I was referred to this shop by a nearby well respected jeweler with questions about valuation of some items donated for a charitable cause. Karel could not have been more gracious and helpful in taking time to answer my questions. He did this knowing full well there was no sale, no benefit to him. I was very impressed with his attitude and also witnessed a highly favorable interaction with another client. Its obvious this is a very honestly run shop -- and hes got some gorgeous items and a nice history of making custom pieces.

When my wife and I wanted a special ring designed for our 40th wedding anniversary, we knew Karel was the jeweler to create the design. They,(Karel and Doug), took two smaller diamonds and put a larger one in the middle to create a truly beautiful and unique setting. My wife wanted an antique look. They showed us several different custom moldings for the setting to make sure it was what we liked. Needless to say, my wife loved the final piece. It is nice to know that the ring was a unique design that would not be duplicated. Karel, Doug and the staff are very easy to work with, very professional and will always have our recommendations.

Was recently interested in finding out about a bracelet I found in my new to me car. It says on the side made in Italy 14k. When I entered the building it was very nice inside but the greeting was not. I didnt have much issue with that because that is common when you dont look like you belong. I inquired with the woman who was working there, I thought I was being very polite but I guess the man incharge wasnt even interested in telling me a thing about it because the response I was given. It doesnt even weigh 2 grams, Im not interested and was shown the door. Ill take my curiosity elsewhere.

Great service. Able to do both repair and custom design. This company is staffed with _real_ jewelers. Prices are comparable to other local storefront jewelers. Vastly preferable to do business here than that other company Under the Wood and down the street.

Dropped off my watch here to have a simple battery replacement. It took them over two weeks and I had to call multiple times to get a timeframe on when the battery would be replaced.Got no call when it was finished. I had to call them. Definitely would not take any jewelry repairs here again. Seemed totally disorganized.

I purchased a custom designed ring. Douglas Struble is an amazing jeweler and hands down this was truly an experience worth every penny. I recommend you visit this Jewelers store they know jewelry and will treat you like family.
