Danny in Accessories was incredibly helpful!! I had old running boards removed and a new style of running boards put on my Colorado. Danny also helped troubleshoot what style of splash guard would fit. Ill be back to have those installed. And he went one step further to work with the Service department to help resolve an issue I was having with the SD card.I will return for any and all future work on my chevy!

I have had maintenance completed twice now and the personnel who work in the service department are not engaged in the work being completed by the mechanics. On my latest visit to have my recall for my truck to be completed the service representative said the work would take about 4 to 6 hours. I had to call back near the 8 hour mark to find out if the work was done. Only to find out it was completed but further repairs would be required because a vacuum pump was failing. The service representative said they would call me on Monday to let me know when the part would be available and then when the part arrived they would call again to setup an appointment to have the work done. It is now more than two weeks and I have received no calls.Your mechanics have done a wonderful job.
Service was horrible! I normally love this location because I love the people that work there but today was not a good experience at all. My advisor seemed lazy and her communication was horrible. The young guy responsible for moving the cars moved cars that came after me and cars behind me in the same lane before he moved my car. If I had an appointment I should be treated as such, not as a walk in. My car then sat 30 minutes after being serviced and no one said a thing. So I asked the young guy what was going on and he said it was ready and he will get my keys. So no one told me it was ready until I asked and no one told me to go and pay. Then when I went to side to ask why wasn’t I notified it was ready, the advisor said she was looking at tire options for me. I didn’t ask for that and even if she was doing me a courtesy, it would have been courteous to come outside and tell me that. Never coming to this location again.
Nick D, our salesperson, was excellent! Helped us find and get the car I wanted and made sure it was perfect when we picked it up. My father and I had a great experience with this dealership! We found a car on a site and we live in Jacksonville and the salesperson worked with us over phone and text with the car we were interested in and ended up giving us a wonderful deal based on the amount of money I had. The car did have more cosmetic damage than I hoped but they had kept up the maintenance and it runs very well, especially per my mechanic that checked it out. I really appreciate the service we got! It was worth the 45 minute drive to get it.

I had been in a couple of months ago found that I needed to order a part and have over a $1000 repair. I was told at that time I could schedule once the part had come in, which I did and I had scheduled it out a few weeks ahead due to my schedule being incredibly busy. When I got to my appointment I was told the person that scheduled me was no longer working there and I was not in the schedule. I advise this was really throwing me off As I purposely scheduled to day. When I press the issue they told me I could leave the car and they will get it done before five. Thankfully They did however it still made the day very inconvenient for me for several reasons because of it being thrown off.I’m taking the vehicle up they had thrown everything in my car seat left the plastic from where someone else headset didn’t bother to pick up anything or clean up anything. If I had a repair person come into my house and do that they would never come to my home again.It really does not show much respect for someone’s property.The representative that assisted did do his best to accommodate and I appreciated him.However I feel sometimes not so confident taking my vehicle there. I’ve done so because it’s a dealership that I am really considering other options at this point. The last couple of times I have been there have not been the best experience.
Very easy to schedule appointment. Check in day of service was quick and efficient. Car ready as quoted, price was reasonable. Car courtesy cleaned. Check out was quick from paying to car being pulled around was less than fifteen minutes.

If I could do it lower I would. My experience with Nimnicht has been horrible. I buy a Tahoe and have had to towed back 3 times all within 3 weeks of purchase. Each time they swear its repaired. I drive it off the lot and within a few hours its doing the same thing again. Ive had better from a buy here pay here. My wife wanted a brand new equinox. Not anymore and especially not from them.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating and answered all of my questions! We test drove multiple times, I came back too many times with questions and push back (haha) and there was never once where I felt pressured to get the car that moment. The reason for recent visit was because of the advice/warning I received two weeks prior when I bought vehicle in for routine service, my Service Advisor Devon Shaffer advised me at that time no tire rotation was performed due to Worn Tires!!! (was not aware) and gave me a quote for new tires. Well, I did look around, Nimnicht Chevrolet was the BEST OFFER for me!! Made an appointment and received my new set of tires at the quoted price. Mr. Shaffer was very professional and attentive in advising the steps that were being made during the installation of the tires. I am very satisfied with the service I received from check-in to check-out.

