This is the place to go for upscale engagement rings. They were able to get exactly what I wanted and helped me through some of the intricacies of getting the right setting to fit perfectly with the wedding band. They were a pleasure to work with and my wife could not be happier with the ring.

When I went in to buy an engagement ring, Lisa was very friendly and was able to help me pick out a ring which was both within my budget and that my fiancee would love as well. After the proposal, we found that the ring was too large and needed to be resized. They were very helpful and not only resized the ring free of charge but also shipped the ring back to where she lives in California. They made the entire process easier and less stressful with their knowledge and experience.

I absolutely loved this place and these people. I got engaged with a band my mother had given my fiancée. The band was unfortunately far too small for my finger! After trying to get it off for about an hour and a half, my fiancée and I decided we would try and see if we could get my ring cut off. After they tried everything to remove my ring without cutting it, they eventually had to cut it off of my finger, and did so very conservatively. For the short amount of time they took, not only fixing the ring, but resizing it as well, the price was remarkably affordable! Lisa, Luke, and Julie were beyond helpful and friendly! We will be most definitely be returning to Brynn Marr for many years to come.

This jewelry store is so lovely. The owners are very helpful and so understanding. Do not go anywhere in the mall, go here. They wont take forever to size your rings and they seem to have a better variety too.

My husband said he wanted to buy me a wedding band for valentine’s day and so I looked up places on google and thought I would start with this place. I went in and just couldn’t believe how knowledgeable and nice Lisa was. So because of this, not only am I getting a wedding band here but from now on I will be buying all of my jewelry pieces here. They provided such warm and friendly service, they were a great pleasure to work with. I haven’t been there since then but today I walked in to get my watch repaired by Luke, he recognized me and helped me out in record time. Relatively new to Jacksonville and today was my first visit to ANY locally owned fine jewelry store. I came in with a very difficult leather band to place on an old Skagen watch. Luke did an outstanding job, though I am sure it tested his patience (never his skill). I am so please that I can once again wear this watch AND that I have now found my trusted jeweler. Had a wonderful experience at Brynn Marr Jewelers. Luke and his staff were supper friendly. Went in to have a watch band changed out. I brought the wrong band for my watch. Wasnt a problem. Luke was able to modify the band and make it fit my watch in no time! I recommend these guys to everyone in town. You wont be disappointed!

Lisa is absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I were looking to piece together a stunning ring and Ms. Lisa helped make it all happen. It took us about two weeks til we came across the diamond and band we wanted. She was able to get things shipped in super fast so we could look at our options. We truly appreciate Ms. Lisa being very patient with us. She also taught us a bit about diamonds, so we knew we had the best one for us. We would highly recommend.

If you want a relaxed experience shopping for the perfect ring then this is where you need to go! I absolutely loved my experience with Brynn Marr Jewelers. My boyfriend and I visited a few places before coming here and they were like badgers trying to force rings on us outside our price range. From the minute we walked into Brynns they made us feel at ease. When I showed them a photo of what I was looking for they immediately started looking for it and others similar to it to show me. Even though Lisa was not there she was calling her husband, who was helping us, giving suggestions of where to find what I wanted. They went above and beyond my expectations dealing with a jeweler. That afternoon I received a phone call from Savannah that they found my ring, ordered it and something similar, as well as a diamond (all within our price range). We went in two days later, saw a band they picked and a diamond (so beautiful) and that was it, they made the perfect ring. They not only got to know my preference in rings but also asked questions to get to know us on a more personal level. Thank you guys so much for helping us find what we wanted and treating us like family.

Luke helped me remake a custom emblem that has been tarnished through the years. Not only did the final product come out exactly like the original, Luke came up with some improvements to the design. This is definitely the place to get custom jewelry made!

A Few years ago my wife and I went in to get our engagement ring repaired. It has been passed down several generations in my family and is a older ring. the band had cracked. They fixed it on the spot, and did not charge me a penny, just complimented on how nice the ring was. What a great place! you cant find business like that anymore.

I looked for engagement rings at nearly every store in the surrounding area, but I couldnt go with anything other than Brynn Marrs Jewelers. Excellent customer service representatives who are genuinely considerate and are knowledgeable about the industry, as well as terrific prices, make this an unbeatable outlet!

Took my engagement ring in to get a prong that was broken fixed. It was fixed in a timely manner but I also requested a new appraisal of my ring, after it was fixed, for insurance purposes and to make sure the stones that were in it when I dropped it off, were the same exact stones that were in it after picking it up. They absolutely refused to give me a new appraisal. Very fishy. So now I will have to take my ring to a different jeweler to make sure all my original stones are whats there. I received no receipts for anything which leaves me with no record I left my ring with them, except this review. I just walked out of the store 60 seconds ago. I didnt appreciate the guy behind the desk treating me like a burden when I was simply asking him to do his job and making sure my ring was what I originally dropped off. Id say theyre sketchy to say the least.

I was a customer at Brynn Marr Jewelers and worked directly with the owner. We brought in my engagement ring solitaire and my husband wanted to have a new ring made for our 10 year anniversary. This was supposed to be an awesome experience for us. (Something that we looked forward to). We also brought in a diamond solitaire necklace that had belonged to my mother who passed away long ago.I wanted to add the diamond from the necklace to the new ring to add so much more meaning to the ring, if that was possible and to have it really be a family air loom.The owner at Brynn Marr had a different idea in his head and to start he was trying to guide us another way but as we worked with him and things went on he did not listen to me. After he was not understanding me I looked on google for hours and printed out a picture of exactly what I wanted.He had the ring from the picture made but talked me out of using the diamond of my Moms in the ring. When I went in to try on the mold of the ring the owner was very rude and proceeded to tell me how dry my hands were and he just sucked all the joy out of it.When my husband actually went to pick up the ring, the ring was the ring that I had wanted only without my Moms diamond from her necklace. My husband was so happy the ring actually turned out after the horrible experience that he brought it right to me to give it to me….but he forgot to get my Moms diamond back. On another day my husband returned to Brynn Marr and asked for my Moms necklace back that the owner had talked us into not using in the ring and the owner told my husband that we had sold him the diamond and that he had taken it off the price of the ring. We had sold him a diamond watch but had never intended to sell him my Moms diamond necklace. It was his idea actually to have the necklace made into an ear ring and get another to match someday. Never any intention of just selling it to him. Also we never saw any kind of price reduction on my ring that would have reflected that we sold it to him. I feel as though I was robbed.I am leaving this feedback now because I love my ring and it is just what I wanted but every time I look at it I wish I had my mother’s diamond in it and I wish I had anyone else on earth make it but Brynn Marr Jewelers. Unless they have changed owners in the last couple of years I would never recommend that anyone go there for anything.

Ripped off! This jeweler sold me a chipped diamond stud...at market price of course. I was not very experienced with diamond buying and assumed this jeweler was trustworthy because they had been around a while. Big mistake! Now I know to always look at diamonds under magnification before purchasing.

Once I stepped in and told them what I was looking for and the time limit I needed it by they were on it! After we made our decision we decided to leave the store and come back to make our final purchase. After almost a month I came back and Luke remembered me and welcomed me back he even fixed a loose prong on my engagement ring free of charge as I finalized my order for our wedding bands.
