Unfortunately after the AC in my home broke and enduring the unbearable heat of Florida, Chills On Wheels responded to my property management need quicker then any other AC in the area. And after multiple contractors were looked into, C.O.W.A.C had the best price for replacing the full unit. Upon arrival each time, the technicians were very polite and understanding of working from home conditions. Steve and Daniel took the time to make sure this unit was installed correctly and took the time to educate me on how to maintain the unit with running into as many man-made concerns in the future (fun fact: white vinegar..not bleach). This is a long review, again just want to emphasize the timeliness of response and execution, as well as the education they are able to provide. Great job guys!

A big thank you to Guy for fixing my AC. It was 84 when he came in and was cooling down nicely when he left. He also discovered one of my vents was closed in my main living area! I have been a customer of Chills On Wheels for years. Give them a try, I dont think you will be disappointed!

Our AC crashed after 20 yrs. We called our usual AC guy and he couldnt come for a week. We called these people and they said they could be there by the afternoon. Then shortly after that we were contacted that someone was on the way. Now thats customer service! Guess who our new AC company is?!Owners Brian and Angela were great to work with. Stephen our installer knew his trade and was meticulous with the install. Great work ethic.

The technician checked my system thoroughly to find the cause of the problem. He was able to get my system to work again. I was given all of my options. They were honest and were focused on finding the best solution for me. Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional.

I’m leaving 2 stars only because my air conditioner seems to be fixed, but I am incredibly disappointed in the entire service. Guy was unclear and unprofessional. He verbally quoted us $650 to replace the fan motor on our inside unit. The price was already more than we were expecting because that part should have only cost around $200 at most. We asked twice if that price was to include everything for the job and he said yes. After he installed the new motor the price for the job changed to $820, he said because the $650 he quoted didn’t include his labor. It felt very dishonest, but at that point he had already done the work so we paid him. He had my husband sign his phone for the payment, and did not leave us with any form of receipt or itemized statement for what had been done. After he left I came upstairs to find black greasy fingerprints on my newly painted wall and the trim around the door where the unit is located. There is also a black stain on my carpet, and one of the screws on the panel of my unit is now missing. After having read the other reviews, we were surprised and incredibly disappointed with our experience. I would 100% not recommend this company.

Our AC gave out on a Saturday night and it was difficult to get in touch with an AC company. I literally called about 8 companies who said they were a “24 hour service”. I kept getting the call center and they kept telling me a technician would get in touch. As soon as I called these guys they answered right away and set me up with a technician. David was great he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it within the hour! Definitely going to get with them to do our our regular maintenance👍🏼 Thank you Chills on Wheels!

Mr David arrived at my house on time and commenced to do the necessary maintenance on my central HVAC . It is my opinion that Mr David is very thorough, polite and an asset to Chills on Wheels.

The experience as a whole with the company was 3 stars considering someone was sent out 3x. I know it was not entirely their fault, the A/C was just a tricky job. My experience with Brian the tech was 5 stars. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

5 or 6 years back I was informed by a tech (NOT Chills) that I had a leak in my coil. I called Chills and two others for estimates on a new system. Priror to replacing the system I asked Brian to come out and check my system. Lo and behold, no cracked coil. A little low on freon but not from the coil. Theyve been my guys ever since and every tech has always been knowledgable and professional

Arrived on time. Text Updates and emails. Arrived wearing masks, i have health issues, which is great these days. They came they did the job and left, it was a fantastic price. About 1500.00 less that the other guy who wanted to rob me. They left my home as they found it .. you would never know they had been there. So very pleased and will be returning in the future. They were recommended to me by my mother who also speaks highly of them.

When your AC on cooling mode blows warm air... you need an AC guy! Several friends actually use the same company, Chills on Wheels and recommend to contact Brian the owner. Shortly after contacting them I had an appointment.Brian accessed the situation, advising our emergency heat coils were on due to our thermostat not properly connecting. Brian explained the process of how to fix the issue easily. We were pleased with our experience and will continue referring their company!

Brian Ward has been handling my AC for the last 2 years. I had been told by the prior company that it was done, full replacement, 10k plus. I asked Brian to come out and give me an estimate on replacement and he told em he thought he could fix it and it would last a while longer. He did fix it and I have gotten 2 more worry free years from it so far. I will never use anyone else.

They does great work and excellent at troubleshooting any problem you may have. He is very reliable and if for some odd reason he can’t make it to you something serious had to occur and he will let you know what is the hindrance. My roommate has used him for the last 4 years and always recommends Chills On Wheels to all his referral work. With him being an electrician he needs an A/C company on call to sub out work. Had a problem with the ac leaking and they came out the same day and fixed the problem, the technician was very friendly .

Brian was absolutely fantastic in diagnosing our issue via phone and then again while he was at our house. Backstory, we had purchased our home nearly 8 months ago and 4 days before our sons birthday, we changed our thermostat and then we had absolutely no AC but miraculously, after a very cold winter with no heat, the heater was on. Talk about annoyed and H O T !!! Brian gave us a quote via phone and stuck by it. He even went for as to find the initial problem, fix it and then inspect our system. He told us what was wrong and what the sellers did previously to affect our heat / AC but assured us they would work with us to make sure we have BOTH heating and air this coming winter. We’re new home owners and the AC was always our biggest fear. Now, with Brian on speed dial (jk—but the number is saved lol) we no longer have that concern. Thank you for being not only professional but completely understanding in the fact that we didn’t necessarily know what to expect but you made us feel comfortable and you have customers for life.
