Wish I could rate this company lower. As others have mentioned, we also have a one year old house where the unit has broken twice. The technician told us the builder knowingly installed defective units and ours is one; however, because we’re out of our 1 year warranty, we will have to pay for it. They also charged us to tell us this. We were told 6 months ago that they’d follow up to repair and we’ve heard nothing.Today, we’ve come home from vacation to a 90° home. We have an infant and a dog and I’m 8 months pregnant. We were told that a tech would call within the hour at 3pm. No call. We call back, and they connect us to a tech right away who tells us he’ll be here before 7pm. Unsurprisingly, he’s not here at 7pm. We call him directly and are told he’s finishing up another call and it’ll only be :30. Forty five minutes later, he’s still not here so we call the office back. They reach out and are told :10 more. 25 minutes later, he finally shows up with two other techs (why?) and all of them are not masked during a global pandemic.I do not appreciate the lack of communication, professionalism, or care for their products and customers. I wouldn’t recommend this company to an enemy.
ZERO STARS if I could total laziness from this company no one is willing to help I have a brand new house with the ac not working properly. They were supposed to come no one came no one called I spent the day waiting. Customer service is rude just SO unprofessional.
I had a new build home. Two months after the builder warranty expired I notice my AC not properly working. I called Air to Air which is who installed the unit to be told the manufacturer sent out defective units and that my unit was likely one of them. So I have a 1 year old house with a defective AC unit that they installed but bc the builder’s warranty expired, I still needed to be charged a service fee.I was told a technician was supposed to come out or call me that Saturday night. I never received a call until the following afternoon.Then when they finally inspected the unit I was told a coil was leaking and they would order the part but had no idea when it would come in.It’s been two weeks and they have yet to contact me back. My AC is completely not working with an infant and I call to inform them. I was told by the technician that since it was 6pm there was nothing he would do tonight and to call back tomorrow. I was also told by the insensitive technician that there probably still waiting on the part. I guess I’m expected to sit in 82+ degree home with an infant until this part comes in.This company’s customer service is horrible. They are not reliable or accountable to their own mistakes in installing faulty units. They won’t even come out if it is after 5pm it seems. I do not recommend.

