My wife and I have lived here for two years.Pros: Beautiful lake views, friendly helpful staff (Wayne is our favorite), awesome neighbors. 5 min walk to Publix. Close to movie theater and restaurants.Cons: Masquitos, rarely seen snakes.

Very dated and no elevator in the building I visited. The grounds and exterior of the buildings are well kept.

Management company is a non caring man and the Management company doesnt care about you only money they have security but it does no good security cant do anything they have car thieves rude owners and renters Management doesnt care if u complain

Property manager Terry is very unprofessional at his Job much less doesn’t sought out if a resolution to simple issues. COVID-19 is a serious pandemic that should cause business to operate in a more helpful understand.Maintence and security guards don’t clean Jim amenities, bathroom amenities, or the pool area as noted by the CDC. Firsthand have seen them carelessly wipe down equipment, while on the phone socializing.

These are condos and I understand that the HOA fee is approximately $250 a month sure couldnt tell where that money goes. Security guard was sleeping in his little Gate House and the night security lights in the building I visited were out apparently the bulbs have been out for quite a while. I remember when these were built so nice and now just a few years later they look run down and definitely in need of serious maintenance. I went because I was going to buy one Im not spending my money here

Office staff is absolutely useless. The tall blonde guy is probably the rudest person youll ever meet, the manager will just argue with you about complaints so nothing will get accomplished. Their maintenance people clearly cant read directions on how to enter a key pad code and locked me out of my own unit forcing me to call a locksmith and pay over $200 to get inside my unit and replace the door handle. The office manager refuses to help or reimburse me and stated you walking in here with demands... when I was talking calmly and simply asking who to contact for the reimbursement. Then he claimed that he would file paperwork with the Board ONLY AFTER I spoke to the owner of my unit who is irrelevant to the entire situation. I rent privately from an owner who is absolutely great but the management of the complex itself has completely ruined my view of this complex. Also the grounds/maintenance people are really creepy and like to make comments when females are out and about outside either walking their pets or getting things out of their cars.

This is a gorgeous complex with beautiful views next to great shopping, theatre, and restaurants. One of the best places location you could pick.

I come here to visit a friend who lives in here . The community is quiet and the gate is always locked (need a code to get in). Only thing I dont understand is when we go to the pool they have to sign in with their apt and their guests. I dont understand that but Im sure there is a reason behind it.

Unit #112 has been a complete nightmare ever since moving in. The neighbors upstairs have been the majority of the nightmare with their ongoing domestic issues all hours of the night to the wee hours of the morning. The other problems have been with the condition of the condo. From the sliding glass door never working properly, to the patchwork of a job carpet that keeps unraveling, and the drawer constantly collapsing after being fixed and not to mention, the noise from the main street takes a little getting used to as well, so be prepared for that!

I dont even know where to begin...constant issues. This place deserves zero stars! There hasnt been a period of time in the last year and a half that we did not have some kind of a problem. We have had 4 different occasions in the last 4 months and about a week of people coming in and out of our condo....it has been like living in a construction zone. Between the fire alarm test that were done wrong and had to be redone, a week of beeping noises that never ended, two days of fiber cable installation, and three days of fire alarm beeping due to the fiber installation (all of which left our condo unlocked all day with random workers coming in and out)Thank god we rent because I would extremely disappointed if I spent a cent on HOA fees at this place....there is never any parking after 5 PM, they dont have pest control (never heard of an apartment/condo in FL that doesnt offer that service), and they dont actually take care of the exterior of the building (we have had mold on our balcony for 6 months now...and after calling they have not even come to check it out) Not to mention the fact that half of the amenities are constantly being worked on or closed. Last year the gym was closed for about a month, then the Publix gate was broken, and now to find out that at the end of February/early March they closed both pools for maintenance. Wait what?! How about you close one at a time or maybe close it during the actual winter months? Its 85 degrees out and they decide to close it now?! Not to mention there was no notice regarding the closure. I dont know who is running this place but its a shame...especially if you pay $200+ on HOA fees a month. We cant wait to get out of here and move to one of the many better condos in Southside!

Well I’m over man 81 years old going on later when you have them on for me coming up and down the steps is getting to be a bad burn so I don’t bring too much you have it up and we had to move to a downfield apartment and hopefully find one soon
