I love this place, not only is it adorable and uplifting the people who work there are very caring and loving. They always go the extra mile to make sure your comfortable and satisfied with all theyve done to everything from your hair to nails or if really special occasions your makeup to perfection. I wasnt sure if I was going to like this place as it was hidden in a shopping center, but OH! WHAT A GEM! The ladies were super nice and personable and Spencer is now my go-to lady! She made my hair super cute for my 30th birthday!

At the request of my wife I am not leaving the response I would like to. So on a short note. Do not request Summer. She did not even charge me for my hair cut because she butchered my hair that I have been trying to grow out for a specific hair style. Instead she cut it extremely way too high and added four bald streaks that I can count. So much for being a professional studio and shame on me for going there on a recommendation for my first civilian hair cut.

I went to Jessica for over a year. the first couple times my hair was done perfectly, then slowly the service started getting worse and worse. The last time I went for highlights and to get the red in my hair touched up I left with roots and pink hair. When I messaged her 30 minutes later about my problem she said to wait a week and see how it washes. (I knew she was going on vacation for a week, apparently she didnt know I knew.) Instead of saying she was going on vacation and refer me to another stylist or ask her manager how to properly fix the situation; she told me to wait a week! I waited then tried to get in touch with her again. No reply!!! after two weeks I wrote how upset I was on fb and how embarrassing it is to walk around with pink hair. I then called the salon to tell them I wrote a bad review and that I was dissapointed that this had not been resolved. I was then told that no one but Jessica knew I was unsatisfied. I was then yelled at over and over again for writing a bad review. They didnt care that I walked around with pink hair for two weeks or the fact that I spent $150+ with a $50 tip to still have roots along with pink hair and about half the hair I usually leave with. I am more upset with the way they didnt handle the issue and the way they turned it to be my fault rather than apologizing and trying to fix the problem. I will not be back and I will never refer anyone to go there. It is very sad, Jessica is a very sweet girl and does an amazing job 99% of the time. Everyone has off days and I understand that, but the way Dani handled it ruin the salon for me! Someone so negative, rude, and nasty should not be in customer service!
