Signed, sealed, delivered! A friend told me to contact Fraser just to get an idea of the lay of the land at a condo property. I knew I loved the place but didnt really know what I wanted. Fraser Made the rest of the magic happen! He showed me several places as I honed in on my ideas. Finally finding the most perfectly suited floor plan WITH A VIEW! He then proceeded to walk my amateur self through the entire processor making an offer, getting it inspected, coordinating with the seller AND the lender. And BUYING my dream. I felt like I was in such good hands - both my investment and my vision was safe. He encouraged me when I was doubting myself and applauding me when I pulled the trigger. And now he is a great friend who I think everyone should work with!

Even on a cloudy day, the view from the 9th floor pool and amenity center is really incredible! Great location, with great perks for residents, the Peninsula is luxurious living in downtown Jax!

Wonderful place to call home, reception is always a good sight for sore eyes, people are well maintained in behavior, rooms are spacious, close to alot around you.

The Peninsula is by far the nicest property of its kind in Jacksonville. Its perfectly located on the south bank of the St. Johns River, providing easy access to business, shopping, transportation and recreational outlets. The newly renovated and extended Riverwalk is perfect for dog walking and jogging, and the view never gets old! We loved being able to ride our bikes a short distance to all the great the cafes, restaurants shopping and theater in San Marco historic district as well as to music venues downtown. The Peninsula is a perfect example of the forward thinking and strides toward growth by current city leaders and developers working to make the quality of life in downtown Jacksonville second to none.

We own a small painting/flooring company and we have painted approx. 10 different condos in the building over the last 5 years. Gorgeous views of the city.

This is truly an amazing place. Gracious, concierge-managed lobby with terrific amenities, including a lounge with pool table, bar for parties and small groups, poker table and tvs. It also has a pool, work-out room and spa and right on the St. Johns River with great views of downtown and Jaguar stadium.Worked with Fraser Bolwell of the Fred Miller Group on renting. He was terrific! Very professional and attentive to details. AND he produced results!Id highly recommend him and The Peninsula.
