My experience with Laird’s is nothing short of inexplicably disgusting and unprofessional. I did not heed the warnings of the reviews, and got exactly what I deserved from this place. The absolute only draw was the storage pricing, and even that will no longer be enough for me. I will NEVER return to do business with Laird’s, and I can assure you that I will NOT be recommending this establishment to anyone as long as it remains under it’s current management. Outside of its U-Haul contract, I honestly do not understand how this establishment stays afloat with how rude and inconsistent the staff are. After dealing with the irritable and disgruntled lady on multiple occasions, I am ecstatic to discontinue my services with Laird’s.

Ive had them perform the safety inspection on my vehicle a few times without issues and their storage is also good. I never had an issue with the staff and they have always been professional.

Roach infested. My belongings had water bugs and roaches everywhere. I had to throw away over 2,000 worth of furniture and equipment. These people are just money hungry. They dont even deserve one star. The daughter (questionable) is very rude, she has no customer service skills. She talks to you like youre a child or like youre not worth her speaking to you period. Oh and not to mention, my clothes and mattresses were rat poop galore.

I dont recommend this storage facility. My son and I have been going just about every day this past week and we noticed one of the fire extinguishers had been taken out of its box and placed on the ground, it had not moved in 1 week, there was also a black box that had been left on the ground, that too had not moved in 1 week. They obviously dont take care of the units, I had to throw away so much because even though it was in boxes, bugs and mice had gotten in somehow and ruined quite a bit of my belongings. Problems with billing, I did not authorize them to take from my debit card automatically, they did one month and it messed up so much and gave me overdraft fees. I argued they should not have had my info on file as I did not approve it, and they never responded. I am so glad I finally got everything out of that storage unit that I could salvage and turned in my magnetic card. I had the storage unit for over 1 year (13 months to be exact) and I never needed the card to open the gate because they leave it open. Go elsewhere!

Horrible customer service! I put my car in storage there for 6 months and paid for it to be started once a month while my husband deploys. Convienetly when we go to get it after 6 months it doesnt want to start, we didnt think to much into it since it is a older car. They said the battery probably died and would have it started and moved for us to pick up the next day. The next day came, no call so I go to the storage and my car is still sitting in the same place I ask whats going on and come to find out my car has been started with a jump box the last several months no one has once called me to let me know there are issues with my vehicle. I was then told my vehicle would be looked at for no extra charge because of the issue. 3 days go by no call so we go the place again and get the run around about our vehicle. 4 more days go by no call so we call and they tell us well we looked at it and gave us a list of things it needs and it will cost $300+ and for them looking at it the price is $100+, what???? Long story short the employees there are inconsiderate, slow, talk to you like youre dumb and beat around the bush, and then try to take your money.For all the other military families beware these people are no good crooks and they are just looking for a payout.

Great Service friendly employees

Took my car there to see how much they were gonna charge me for parts & labor (I already knew what needed replaced), signed an EMPTY form authorizing them to look at the car. I decided to get it done elsewhere because they were going to charge me over $1,000 to do the job. They then handed me the empty form filled in with prices and charged me $111.56 just because he looked at the car and put it up on the lift.However if youre going for Uhaul, theyre usually okay with that.