I would love to honestly give this dealership a negative 5 stars. Im from tallahassee and contacted the dealership on a vehicle my wife saw online. We called and talked to a 3rd party representative they gave us the dealership location. I called the dealership,spoke with there salesman they said the vehicle I was calling about was on the lot and he was looking at right now. They gave me a price of $44,335. I had stopped by a dealee here in tallahasse and they gave me a few printed out quotes I just had the. In the seat of my car when I arrived at the dealership near Jacksonville. Sales man was going to trade my car in so he went out there and went thru my paperwork and took pictures of the quotes I received in tallahassee(with out my knowledge). Then the financial guy comes in to pressure sale me amd the price starts out at 53,500 and he shows me a picture of the quotes I received in tallahassee and says see we can beat there price by 1000. I laughed but he was very serious. He Wanted to give me 500bucks on a kbb value car of 5000.We went back and forth and I finally had enough and signed the deal. Lucky for me I didnt have my debit car to pay my down payment. So I had to drive 1hour away to get 10k cash out of the closest capitol city bank in stark FL.I got the cash out and saw a small dealership named Duval chevy. These guys are the best down to earth and ready to make a deal. The guy there set me up with a upgraded truck and gave me 4k on my trade in and also beat there price by 4200 dollars.I definitely would not recommend this dealership they are very sneaky and dont care about the customer. If they would have done me right I would buy my company trucks there which we spend 250k a year on work trucks every year.

I bought many chevys from Nimnicht Chevy, Howard Roberts is my salesperson. What a great person to do business with. Howard go’s out his way to satisfy my needs, weather it’s with Schedules or if there is problems with my Chevy. Mr Nimnicht is real lucky to have Howard Robert as an employee.
Ms. Joanne was very helpful and sweet through the process! She gave us frequent updates as needed. I enjoyed having her as my service advisor.However, the experience as far as the car being serviced was not great. The issues that I had before with my car are still currently an issue. My car initially was diagnosed with having an “ignition and coil” issue as being the problem causing the jerking in my car. It was not until a few days later that we found out that the issue was primarily the transmission. The transmission would have been another 3-4,000 dollar cost in addition to the $1,400 we were already looking at. Not once was my power train warranty mentioned. When we declined the transmission service, we later found out about my warranty which expires in September. My husband called back to find out why the warranty was not mentioned beforehand before declining the additional service. Once we confirmed that the warranty was still available, we were then told that the service would not be able to be performed at Nimnicht because they were backed up for 3 months, which didn’t seem like the case when we were asked if we liked to have the service before knowing about the warranty. I am personally dissatisfied because we “paid” for a problem that was not fixed. When in actuality, the most pressing problem was not the one that was fixed that could have been free of charge if my warranty had been considered from the beginning.
Unbelievable customer service in a time when a lot of companies are focused on the numbers. Not Nimnicht! They are focused on the customer. And, superb automobiles and trucks. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! We are a customer for life! You cant go wrong with Nimnicht!

Not pleased at all with my sales experience here. I drove 5 hours from where I live in order to purchase an FJ cruiser. I was told that it was in excellent condition. When my wife, newborn daughter and I got there, we found that the dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree with warning lights. Because this was an optioned out version that I really wanted and was going to take home anyways, I asked for a little wiggle room on the cost. They pulled me into a separate little room away from my family to offer me a whole $200 off of the cost of the vehicle. Really?? A whole $200…. Since then, I’ve spent hours diagnosing it and fixing it. Turns out that their detail department got the main engine computer wet with cleaning solution ruining it. After buying a new engine computer, having it programmed and installing two new oxygen sensors, the vehicle is finally happy. I’m now into it several thousand dollars more than I expected to be into it. Don’t get me wrong, I love the vehicle. It goes anywhere I want it to. I just feel like I got robbed because they knew I was going to buy it either way.
I would rate them zero starts if I could. I am extremely disappointed in them. This is my second vehicle from them the first one was awesome so I went back and traded my SUV in an this was the worse thing I ever did in my life. I’m stuck with a truck that has had the check engine light on since day 2 of me getting it. The sales rep was happy to get the sale to where his customer service after the sale went out the door. He also lied as well. I been waiting on the Manager to call me back for almost two weeks now. I wouldn’t go there to get a car period. Now I have to lose time off work to put this Truck back in there shop because I don’t have no other way of getting around smh supposedly they don’t have any loaner cars. There customer service manager is very rude and doesn’t have any compassion at all. I have had this truck for almost 2 months and it was used but I have already brought two tires it’s been in there shop for almost a week. I had to pay for a rental car.. I understand it was a used car but this is a LEMON. I’m locked in paying for this LEMON. I warn you if you want to get a Lemon and lied to and pressured into a car then go here. It’s been two weeks and NO ONE still haven’t reached out to me. Please don’t waste your time or your money.

