She traded my previous jewelry and sent one of the bands out to have a custom mold done to help me have the perfect rings.I have always appreciated her kind attentive work ethic. My mom passed away a few years ago and just about the only thing I have is a ring that she wore daily. After years of it sitting in my jewelry box I decided to have it sized up so I could wear it. It was such an emotional process. My boyfriend recommended this place and I have never been happier with a jewelers services. I’ve had pieces fixed and left many of things for the jeweler to work on at other places over the years but I was terrified to leave this one. She so kindly and professionally promised to take care of it and there was something genuine about her that made me feel comfortable. She said she needed a few days and would call when it was ready. It was ready much faster than I expected and was absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. You cannot tell where the gold was added to increase the size. The jewels have been cleaned and the entire ring polished. This 25 year old ring looks brand new. I’ve since been back for several purchases as well as to have another one of my mothers rings repaired. I’m so thankful for their compassion and good quality work. I will forever be a customer of theirs.

This was my Mother and Is first visit. The jewelry was amazing..stunning! I was looking at wedding rings for my son, prices were good, jewelry was, again, gorgeous....but..what did it for me, were the owners. Julie, her husband, and the young lady employee also, just made us feel at home, a great family, welcomed feeling, and that pulled me right in. While there someone called the shop, Julie answered, as Julie was asking the lady on the phone a simple question about her jewelry, all you could here was screaming, and hung up while Julie was answering her question. Julie was only trying to let her know, that a verbal appraisal was free, but she hung up to quick and didnt here free. Julie was upset over the situation. I could see myself how bad she felt that the lady didnt hear the ending, and the answer she was looking for. She genuinely cared, and that completely sold me. As we looked at rings I felt like I knew her, had great convo with ease. Before I left I called my son, to come here, so he can look with me . I recently wanted to get something nice for my girlfriend for her birthday. I went to a few of the big name places, but they didnt have the right style, or it was way over priced for my budget. I found myself driving on Atlantic and walked into Julies Jewelry in hopes to end my search. I was greeted by Julie herself and it only got better from there. She took her time with me to pick out something nice for my girl. I explained her style, and Julies input was nothing short of professional! While I was looking with her at different pieces and styles, a few people came in and with every time the door opened, she was quick with a welcome, but still gave me her attention! This is the type of customer service the big names didnt event attempt to provide. I ordered a necklace and it was there in a day or two. Picked it up, and it was exactly what i was looking for, at a price the other places i had went couldnt even touch. When I took my girl in a few weeks later (she LOVED the necklace, and wanted to meet Julie), to get a few links taken out of a watch. It was fast and easy, and i even ended up getting myself something new. Trust me when i say, if you are looking to get some new jewelry, rings, or even need a simple watch battery, this is the place to go as they have customer service and great prices in spades!!! I only wish i could give another star for this 6 star rating!

Wish I could give this place 6/5! I brought a ring in to get it appraised. Depending on the cost, I was wanting to trade the ring for my wifes wedding band. With the affordable cost of a ring I picked out, she offered to do an even trade and I accepted! Since my mom was with me, the lady even offered my mom to clean her ring for her when I come back to pick up the wedding band! Great customer service and a no BS jeweler! Highly recommend!

I purchased a ring here to accent my diamond wedding ring. It is just beautiful. In addition, I had Julie repair my original wedding ring that was purchased elsewhere. Finally I had the two rings fused together on the backside. The rings look so nice together and they stay together perfectly now. I am so happy with the purchase and the repair. Just love it!

I came to get a battery replaced on my watch. Fossil watch worth about $250 nothing too fancy. The attendant told me a price of $5 and some changes but ended charging me double. Came out to $10.70 out the door. I went back to ask and the woman who attended me, she told me she never said that, which was untrue. Never coming here again.

Really nice people. Gave them a call before coming over to see if I can just get my watchs back on after I switched the battery. Normally it would cost $10 or more, depending on situation, but they were nice enough to put it back on at no cost. My grandparents enjoyed coming here so they recommended me. Glad they did!

