My car broke down in Jacksonville during a trip from NY to South Florida. After a quick search I found Vu’s and had roadside tow me over there. It took the tow longer than expected, but the folks at Vu’s stayed past closing to take delivery of my car. The next day they called with the bad news: I needed to have the motor replaced. Since I had a warranty from the manufacturer, I had to have a dealership do the work.The staff at Vu’s were nothing but accommodating. After all that work figuring out the issue and waiting for two separate tows, and coordinating with the dealership since I was now 400 miles away, they only charged me a minimal diagnostic fee. And their diagnosis was spot on and confirmed by the dealership.If I lived in the area, they would be getting all my automotive business.

I took my wifes Harley f150 to a electric shop they over charged me and told me it the fuel pump replaced was not the problem took it to VUs he had the truck fixed in two days so dont go to Arlington Auto electric go to VUs if you need your vehicles electric fixed

They fixed my overheating vehicle without over charging me or making up extra repairs. Very professional and highly recommended. This auto repair shop is my personal favorite. I’ll take my car to them anytime there’s a problem and they fix it as soon as they can. 👌👌

Vu, was very honest and polite very fare man, from my experience.

They tried to scam me out of 2 bands. Dropped my car off at 7 AM and the Asia man said he’ll look at it at 3 ( first red flag), I hade to call him at 4:30 to check if he looked at it and he stated he was doing it right now and he gave me a estimate of 2,000 for an engine problem, I believed he never looked at the car. Today I got my car fix with someone else they said it’s my muffler and it was only $100.

Very reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. Took my truck to find out what was wrong with the AC and they told me the issue and gave me a price. I fixed it on my own knowing I should have gone the route they told me I just dont have the money for that right now, took it to get it charged today and I no longer have to drive while almost having a heat stroke

Not worth the time to call. Wasnt interested in working on older vehicle. His statement was dont even bring it here because I wont touch it. So I got it serviced at another shop for a quarter of the price he quoted

This auto shop ripped me off. Nick is the one that looked at my vehicle & said I needed spark plugs, spark plug wires, & distributor for $535. Ill never do business with Vus Auto shop ever again.

Vus Auto is absolutely the best!! Trustworthy, excellent work, friendly and much more affordable than dealerships, and off brand mechanics. I lived about 5 miles from Vu and took my jeep there for any and everything. 8 years ago, I moved 30 mins away and bought a new vehicle. Besides, I didnt have a repair place I could trust in my new area. Now that my car is older, I will drive 30 mins and pass my dealership, and tons of repair places for the quality and affordability only Vu can offer. You cant go wrong with Vu. Keep up the good work Vu - thats why your shop will outlive them all!

Vus prices are very fair and the service is impeccable. He was able to diagnose and find a difficult to find part for me and install it without up charging despite said difficulty.

I highly recommend Vus Auto, I live in the Orange Park area and refuse to allow anyone else to work on my vehicles, I travel to the northside for any car related issues. They have worked on my Audi, Acura and Accord very professional and FAIR.

Charged me after having my truck towed because of hurricane flood damage. He OBVIOUSLY didnt even look over the vehicle. Said no apparent flood damage but there was still water in the headlights and water went over the whole exhaust system. Basically he just took my money. Heard they were very smart, capable, and experienced.Well they said it was the camshaft sensor couldnt get it started sound like it wanted to start, pay 90 for the diagnostic that went towards repairing the situation, a total of 122, still doing the same thing now I have to have another toe and spend money for Ubers again they said it was a different problem its the same problem so I have to pay another 94 another diagnostic!

Was supposed to put a new starter in my Acura and lied that it was in and my car was doing the exact same thing it was doing when I took it to Vu’s after paying over $900. Called to have owner tow the car back up to the shop and found out the starter was bad they put in. After weeks of back and forth arguing that the issue was in fact their fault they rectified the problem. I will never use this shop again!!!

Second time I brought my vehicle here. First time was for a mechanical error in the engine. Second time, same issue. Wrote down what I believed was the problem area but instead they told them it was a brake problem. On top of that, they were not able to find the paperwork where I wrote the issues down. Will not be returning here.

They know what they are doing I trust them with fixing my vehicle.

We agreed on a price, a couple of small things that needed to be fixed on the truck before I took delivery, and then we closed the deal. Vu is an honest man, a man of his word, he stands behind his work, and does great work to boot. I would buy a used vehicle from him again and I will continue to let him service my ole Bronco.
