle. The guys are friendly enough, but cannot get anything done.

Put a bad oil drain plug back on my car and has a leak. I was informed & told it would be $15 for a new one when the arent that much. However, I went outside to call my mother to inform her of the issues & when I came back in they said weve went ahead & put it back on for you then the next day I notice oil leaking. This was my 2nd time here but not my 2nd time at a Tires plus as I been going to this, Orange park & Normandy location for over approximately 2 yrs.

This is the only place I take all 3 cars I own.

Had a 3:30 appointment for an alignment. At 5 oclock they told me they couldnt do it because they were Alignment machine just broke.

Would not recommend.I kept getting double talked.There were 3 tire options.He refused to tell me about the cheapest they had.The middle tire option was in stock, but not in store, so he said it would be a $12 charge per tire to transport them, making them about the same price as the highest cost ones that were in stock.You ever feel like youre getting scammed?

The manager was rude and all I needed was air in my tires and the first time I went there this morning he told me it would be five minutes and no one ever came out so I left and did what I had to do then I went back and he told my aunt that it would be three to five minutes and we waited for like ten minutes and then we were able to get this guy to do it for me that works there and I believe that he let air out of my tires because I went down the street and check the air myself and it was low in all four tires needless to say I will not be going back there and give them my business it was the store at 103 rd and jammies that was the worse service I have ever got from there and I will not be going back again. Great customer service guy here. Went above and beyond to help me get my repairs done. Made sure I had every discount/coupon and special promotion available at the time and got everything done quickly and effectively.

Just had an oil change and new tires. Did an inspection and recommended an additional filter, which i purchased. The manager who checked me in and out was excellent and very professional. Dropped my car off and 2 hours later was completed. Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone.

First and foremost, Id like to thank Rodger the store manager he is a gem! Just the level of hospitality and compassion shown to me was top notch! From calling my extended warranty services and being patient with them...just all around great service! I cant thank him enough! Now, to the nitty griddy...I walked into this store and explained the loud noise I heard from my engine (well, so I thought was my engine), but low and behold it was my wheel bearings. Rodger was soo knowledgeable that he said my description seemed like it was my wheel bearings, and he was spot on. From the time I walked in this Tires Plus, I was shown nothing but great customer service and this is big for me! Thank you again, I appreciate yall!

This had to be the WORST shop ever. Ive had to bring my vehicle in for a balance 3 times and the last time they had it over the weekend!!! Cone in Monday and in asked to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes as they scramble to do it. Constantly not updated....DONT WALK RUUUUN AWAY!

They sold me used tires and I bought brand new ones.

Wow - so I called and asked them to take my tires off the current rims and place them on my new rims. I work for monroe so the answer is obvious to me YES however you did not purchase the wheel or tire from us so no warranty or guarantee can be offered. at 30 a wheel an easy 150.00 seems as how I doing the spare also. Given this is in the middle of a pandemic I may understand. IF! You did not just have us pull in and exit the garage so you dont have to get in the vehicle or you think that a group of people with a wheel fetish just molested my wheels. Really get a grip!

Not just one time, but EVERY time I use Tires Plus on 103rd, I am always amazed at how nice and friendly everyone is. Michelle, the Manager and Jerrod, the technician, are most helpful in explaining what is wrong or what I need, for my car! I cannot stress enough, how wonderful the folks are to make sure that all my needs are met before I leave the store. I drive over 75 miles just to get to this store ONLY! They know me when I walk in. I drive over 600 miles a week to work and home...so they make sure I am safe to leave the store, every time!Thank you Tires Plus for always taking care of my car! I needed 4 new tires. I made an appointment for 2pm got there early, and didnt leave til after 6pm. On top of that I got charged for TPMS sensors (that doesnt work or maybe they didnt install them) AND my tire lights are still on.

Sales is great. Service afterward is less than terrible. When bringing in tires for warranty maintenance - rotation for instance - they didnt even reset the Tire Pressure monitors to recognize the correct tire. (ie TPMS shows right front is flat, but right rear is in fact flat)Was told by salesperson, it will take all day to patch - not replace, simply patch and remount the tire on the wheel. Im installing it myself.All. Day.

