I am visiting my friends house in the durhams. They literally only have 1 towing sign ive seen which is when you pull in that nobody can see because it’s literally when you turn into the apartments right by the highway and no where else. I ended up getting my car towed in the middle of the night and having to pay 300 dollars and they didn’t have my car for more than 5-6 hours . I literally was only told to create an account and register which i did and I’ve been doing it ever since until i get a notice saying I’m out of passes. So i have to wait another week before i can register for a pass again but it does show im a frequent visitor . Sometime after 8am in the morning they tow my car again and then proceed to tell me well the tenant was supposed to extend the visitors pass which we both were never told so that’s another 300 dollars i have to pay. It’s like they only give you information after it’s towed when you can’t do anything about it . They don’t even do this downtown. This area is profiting off towing and the individuals in these apartments cause the area isn’t even classy nor expensive looking to be charging that much.

Next time they tow my car.... Im gonna give them all pennies

Right after being given notice that this company was going to start enforcing parking lot rules at my complex, I tried to follow the instructions given to me. They didnt have my info correctly loaded into their website, so I was unable to create an account to register vehicles. THEIR WEBSITE told me to contact my property management to get the issue resolved, so I did, and days later while I was still in contact with my apartment complex on getting set up correctly, they towed a visitor of mine. They also damaged his car, which Im sure they will not correct in any way because they require that a picture be taken of the vehicle immediately prior to towing in order to prove that the damage didnt already exist. I then called them and the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional with me, menacingly told me that I was supposed to contact them directly to get my account set up so it was my fault. Again, i merely followed the instructions given on THEIR WEBSITE. This company is just a group of scammers, and Im disappointed and in the middle of raising hell with my complex over their decision to work with such an unprofessional business.

Every time I call Ms.Shannon always willing to help me with any issues .She has completed my request in a timely manner.Updated any information always responding to a call back great customer services and I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time out to assist with my issues.

This was an awful experience!. Peachtree living center & this tow company a should be ashamed of themselves. My mother who cannot read or write. Was giving a letter a few letters. A total of 4 letters with different tow yards. I have corona virus and had to leave my quarantine. Pay 300 plus Im disabled to get a car that was towed an hr after i parked. This is discrimination against disability.

Towed my dude’s car from an apartment he lives in. He registers far daily. Their excuse was their system is down. But if your system is down how can you decipher who registered and who didn’t?! I believe they need to be sued. Charged 300 when it hadn’t been 12 hrs and tow place was not even 2 miles from apartment

Garbage people, waited till I went inside and changed(only inside for 30 minutes) to tow, had my truck registered as a visitor and still towed also did not have truck fully hooked up and still tried to make me pay drop fee which is illegal

This towing company is very indignant and inhumane non compassionate rude very unkind They have been a nightmare since the moment I moved into this place one year ago they sit and wait for people to park if only for a moment and then they pull up and tow your car saying you werent registered you dont have time to register their waiting and watching you get get out of your car theres a drunk who answers the window named John and he is drunk from the time he wakes up until he goes to sleep Ive gone there at 9 oclock in the morning and he was drunk I dont know if they are towing cars to support his drinking habit or if they are just dead none compassionate and inhuman whatever the case may be They are wrong for doing with the do yes we all know if the money game but at some point you have to show compassion to one another but the truest saying ever said you reap what you sow

I live at magnolia at Mesquite creek in Mesquite Tx and i have lived here for 7 years now and have been through multiple tow companies and I am just so glad they have park and tow solutions as our tow company they have really made a difference around here we use to have a lot of crime cars getting broke into ect. But now I can truly say I feel safer and I can now park by my building and not have to search and search for a parking spot also their online system to register visitors is very convenient and easy to use their customer service is awesome as well thank you Shannon for helping me with every question I have had you guys are GREAT!

These folks deserve a round of applause. When the apartments I live at decided to change the tow company (for the 4th time in the near 5 years Ive been here) I thought here we go again! but to my surprise this company is SO much different than the others before. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and are always more than willing to help the few times Ive contacted them during setup. Before these guys took over I was scared to go out to my car after dark... Yes, it was That bad! Cars were being broke into all the time and theyre were people in and out all night long. Parking was a nightmare! If I didnt get home before 6pm from work I had to park buildings away from my apartment. Any resident here will agree when I say that I can sleep easier at night knowing that these guys are patrolling. Thank you Park and Tow for your hard work and awesome customer service. I know that y all will be here for a very long time and I am thankful for that. Keep up the great work!!

If i could give no stars i would, but unfortunately....Not a pleasant experience. My car was towed while I visited my mother. I registered as their was a sign direct in front of where I parked. Why would I park directly in front of a sign and NOT REGISTER....Unfortunately I used my phone which auto corrected my plate by 1 letter! I tried to explain the simple mistake. Which was obvious as they ask for other information on your vehicle such as make,model,color, and the year. But I was told the plate was the only thing that really registered your vehicle...if that is the case why i ask for the extra information. Long story short and less than 2 miles of a tow I had to pay $300 to get my car back. After complaints I recieved a refund of $100. I am a single mother of 3 in which $300 is a stretch a refund of $100 did not help me. It left me struggling to pay my rent! I will not stay at mothers apartment again for fear of being towed. I will complain i will do everything nessecary to ensure this does not happen again! As its obvious they do this on a daily when I picked up my car their were at least 3 people in line to pick up theirs as well from being towed from apartment complexes.

