She runs her business extremely well and has created an amazing place for people to learn and get a great workout in, whatever that may be for your fitness level.All of the coaches are dedicated to make sure you stay safe and have fun. They dont over-coach but they will tell you when something needs to be adjusted at any point.If youre looking for a new gym this is 100% where you should be!

If you guys are looking for a gym in the area with coaches who care and are compassionate this is the place to go. They do an awesome job of tailoring workouts to the level of the athlete and also find a was to make sure everyone is constantly improving and staying safe. Coaches are all very personable, friendly, and well educated when it comes to movement patterns and making people better versions of themselves!

This place is amazing. The coaches, the programming, the people, the comradery...its everything you could ask for in a gym and more. Ive been a member for over 2 years, and Shoofly is my second home and these people are my family. The coaches get to know you and any limitations you have, and they help you individually maximize each workout. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging, and you walk away from each class looking forward to going back. Im in my mid-30s and in the best shape of my life thanks to Shoofly and its coaches. I cant say enough good things.

Awesome coaches and welcoming environment in the heart of Fuquay - Varina. Hadnt seriously worked out in 2+ years, but the Foundations Program and the coaches got me right back into it. The coaches keep every workout fun and exiting, and the community of great athletes and friends makes it feel like a family. Would recommend this gym to anyone thinking about CrossFit.

This is not just a Crossfit gym it a family and community that takes care of each other. The coaching staff is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Crossfit Shoofly is a great gym space. They offer multiple training options from Crossfit to Olympic Weightlifting to Sports Performance and Remote Programming.My wife and I arranged remote programming with Amanda Street as we have a home gym. Amanda took the time to get to know our needs and our goals. Each week we get our programming via FitBot. We can post our results, msg with questions, share videos.... It has been a great experience. Amanda is a true coach too...when we post that something was really hard she notes it and either modifies it or programs more of it because she sees the weakness.I highly recommend Crossfit Shoofly. If you cant get there but you are looking for a good coach then pursue the remote programming. You wont be sorry.