Terrible place brought car in they over charged me by like 600$ and didn’t even fix my car go someplace else this place is terrible

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Sat 3 hours to get a replacement tire after watching people come and go. They had my car on 2 separate lifts before even touching the tire.

My experience was bitter sweet. Even though my car had more problems then expected. I was provided the best customer experience hands down! The store manager, Taylor told me the problems with my car and actually took me to the back and showed me to insure that everything he was telling me was all in truth. If you want great customer service and great car service, Tires Plus is the best!

This was the absolute most worst experience ever this location was by far the most unprofessional tire plus Ive ever been to. We were schedule for an 8am appointment its now 4:45pm and Im leaving with no new tires very unsatisfied.

Very slow. Two workers talking for half an hour doing nothing while three cars are in bays. Been here almost three hours so far. They hoisted my car and took tires off. 45 minutes later still no tires on my car. One car here for oil change. Not been touch last 45 minutes. Another vehicle hoisted up and no tires on it for last 45 minutes. Again there are two workers in there! Will not come back here

Called to have a sensor replaced let them know I had already bought the sensor had it unopened in the sealed package and nope they dont let you bring your parts. They do this because they mark up the price or parts and then put the cheapest thing they can in your car. Its a shame really that mechanics dont want to do work unless they can bend you over on the parts too.

These guys are slower than a turtle in molasses in January. They said it would take over 3.5 hours to remove a nail from a tire and patch it up. They will literally make you wait all weekend for a job that can be done in less than an hour. I really wish I knew why they are so slow.

Very pleased with the service at this location. New management has the shop running beautifully. Definitely coming back.

I previously went in to this location to buy a tire and when I had a little issue with the tire they fixed it quick and at no charge. So I went back to have them work on it a year later when I needed an alignment and additional tires due to the alignment. They were great. Recommended a few things to check on in the near future and helped me greatly. They also fixed an issue I was having with my car key free of charge. They were also really nice and friendly.

Called to ask about some tires. The sales guy took down all my info before he would answer my question. Wasted too much of my life only to find out the price was more than I was willing to pay.

If you drop something off to be work on and dont stay to wait for it they will skip over you. Wasted a whole day to get a tire repaired, just for them to tell me they couldnt repair it because the age of the tire. He couldve told me that before I left it therei. Ill just take my business somewhere else

Dont ever go here tried to tell me my front driver side bearing was bad I brought I my new truck to get the breaks done because I didnt wanna do it myself then tried to tell my my rotors were bad its a brand new truck.... needless to say Im a mechanic by trade and was to lazy to do it myself because I get my hands greasy enough pay someone 100 dollars more to do my breaks so I could spend time with my pregnant wife.asked them how they came to the conclusion my bearing was bad since there is no play in it no metal shaving and doesnt make a noise they said it was screaming lmfao I took it home and inspected it myself not a damn thing wrong with it no resistance no grinding no play no metal shaving BIGGEST CONS EVER

Got a flat and came to them at closing. The manager there really helped me out by staying late to get my car back on the road. Great team.

Came in with an appointment to have 4 new tires mounted. The tech has spent the last 2 hours screwing around and visiting with other employees instead of mounting my tires. This is my first and definitely my last visit to this store. It will end up being 3 hours for my tires to be done. That is ridiculous.

This has got to be the worst place to service your vehicle. They give you an appointment but after 3 hours youre still waiting. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. They deserve a negative 5 rating.

First time using this Tires Plus came in for an oil change have a slight little problem and the manager was right on it very well-run tire store so we do recommended very highly for all your auto needs

Went for an oil change and they tried scamming me by charging more than 25% more than the stated price. Claimed it was taxes and fees yet when I left and went to another tires plus, they didnt try to rip me off like these guys did. The price was correct.

They get the job done, but takes a while.