The first impression I got was while nobody else was on the lot looking at cars, we were interrupting employee break time. I felt eye rolls, and intuition told me it is because we are women and a waste of their time. Any attempt at intelligent conversation about the car got referred to with if its on the window sticker, that is the information. Look at the window sticker. Now lets dive deeper into that as a reference, as this is thrown back into the buyers face later as if you had asked me, I would have gone back into the office (All the way over there?? Im sure you would have!!) and looked it up on the computer, insinuating that the window sticker would NOT have been immediately referred to, NOR TRUSTED, as a convenient reference to the itemized list of inclusions and exclusions on the specific car observed. In addition, the contract itself depicts that the window sticker and this contract paper are part of a complete deal, but when the window sticker lists something as present, which is later discovered as NOT in fact on the car, the buyer is told its just a piece of paper that means nothing. Buyers should have checked everything...even on a certified vehicle. Well I didnt look over every nut and bolt this car has, but I just kind of took it that items are all accounted for. That specific excuse line is just an echo everyone repeated at this dealership.Grow up men! You clearly have no interest in addressing your responsibility for your mistakes. It is a car purchase, not a gallon milk. We will take legal actions to recover our financial losses.

My husband makes way too much money to be turned away. These idiots called him, he told them every detail, so we went to the appointment, and wasted our time. Nothing he can do? Then why did all of our stuff come back fine? Also, why didnt he even try? They said $5,000 trade in, nope that was a lie, once there, it was 3,000. I do not recommend this place, not just as a customer, but as an employee that use to drive inventory for them. They are very unprofessional.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Called in before driving the 1 1/2 hrs to the dealership to ensure they had the truck I wanted, I was told they did, when I arrived I was able to test drive that truck but as it turned out that particular truck was already sold. They did however have another new truck available but I would not be able to take immediate possession of it. While making the deal the salesman had lost my driver’s license and it wasn’t until a threat of me walking out wax my license found. I was also told prior to going in that top dollar was being paid for trades, now I was trading a 2021 and upgrading to another 2021 so my trade was still worth a lot. They did what every dealer does low ball you on your trade, yes they did this to me but then it turns out they have that trade for sale at $10000 more than what they gave for trade. They delivered my truck to me without any paperwork no Registration anything, when I asked about it they said they would mail it to me, which I agreed but that never happened either. I had to threaten to go to the general manager to get results from anyone, they did hand deliver the paperwork to me like they should have when the vehicle was delivered. I can go on and on about all the incompetent things that happened with this deal but I will just end it by saying. I will never do business with this dealership again.

This behavior was not only an insult but it re-directed our attentions in seeking out the right Chevrolet dealership who employs honest and respectful sales employees. Namely, Drew Morrell.Recently, contact was made with Drew about doing business. He gave us the red carpet treatment. I appreciate his loyalty, honesty, and most of all, he offered us other financing options, as an alternative to our pre-approval with the Credit union. He was very attentive, knowledgeable of his job, and responded throughout this whole long distance business process. He made sure that all paperwork was expedited and received in a timely manner by all parties involved.In conclusion, the 2020 2SS Camaro was finally shipped and received on yesterday (9/18/2020) in perfect condition resulting in happy and satisfying returning Tennessee customers for life!!!Thank you again, Drew!!
Nice to get a very clean car back
So, I’m gonna start this by saying, this place used to be one of the best places to buy a car or truck in town. However, now they have really hit the bottom of the barrel. They sold me an SUV for 23,000 that was only worth about 16,000 at most. On top of that, they continue to harass me trying to call me to trade it in. I know I can’t because it’s worthless and they won’t trade it. It’s like insult to injury. Unbelievable,As a matter of fact, I tried to refinance the SUV at my bank community first credit Union, not 4 months after perching the vehicle. They told me I would need to put another 5,000 down to refinance the SUV. You can do what you want man, but I’m telling you, I’ll never use them again.