Great customer service, friendly people.Fixed my Bulova watch ⌚ in 2 hours and called me when it was ready for pick up. I had been too two other places that said they couldnt fix my watch. Would definitely reccomend to anyone.

Ive had my Moms Anniversary ring fixed, my wedding band cleaned, and numerous watch batteries replaced. As long as I reside in Jacksonville area, I will go to Julies Jewelry. I went in to have my watch battery replaced. Service was friendly, prompt and a reasonable price. I was also pleased that my diamond ring was cleaned as a courtesy. While this was being done, I enjoyed seeing their beautiful and unusual jewelry!

I went to have batteries replaced on two watches at a price of $15 each. I gave the gentleman the watches on the agreement this would be done in short amount of time. We waited for over 1 1/2 hours while the son and mother of the business was discussing why the son quoted $15 each. The mother insisted that we leave the watches and pick it up later. Once they realized we were not going to leave, they finally returned our watches and attempted to charge us $50 each. I believe the man changed the batteries in both watches in less than 20 minutes but was playing a stall game to justify asking for more money. I paid $30 for both and left. Very rude and unprofessional and lack of ethics. Once a business owner looses ethics, it is matter of time before it sinks. A jeweler is only as good as their word so stay away unless you want to get burnt.One of the watches stop working within 1 week of the battery change. Not sure what they did. I like to support small businesses since at one time, I had a small business too. Think twice before doing business with them.

We have been using this jewelry store for several years. My husband and I got new rings for Christmas year before last. The ring guard that we purchased for me broke twice. Which they repaired the first time and it broke again. So it was repaired again very badly. Being repaired again that its not a very professionally done my solitaire is not centered. I guess well stick to monahans

Today, I took my wedding set and another ring to get cleaned today. Not only did they do that, but they hot polished them and made them look like NEW!!! The only thing I could say was,wow wow wow wow wow!!! All done for free!I am very happy and the team was so kind. Thank you again!

The staff are amazing, they are true professionals in jewelry. I went to repair my ring and were worrying about how much it would cost me and how long I should wait( I went to Allen jewelry first and they said a very interesting high fee, a long list of repairing items and a pretty long waiting time) . The staff checked my ring and gave a solution, and they repaired my ring pretty soon, and FREE. Amazing.

We went in to have my wifes engagement ring prong fixed and they were nice but spoke to us like we didnt know anything about her ring and what was wrong, they wanted to fix all of them and only one needed taken care of, gave us a price for all of them to be fixed, the owner lady made us feel like we were wasting her time, so sad we moved her 2 years ago and wanted a family owned jeweler, so went back to our old one 2 hours away and he fixed it just fine....only the one needed fixing, he said the rest of them were okay and he checked my other rings for free oh well.

SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! My watch wrist band had to be reattached with a new pin. The pin they used fell out two days latter. I returned my watch and they would not repair and saying that it was an old watch and refused to fix or give my money back. (Its a Professional diving TAG) but when they first worked on it they were committing on how nice it was. She even pointed out a mistake they made with the battery cove that they installed w/ the new battery. So if theres a problem or they make a mistake, they refuse service and ask you to leave. NOT PROFESSIONAL, DO NOT EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE, KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET!!!

As, I walked into the store sporting a mohawk I was given the upmost Customer Service. The owner Julie was upfront, professional, kind, and got down to business as she saw in my eyes I wanted her service in less than 24 hours for Valentines Day. I did not have to say a word when she stated well I may have to order the diamond and it usually takes a week to 2 weeks for what I was asking for. Then she checked and had one, saved the day. By 230pm the following day it was done & completed and the results were breath taking! My Wife loved it, couldnt stop looking at the ring.The job was done with incredible results. I recommend Julies Jewelry & Appraisals hands down. If you havent had the opportunity to go you should.
