Did appraisal on diamond. Very bogus down graded color from his dim half burn out 40 year old store lights. Has no set of color match grading stones. What a joke had gem lab certified appraisal said it was wrong

My friend has a watch and let them repair; she paid $600 to repair but she still havent get it back. It has been more than 3 months. Recently, I called them about twice a week; first week, the lady said, the repairman was on vacation. Second week, she said she would check with the watch maker and third week she is still checking. I really dont know what was going on with them. Maybe my friend need to take them to court and found out!Updated; another guy said, he is waiting for a part send from the manufacturer, give him another 10 days. We See!

Do not go here. I had a dive watch I needed the battery replaced on. they replaced it and cleaned the watch. I went swimming the following week and the watch leaked. I returned to the store where he pointed out the back seal was improperly seated. then proceeded to accuse me of removing the back after they had worked on it.

Dont go here for a watch repair. not worth it.