After the car being towed at 3:00am in the morning and it now being 12 noon. Why are you charging $255? You have not had the car over 12 hours. Just because you can charge the MAX for the state of Texas, doesnt mean everyone can pay that fee? I thank God my friend had the money but what about the average American? This is in reasonable.

Most courteous, professional, down to earth people. They not only helped with tow charges, explaining process, and entertained little ones for over 4 hours while wait for locksmith to cut new keys. Thanks especially, Ms. Shannon. Yall are the best!

Park and Tow is ellgall tow cars off from stone ridge apartments and Diamond Shamrock store they say you can get a visitor pass but it doesnt have them to print out and there is NO visitor parking here at all, Stone Ridge is getting kicks backs from park and Tow for towing off the cars, Daniel is very rude at Park and Tow, and the manager at Stone Ridge is very well informed on what is happening and dont care! This happened to me on the 15th of January 2020.

This place is unbelievable rude customer service. My car got towed illegally and and charged $300 for 11 miles. This is crazy and not fair guys. I parked at the visitors lane in an apartment for an emergency. I was there for less than 30 minutes. I took a picture of my car to show that I parked at the right place but they won’t listen and scammed me $300. This is not fair or ethical at all. Why is it so expensive ?

Got towed and think a full refund is in order. I just bought a truck... parked in the vusitors parking since the front office is closed on sat night in my apartment complex. At 10:44 pm... truck was towed at 10:45 pm... my walk from the truck to my apartment is not so short but I made my pass at 10:46 pm . Went to get something from the truck within minutes and it was gone.... I literally had less than 2 minutes to walk from my truck to home to make my pass on my pc and was tiwed for actually doing the right thing by the rules.... if I had not done the right thing I would understand but this is ridiculous... 150.00 for obeying the rules.

This place is a scam. Vehicle was towed and impounded. They charged a family member over 250$ for being parked at an apartment complex one night due to emergency reasons and not knowing the policy and also her being 62 years old sure doesn’t help . What happened to a warning or placing a sticker on your car to advise you that your car will be towed if not moved, I understand the vehicle being towed but the charges are way ridiculous. They get one star for being fast and ready to scam of your hard earned money !!!👎🏼

Man I got towed last night forgot to make a visitor pass sucks but it is what it is. I wanted to write a review on these people because theyre actually very professional and helpful unlike any other tow company I have ever dealt with before. Ive been towed a few times, trust me they were horrible experiences but this time I was walked through on how to create a pass and also handed all the rules for the property not only did they treat me with respect but they gave me a water while I was paying out my car so as bad as I hate to be towed at least I was dealing with good people on getting my car back they made it as pleasant as they could and the yard where my car was stored is super nice nicest impound I have ever seen thanks shannon & matt for all your help I promise I wont be back ;)

They towed my car from an apartment complex that was registered on their website and had a valid parking pass for that car. When I called them to ask them why it was towed they told me it did not have a valid parking pass. When I went up to the place to get more information about why it was towed and showed them my valid parking pass for that car they tried to tell me it was because I did not have the full plate number on it, but I have register the exact same car the exact same way and had it parked in the same place five other times and they never towed it. The guy then told me I was just lucky. The guy also told me that they have a scanner that scans the plates and if it is not registered with their website it goes off and the tow it. So I told the guy why they didn’t pick it up the other 5 times I had it registered that way and he could not give me an answer and I told him it was their fault because the website should of told me I needed the full plate number because the very first time I used their website it only allowed me to put in numbers and no letters so I had been doing it that way ever since. The guy was still arguing with me saying that I was wrong and still charged me to get the car out when I had a valid pass for it and he even told me his self there was a valid parking pass that it just didn’t have all the plate number on it so the did not accept it even though their website approved it and gave me a valid pass for the car.

Edit: I read the way they were replying to people. So I chose to not say much about my experience, you can see their response to each and every person who has reviewed them negatively.. and that alone will speak volumes about who they are and how they run their business. Trash business doing illegal sh!t ;)

They have towd my guess car twice in less than 5 days. I pay over $1,000 in rent a month plus a car note the last thing I need to worry about is getting my car towed because a pass expired. This make no sense for you to feel scared to park in your own apartment complex where you already pay rent..Now I have to pay another $300 to get my guess car out. The first time they towed because they say the plates was wrong. Now the pass expired all this in 5days. Why would the company do that to a person and times are hard dont even know my situation. If I could give them a negative 10 I would. What is this doggy dog world coming to.

Being that I just moved in 3 weeks and live in the 3rd floor they have towed my sisters car twice and the second time she had just got to my house knocked on the door and the tow company was picking up her car the website wouldn’t even let me register her car and the lady at the front desk claims that I should do it when they are on their way if I’m busy or not by my phone how am I to do so I had proof that she had just got there and hadn’t been there not even 5 minutes and she the rest headed lady at the window wasn’t even hearing it being that I work in the leasing industry and we work with tow companies I know there is something that could’ve been done and she did absolutely nothing 300 dollars she had to give to them for her car being picked up less that 10-15 minutes before we arrive mind you the tow company is exactly 5 minutes from my apartment!!!!!!

If there was a rating lower 1 they would get it! I registered a vehicle the night before and found it towed in the morning they gave their usual it wasnt registered in the system BS . If it wasn’t registered how come I was able to renew it without so much as entering a license plate number? Their system has a problem and it’s probably on purpose why else would their be the same reviews with the same issue. Computers aren’t perfect and they are literally banking on it.