Dont go online and give them any information. They will literally harass you no matter how many times you text them to stop, and even go as far as VERBALLY telling them that you are not interested- more than once. Once you tell them, their initial chipper demeanor changes and then they dryly tell you that they will end contact... spoiler alert! They wont. They will keep calling. Harassing potential customers is not how you do business. Learn your customers, know who needs attention, instead of thinking that annoying anyone and everyone to the point of purchase will work. I would never recommend your dealership, nor would I in a million years do business with folks who think that blowing my phone up after I politely asked them to stop multiple times is okay. Do better.

Made a one hour drive because we were told they had the truck we wanted on the lot. Even made an offer for our trade in and payments. They had no such truck. We were lied to. Didnt even have something close. Kept giving the excuse well the way things are in the world right now. Terrible atmosphere.
More interested in selling me a new truck than replacing the recall, the reason for my visit. My truck was returned to me with an issue with the door handle that wasn’t present at the time they took possession of the vehicle. The first thing they did was try to say it was my fault (Not true). Like I was trying to get over, I told them to take a look at the camera. They finally fixed it But made sure I saw the note on the paperwork that stated “Don’t work on vehicle longer then an hour -Matt” Terrible service center.
Our salesperson was very slow. We waited over 30 mins for him to come back from taking our info for appraisal of our current vehicle. One we wanted to look at had already been sold. So not a good experience at all. We have had better experiences at Nimnicht but this one was not a good one at all.

I have to say, I have never been made to feel like a friend as I was there and that feeling has continued. Clyde took alot of time with us because I honestly wasn’t 100% of what style Chevy I wanted but I knew it was going to be brand new. Well he said tell me exactly what you are going to do with it and he showed me several trucks and from there I found the one!! So a week later Clyde let me know of the dream blazer that my wife wanted so bad was there and once again he made it happen and so we both got our dream vehicles. But honestly I hope that you guy’s know what you have with Clyde,Drew,Erie,Randy. Those guy’s are a Hell of a team and I can promise you that we will be back with more purchases of our own and with family and friends!

After searching for weeks near and far for the exact truck i wanted, I came across it online at Nimnicht Chevy. After a little negotiating a little over the phone I chose to purchase the truck. I placed a small deposit on it drove 3 hours to close the deal. To my surprise I found my truck pulled around back with a personalized tag on it with my name on it. Their devotion to being a superb dealer has earned them a new, devoted, first time Chevy owner! Thank you Cameron and Brent!Oh, and family loves the just delivered chocolate chip cookies! The oil change and tire rotations was great. However the courtesy car wash was not performed. I also didnt like that the person who bought my car back was completely covered in stains.

Horrible experience. It is unfortunate when you have to deal with the devil. Never again. I will not return for an oil change, or free cash wash they finally offered. They were dishonest on all verbal conversations (car would be detailed prior to pickup) and the written warranty notice on the vehicle they tried to change to an AS IS purchase-- no warranty, right in front of my eyes with a pen. As well as change the licensing fees on final docs. Im glad I had everything in writing before I went to the finance guy, Andrew, who told me something in the morning, which he changed by the evening at pickup. Also, the lie he spoke about giving me all the docs I signed. I found them difficult to get fair treatment from: Why should I expect a clean, detailed car from a dealership PAID IN FULL AT PICKUP? In looking at other reviews now after my purchase, it must be their regular unethical business practices. BEWARE.

Definitely do not recommend this dealership. I’ve purchased many, many cars before and have NEVER had so many unnecessary issues AFTER the purchase was already completed. Although my salesman was absolutely amazing.
