I’ve been a customer of CSS here in Jacksonville, FL for nearly 2 months and I can’t say enough great things about this company! Everyone I’ve interacted with have been kind and super helpful. From Ms. Denise who assisted me in finding my apartment, to Ms. Brigitte helping me set up my payments, and Ms. Theresa who has addressed every maintenance issue I’ve had promptly and without question. Phenomenal service and I recommend them to anyone looking for a furnished apartment while on business or personal ventures here in Jacksonville!

I am so very disappointed and disgusted with Corporate Suites. Lisa Hudson was initially nice to deal with until we got into the apt. We rented at Florida Club at Deerwood. The apt was in horrible condition. All 3 of our cars were broken into, not one care was given... When we sent an email to Lisa a few days ago giving her a detailed list of things that needed taken care of for the next tenants.. Her reply was thanks for letting us know Thats it! Saved email as proof. She has been snotty and condescending for the duration of the stay. Horrible horrible service skills. When you pay over 3000 a month one would think the place you are renting is in better condition and the staff could be more professional and less rude!!

I cannot stress enough how amazing Corporate Suite Shoppe was to me. They called me back at 10pm on a Saturday and graciously allowed me to return to my apartment for a few extra nights when my company screwed me over on a housing change. Excellent staff, gorgeous apartments, all in all a business that deserves to be supported

We stayed one month at Lost Lake while my husband received treatment at Mayo Clinic. The apartment had everything we needed, everything was clean, the washer and dryer were immaculate, etc. This particular complex offered so many resort-style amenities that we didnt have time to use them all!

My daughter and I stayed at The Terraces at Town Center for one month while she was undergoing treatment at Mayo Clinic. The apartment was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and had every necessity including a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, keurig, etc. The booking process and check out were a breeze. I would highly recommend Corporate Suite Shoppes, and this property in particular, for Mayo patients as it was a short 10 minute drive and a quiet, restful place to relax between treatments.

The apartments are ready quickly if you need a place quickly however if you have maintenance issues with any particular apartment, you could be in for quite a wait. I have been here for a week. Mentioned the dryer was not heating up in my initial check list, and a week later, the dryer is not heating at all. It was, however, finally fixed. Also, the furnished items, i.e., glasses, dishes, etc. are at a bare minimum! Even a single person would have to wash dishes daily just so they have clean silverware, etc. available.

Great way to feel at home when a lengthy stay is required in Jacksonville. As long as you know when you are leaving and can deal with the 1 month notice for leaving it is also very cost effective. I would definitely use them again, they were very accommodating.

All staff were most accommodating and friendly. Facilities beyond our expectations.We would definitely reccomend this company and will use them again.

I wish I could have given them zero stars and still left a review. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not provide them with credit card information. They will charge you card at random intervals without your permission.

Used their online contact form to inquiry about their apartments, but never heard back from them. Poor customer service from the get-go.

If you are coming to Jacksonville, think of CSS as your in-town sponsor who know all the smart ways to get things done and get you in a nice place matched to your needs and interests. I am in Jacksonville for treatments at UF Health Proton Therapy Institute . Everything except housing was coordinated for me by UF Health. Fortunately Corporate Suite Shoppe was recommended by UF Proton and I was able to secure an apartment at the Brooklyn. They made it so easy. Signing of lease, etc is all done on line. Payment is by credit card. And the apartment I am renting is fabulous...furnished and well stocked with just about everything I could need. Corporate Suite Shoppe has lots of units around town. For me, the Brooklyn is very close to UF Proton and in my complex has a Fresh Market and many restaurants. I can go across the street and walk along a scenic waterfront park. Parking is convenient. There is even a YMCA a block away. If you are going to be in Jacksonville and need a furnished apartment, I highly recommend the Corporate Suite Shoppe. They made everything so easy!

I cant say enough about our stay at two separate complexes managed by Corporate Suites. Everyone was so cooperative and accomodating. My sister was having a liver transplant at Mayo Clinic. It was so nice to have a place like home to stay. I would recommend Corporate Suites to anyone looking to relocate or just needing a short term stay.

I stayed with Corporate Suite in their apartment in The Strand in Jacksonville for three months. It was a one bed studio apartment with all the amenities. It was shining when I arrived, cleaned and fresh. I would highly recommend Corporate Suite Shoppe Inc to anyone and everyone.Many thanks Corpoare Suite, Des Loughran.

Feels like home the min you walk in. Great decor and high end appliances make it truly your home away from home. Cant say enough, staff was very informative and process was as easy and quick as checking into a hotel.

Working through the Corporate Suite Shoppe, and selecting temporary and furnished accommodations at Arelia James Island, has worked very very well for my family. We found ourselves unexpectedly needing to quickly secure temporary accommodations. We did not know the area at all, and did not have time for any visits or tours. I gave Lisa my general requirements, within hours I had options to view on-line, and upon selection I had the paperwork also completed within a couple hours. We are very happy with our selection, it truly met the requirements that were important to us. Without reservation, I will use the Suite Shoppe again and stay at Arelia James Island again if we ever have a need to spend time in Jacksonville again.

I had the pleasure working with Denise Montpetit-Ott. I greatly appreciate the quick service and allowing me to sign up quickly. They do offer a great options that is furnished housing. Some of the places seemed reasonable in prices per day ranging from $85-200 (this depends on one bedroom vs multiple bedrooms). I do agree that you can save compared to Hotels but I am unsure about 50% over Hotels. I do appreciate it that furnished and convenient. However, if you are signing up for short-term housing you are required to sign up at a minimum of 30 days. It was my first impression that I can stay short term but I was only planning to stay possibly one to two weeks. This was a disappointing situation for not allowing a shorter time frame. I unfortunately would recommend to use a different company e.g. vaction rentals by owners (VRBO), AirBnB, or other rental companies. Another problem is that you have to inform this company 30 days in advance when you plan to move out. The place I chose was Arelia James Island, it was located in an apartment area and near mostly everything with easy access to the St. Johns Town Center. Communication is relatively poor specifically calling them and waiting for a response back. I unfortunately was not able to get the keys to the door until 3pm. There was no communication as to how to sign off from the rental. I had to call them to verify my last day and what time I had to be out of the area (this included the process on how to turn in my keys).
