I have been going to this gym for years and the staff has always been pleasant and kind. The owner seems like a good hearted person and knows how to properly and professionally run a business. Good quality machines as well.

Great staff. All the equipment needed to do full body training. Great assortment of machine and free weights. Clean environment. Open 24hrs a day makes it convenient to workout day or night. The manager is awesome.!!!!

Ive been with Workoutanytime for 2.5 years now and have always praised all parties for having a great and friendly atmosphere great location and having 24/7 access is incredibly convenient for how busy my life can get.

I really enjoy going to Workout Anytime Duval Station. It is very clean, and the staff are always friendly!

They are attempting to charge me $71 to cancel my membership. I could understand if I was under some sort of yearly contract but I was a month by month member. If I tell you I don’t want to be apart of it anymore there shouldn’t be a cost associated with that being a month to month customer. I was underwhelmed by the gym it’s very small, the equipment is not the best, it’s better gyms in the area. It felt like a waste of money to keep coming, I didn’t get half of the things workout anytime said I would get when I signed up which is a dealbreaker in itself. The staff is pretty nice though.

I have been going to workout anytime Duval station for 3 years. I love it!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the trainers gave me some tips on working out and its always nice and clean they keep the equipment wiped down. I would highly recommend this gym if you are looking to join!!

I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. My home club is Oakleaf Plantation location and it is AMAZING. This location literally just put up a sign saying they are waiting on a part for their air conditioner but their air has been out for months now with no sign or warnings. As a gym facility you should be on top of the A/C especially this being Florida. Their customer service skills suck!

Great place to work out with amazing and well knowledgeable staff. Plenty of equipment for all my workout needs and the gym is always kept cool with good AC. Cant recommend this place enough and its in a amazing location.

This is the kind of gym you actually want to go to. Plenty of machines, free weights, and benches to go around. Everytime Ive been it looks clean and there are always spray bottles and towels. Huge shout out to the staff! Very friendly and polite.

This is a great gym, theres always staff on duty should you have any questions or concerns, they keep the place very clean. However, they are not requiring members to wear masks nor is the staff compliant with the mask mandate either. its pretty frustrating that a fitness professional doesnt realize their nose and their mouth are connected.

It would be nice if the guy there late at night would let someone else use the endurance area instead of hogging the area by playing loud music. Kinda unprofessional

Workout Anytime is very clean and the employees are amazing.

It fits the bill for being so close to home. I just wish they had more space, and a wider variety of cardio equipment. Also the equipment is starting to require some TLC. Its difficult transferring from a full-service college gym to home. Staff is always friendly & facility is always clean.

Great staff. Facility has showers and tanning rooms which are included with the membership. Locker rooms are clean and the equipment is in great shape. Lots of treadmills and elliptical machines to use. Plenty of weight machines and free weights. Lots of trainers to help you reach your goals. They also have massaging chairs. Love this place.

Easily one of the biggest scams you can get into. Starting from the ill-informed associates to the lying manager/owner. The gym is a fine place but if you ever decide to leave for any reason at all you better buckle down and be ready to start paying for the next couple of months and all other kinds of hidden fees that no one tells you about. Lost out on over $240 for being with them for just 2 months.

This gym is clean and has everything you need. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Zac was especially helpful answering my questions and getting my membership set up. I’m a big fan of this gym!

Has everything you need and quite, clean, not overly crowded. Its not fancy, but it it does the trick for sure!

I have been charged for this membership every month during the pandemic even though the gym is closed. I have an email from the area director of membership saying I would receive a refund and that they would stop charging my credit card but they haven’t stopped. If you have a membership here they are probably stealing your money too. This is a shameful reflection of the dishonesty at workout anytime.

I am really enjoying my time spent in the facility working out. I have only met 3 staffers there and the 3 ladies Ive talked with are genuine and have great customer service skills. The only feedback that could be improved is sometimes the music is not tasteful for all clientele. Ill have to start wearing my ear buds I guess.

Ive been using this gym since the day it opened. The location is perfect for me since it is right around the corner from my home. Its normally clean when Im in there but, I dont like how small it is. I wouldve like to see the owners expand the size some, at least to the size of the Dunn Avenue location. I find myself avoiding the high traffic times, before and after work hours, to allow uninterrupted workouts due to limited access to certain machines, so i just workout late night. And some the treadmills dont have working heart rate monitors and should be repaired

This place is like my second home! I have been a memeber since BEFORE it opened when rhe building wasnt even finished yet but they were selling memberships in front on the sidewalk. Great atmosphere! Quality equipment and great people.

Awesome Gym. ALL of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The gym is always clean and has a great vibe and atmosphere. Highly recommended if you are new to working out in a gym or have previous experience.

Love the gym, I just wish they would get the massage beds up and going. Im paying for this service and cant use them.

Personal key card allows access 24/7. Nautilus equipment, free weights, and tread mills. They also have tanning beds and a biometric scanner. Friendly staff make for enjoyable work outs.

I signed up on January 6th and they changed me 61 dollars and by the 26 of February they changed me 27 dollars and by February 27th they changed me 60 dollars. And to cancel you have to pay 99 dollars more . I spent so much money for nothing

Scam. Gym may be fine but just try to cancel. I called and they said to come in. I come in and they said go online. I went online and I was forced to cancel two weeks from now, forcing me to pay for the a month from that date. So it is May 3rd and I will be paying through mid June. Scam scam scam!

Small gym, usually clean, some billing issues.

Very clean, everyone is super friendly, and there is plenty of cardio equipment. The price is right but do not sign a trainer contract if youre not sure because you will not get out of it. Also, the free training monthly if you sign up for it does not get you a training session its a consult. Dont let them fool you and make sure you ask enough questions when signing up.

This gym has the worst customer service I have ever seen at any company. The loop holes you have to go through to cancel your membership is ridiculous. We have been trying to cancel ours since October and was assured it was resolved. Instead they continued taking money out unauthorized and refused to reimburse us. Dont waste your time or money on this business !!!!!

The new staff they have now cannot get any worse. They are rude and incompetent. Instead of harassing people in their spare time, maybe they should clean the bathrooms which are always nasty and messy. From toilet paper being all over the floor, to nasty questionable things on the sink counters, this facility is going downhill. I was a member since the place opened and the staff at that time was amazing. Sad to see a company make changes for the worst.
