I love comming to Baileys,. The classes are awesome, Ive lost so much weight and inches, thanks to the instructors, it also has the sauna, and kickboxing room with bags...not to mention the tanning, plenty of equipment and machines, lockers, showers,. Scale, pro shop.

Been a member of a long while, took a break for a bit but coming back to it, its always been very clean and facility and the weights as well as the machines have always been maintained as long as I can remember several levels of membership. I personally think you would enjoy it, I do.

Bailey’s is my favorite gym. Different workout machines, but definitely enough for a good workout. Staff is always nice

Great gym. Very reasonable price and babysitters can watch up to 3 kids for a max of two hours.

I recommend that you never sign a contract with Baliey’s. They freeze accounts but still expect payment. There corporate is thirsty for money and will find anyway to take your money and keep u tied to a contract. I’ve noticed this is happened before

I would never sign up for another Baileys again. I signed up around the pandemic time when I believe everything was under control. There was another surge in my area I actually caught covid there I believe. They have a nerve of telling me I owe them over 300$. When I told them what happen they said they could take 40$ off. Well I guess I will see you in court then Baileys.

Early review...My first visit on this side of town. Nice size gym. Relatively clean. Most of the equipment worked. Anything that didnt was labeled. Ill be back.

Gym overall was clean and organized with plenty of space. Although I understand that it is a “powerhouse gym” I was kind of surprised to see only 2 platforms available for dead lifts and only a small set of bumper plates. But thats not the reason for the 1 star. Its for the folks up stairs. The corporate folks not following up with what they said they would do, going back on their word and handing the problem off and blaming each other for issues I had that were not resolved. Ultimately costing me a good lump just to get away from their gym.

Plus I have 3 kids and they love to stay at the day care while I m workin out.. all the girls are amazing..Best gym ever!!!!!!!Jack the MANAGER And Associates are very Very very friendly and Helpful every time.. this gym is my second home.. I went the gym at 7:45pm the hours say 8:00am to 8:00pm and the told me they were closed i told them only 7:45 pm they reply they have to clean the machines

I have really grown to love this location. I drive out of my way to this one. Its spacious, my child loves the caretakers and playing here over the new one they just built.The manager is cool and approachable.Staff is very friendly and maintenance is always there keeping it clean.

Member since 2013I love baileys for several reasons. I have a small child and half their facilities offer child care for a beyond reasonable price and time period. I travel extensively and there is always an accessible gym no matter the location. (Which is a feat in Jacksonville.) The facilities are clean and well taken care of, and the staff is friendly. Its the place I go to have my ME time.

Terrible assistance staff and from manager. Poor instructions given due to joining the gym. You can’t bring bags or equipment into gym court (which is trash, not making it easy for an individual to train or feel comfortable) also feel as if the morning manager is prejudice against blacks. If you do opt into a 2 year contract be aware they don’t care how your baileys experience is going. Sincerely from “bad guy”.

Theres always someone cleaning while in there. BUT The Only reason why Im giving it 4 stars is because they recently added a platinum room (dont get me wrong... Its a great separate area with amazing equipment but I dont have platinum membership) and they stashed some of the equipment I used to use BEFORE the platinum room. They put the kettleballs and box jumps in there! Its one of the reasons that I joined... Because when they gave me the tour prior to signing up they show cased the area in the back (which was available to EVERYONE at the time) with the jump ropes, heavy bags, kettle balls, and box jumps. NOW, you need to pay EXTRA just to swipe your card to use the equipment I was already using for a year? Pretty unfair, if you ask me.

Staff is super friendly. I always see staff cleaning when I am there so the upkeep is great. New equipment and the latest gym tech. Basketball court, aerobic room with lots of different classes, cycling room, and sports training room (which is awesome). They also have a babysitting center. Saunas are available along with tanning. Healthy snacks and drinks are available at a decent price too.

Now I love my gym I like it because I can go in get my workout on pump iron go outside and run my three miles come back in and take a shower and go home. The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable and I am happy that theyre open up another Baileys on Dunn and Lem Turner thats a plus for Baileys whoop whoop

Polite staff. Considerate guests. It has nearly everything I need to have a great workout and maintain a healthy lifestyle - good selection of free weights, treadmills, sauna, and a massage therapist can be made available. Plus, theyre adding additional facilities soon.

Gym has a good variety of equipment with a basketball court, sauna, cross fit area, spinning room, and a few others... Only complaint are guys constantly throwing down and breaking dumbbells and staff never says anything.

I just joined two days ago and I love it! Its a very clean facility with a lot of equipment. I was apprehensive at first because Im super shy and didnt want to feel out of place. However, there are a variety of people that work out here so theres no need to be a body builder or a model. The staff was super friendly and patient even though I had a million questions about the fees and contract. You cant beat a 24/hr gym for 20.00 a month! Thank you to Sean for your assistance and great customer service.

Nice gym. However, the area and the parking lot has some suspicious people walking around there. 3 times someone has walked up to me asking for money.

The AC is broke...I know you know. Its been broke. Machines jenky like weights stick and shimmy up on cable machines. Like three paper towel spray bottle things so its like nobody even expects people to wipe equipment. Its the only Baileys in disrepair. The AC is broke...I know you know.

THE CORPORATE OFFICE DOSE NOT HELP AT ALL. THEY ARE ROOD THEY FLAT OUT TELL YOU NO YOU CAN NOT SPEAK WITH THERE MANAGER. ALSO NO COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT. IM SO GLAD I DONT HAVE A MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS DISGUSTING GYM. TRUST ME I NO 4 PERSONS THAT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THIS GYM THEY ARE CROOKS AND THEY THINK THEY CAN KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH IT.

Be really careful before signing up. I signed up for 2 years contract, but I had to move out of state after 1 year. I paid $50 penalty, 2 months gym fees, and $50 maintenance fee. You also need to send them proof of new address which I sent twice, but they think it is not sufficient. Now, they sent me another bill($169).I wouldnt recommend This gym. This gym will cost you more.

I just transferred here from monument after a move to the west side. Unlike Monument, The functional room with turf and punching bags is only available to the more expensive membership. Thats where I do most of my workout! Such an inconvenience. Also, the employees will attempt to trap you in a two year contract with no way to escape. So unless youre dedicated avoid at all costs.

I love it!!! I was hesitant to go to my home location which was the Westside but later on found out theyre the best. After taking an Ignite class for the first time with Eddie I just fell in love and kept wanting more of his class, since he not there everyday I tried Zumba and I must say that every single one of the instructors there especially Toni are awesome. Their classes are fun, you will always get a great work out, music selections nice as well and the atmosphere, different age, gender, in all sizes you will still feel welcome. Now other reasons why this location is the best, they have the best friendly staff always smiling and welcoming even their maintenance are nice smiling and always greeting people. And I also have the kids care and my son is not a people person but theyre so good at what they do my son even waves goodbye at them when we leave and my other son wants me to go to gym so he can go to kids care. Oh and its also nice that it has 24 hour access and they have a woman only work out area and the sauna. I just love this place.

If you want to go to the gym in the afternoon I recommend DONT COME HERE its so packed you literally have to wait for someone to be done with a machine and theres obviously not enough to equipment if you want to work out here and not have to wait for someone to finish I recommend getting here before 7am this place sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And alot of stuff are broken and you cant use