UPDATE: 7/30/19It has been over 2 years since I wrote the following review and I am still driving on all 4 tires they recommended I replace on my 2005 Subaru Outback. Not one flat or issue since this review. Proof that their insistence that 3 of the 4 tires were beyond repair was completely inaccurate.‐----‐--------------------While visiting from out of town I stepped out of my car and realized I heard hissing coming from the rear driver side tire. Determining I must have hit some debris I immediately took it to the closest tire shop, Tires Plus, before I lost too much air. After waiting an hour with my infant in tow just to have my car evaluated, I waited another 30 minutes before I was told the aforementioned tire was not repairable and two other tires either had previous inappropriate repairs or other debris and they needed to sell me 4 new tires, due to having a 4 wheel drive vehicle they couldnt replace just the one tire. They did not offer to show me the tire which could not be patched which is standard practice among most mechanics I have visited in the past, in addition the tires on the vehicle are less than 9 months old and had plenty of wear. They refused to sell me just the one tire which was leaking, I then asked if I could just put on the spare and I would address when I got home. They tried to say they couldnt put on the spare because it wasnt a full size spare. I then indicated they could pull the car out to the parking lot and I would change the spare myself. The staff then acted as if they were doing me a favor by putting the spare on the vehicle. I immediately took the car a mile down the road to another tire shop West of 295 who somehow was miraculously able to patch the leaking tire and the 2nd shop came to the determination that the other tires were fine, fixed my tire at no charge and sent me on my way.I am a veteran of the USMC, as a woman I feel insulted that Tires Plus would try to take such unscrupulous measures of taking advantage of someones misfortune to try and profit. If I hadnt stood my ground on not having all 4 tires replaced I would have been out of pocket $800+. Beware of this shop and I would certainly recommend getting a second opinion before spending a penny at this location.

I took my car in for AC repair. The manager called with a quote for $150 and they would have the car ready in one hour. In exactly one hour, I got a call from the office guy, as the manager had gone for the day. When I responded that I was on the way to get the car, he informed me that it was going to need an entire new AC unit and the new cost was $1100.00.This place is shady!!! Who does business this way?!

I had a nail in my back left tire and Wayne, Jeff and Michael patched me up, put the tire back on and checked the pressure on all your tires before letting me hit the road. Fast and friendly service, YAY! I will be back.

I always annoy them with custom alignment specs and they abide. They must hate it because it makes their job harder and maybe makes everyone wait a bit longer, but Im just happy they still try to help out

I had great service here, as a matter of fact it was the best service I have ever received out of the 5 total locations that Ive been to in the Jax/Op area.

Walked in at around 2 to see if someone could help me figure out if I needed two tires or four. The guy behind the counter seemed harried and flustered. He told me he couldnt come look but he could give me an estimate for four tires and if I only wanted/needed two, itd be half the price but also that he wouldnt get to it until the next day.I took the estimate and went up the street to get other opinions. Two other places came in cheaper, did look at my tires, and could get to it the same day; I picked one of those places.

Iv been getting my car serviced at this location since 2013 and service has been good. I made an appointment for 2 new tires nothing else. My appointment was at 11am its 1:11pm and they tell me it MAY be another 30 mins......SMH #Just lost a customer #Keeping my kool

Horrible place to go to i honestly went there just to get an alignment and i only went there cause it was a little closer to so i took a chance and tried them out they tried to tell me that i needed new wheel bearings two ball joints with control arms and still get the alignment done in total they wanted me to spend $1600i told them they are out of there d@mΩ mind cause i went to pep boys the night before and they told me all i needed was the tierods so why do they think they can stiff me that to me is outright theft and unprofessional

Okay so.i have a 2012 jeep.. I got stuck in Jacksonville last week because my belt to my truck broke and my air went out.i took my truck to them at 7am and didnt get it back until 7pm when they closed... Well try started off with a quote of 200.00 not included labor then they called me back to tell me the pullies were bad too so that went up to 500.00 okay fine whatever needed to be fixed to get my air back on and get me home to tampa. Then they called me to tell me that my compresser and clutch was broke. How on a 2012 I dont know. By this time I was upset that I didnt go to the dealership but I didnt have a choice I knew they would keep my car and I had to get home..so my total went to 200.00 to 1500.00 total.. How I dont know. I had two people look at the bill and they fill I was over charged for labor... Well 4 days later my air is not working and my check engine light just came on I am beyond upset and in tears... I used the last of my money to get service and now its not working. A brand new air compressor not blowing cold there is no way in hell this should be. And now my check engine light is on!! Tom the service manager was really nice Rick was the one that worked on my jeep I will be calling corporate and contact the BBB as well this is unexplainable.. I have 2 stars because they are friendly and I got my car the same day but now its not working after paying 680.00 for a air compressor if I could post photos on here I would