I would rate this business zero stars if I could. We have a new construction home and I’m not sure how their install even passed inspection. This will be my fourth visit from a technician to repair my AC and they still haven’t corrected the problem. They failed to do simple things like gluing drain lines and caused a massive leak in my ceiling. They don’t show up on time or call prior to coming like they say they will. I would never do business with this company if I had the choice but I got stuck with them as the provider for my builder.
We bought a newly built home at the end of 2019 and the AC has broken on us twice already. First in October 2020, where I would have had to pay $1000 for a repair due to bad parts THEY installed. Luckily our serviceman talked to his manager and had them warrantied out since our warranty had literally just ended not a month prior. Now, 3 months later our system is not working again and I’m waiting to see what’s wrong with it this time.*Edit*Our repairman Sam has been awesome every time he comes out. This time our thermostat had broken, which apparently is a common problem with the brand (Honeywell), and Sam fixed it at no cost. Customer service is great on his end, but I am still not a fan that this company uses equipment that just does not last.
We purchased a new build home in 2018....the AC has gone out TWICE already. I’m not sure how they installed it, but this is ridiculous. We’re currently waiting for an on call tech to call us back...it’s currently 94 with a feel like of 103 degrees...time is of the essence...and we have a newborn.
They are the worst. They put in a brand new unit 4 years ago, we pay for maintenance 2x per year and still every year we go without air, with an expensive fix even with a warranty. They don’t show up when they say or it takes days and this last time they didn’t show up at all and say they have no record of us calling their office or their service. With so many choices I will never use Air to Air again.
Back office gave me the run around from Mid morning until the evening. I had to call them 3 times just to get an update, by the time the tech called me he asked, “did someone get to you yet”? Odd response and very unorganized.The perception here is that although i have a 2 year warranty, doesn’t mean that they can treat your customers like chop liver to the bottom of the pole. No money, not important to service!I don’t care how apologetic the manager Alan was, but if I’ve been calling since Saturday through your emergency line why didn’t anyone call me back? Finally was able to get someone to come out that Tuesday evening and couldn’t repair the unit.
This company is horrible...I bought a new home 5 yrs ago and the A/C already has a leak and they screwed up the wiring in the A/C panel...did not go thru this company to fix it because they charge an arm and a leg for labor...thank goodness the part is still under warranty
Their customer service is horrible. They made an appointment with me, I missed an entire day of work waiting on them, and they didnt show. No call, no show. Then I called back to make inquiries. The only thing they could tell me is that they were just an answering service and they couldnt tell me when I would get my issue taken care of. They said someone would call me but couldnt say when. And that I would have to just wait. Meaning I would miss another day of work.
New home build in 2017 and three systems installed for 20k. Upstairs unit failed fall of 2019. Parts were warrantied but they charged a hefty labor fee to include a fee for “categorizing“ parts. After paying almost $900 the unit still did not work and they wanted an additional $220 to come back. I stopped payment on my check after I found out the wife paid before unit was fixed. Three other companies quoted only $400 for the same work. NE Florida hearing & air ended up coming out a fixing the unit. Attempted 3 times to settle with Air to air management and was never contacted back until we were civil served with papers and had to go to court. Did not end up having to pay their attorney fees but had to give them the $900 they charged for not even fixing our unit plus $400 in court fees. Listen to the local law enforcement officer when I tell you, do not give this company your business. The laws weigh more in their favor civilly and they have the money for attorneys if you disagree with their performance.
I had 5 rental houses in Green Cove Springs Fl. In 2013 they replaced a new AC unit and did a great job in only one day. In 2019 they replaced a new unit in another house. This was anything but a good experience. A short time later it stopped working. The installer failed to seal the connections and all the coolant leaked out. The new thermostat stopped working possible due to a bad connection. He moved it leaving a large hole in the wall. I would never call them again.

Woke up at 6am Memorial Day morning to a non-cooling air conditioning system. Forecast for 99 degrees. Murphys Law...Called Air to Air and the system was repaired before 10:15am. God bless you Air to Air! Great service in a holiday. You people are the best!
Quick service, great price and a quality system. I had an existing heat pump replaced by Air to Air. They did everything they said they would on the quote. They had provided a great Carrier system for a great price. I needed to have it installed quickly and they set everything up right away. It is great when a company does exactly what they say they would. I appreciate having no worries upon completion.
If their drivers is like their service no thanks. Because Im on 295 and the driver of van 78 has been coming in and out of traffic also hit two cars. I think I will pass.
They never called or showed up. I ended up calling someone else that fixed my AC. I only put one star because I couldnt put zero stars.

Nik was a God send. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He went step by step testing parts and recommending what we needed. After replacing the necessary parts he checked the entire system and flushed the drain line too. He was a pleasure to do business with and we will recommend him and Air to Air to others. It was apparent he respected the company he worked for and represented it well. Thank you Air to Air.

Installed an air handler unit incorrectly, called them many many times to come out and always paid for the service charges. The final time they never gave me a quote to replace it and I ended up calling another company (that’s how it was discovered the installation was not up to par). Air to Air then decided to still charge me for the service call that they didn’t do anything with, no work was done, no quote was given.

This company is deceiving and not upfront about charges, they advertise in the Mint and Money books with coupons for service I called to verify services with the coupon in hand and they assured me what I was going to get..well when they came to my home it was a totally different story and it was a waste of time a paper to advertise services and do something else. I questioned the free service call the day before, but trust it wasnt free it cost $70 dollars...I had another company HONEST AC scheduled to come and perform several services for $10 more and give me a diagnostic test all services in one price with no gimmicks or hidden agenda...Make sure your getting what youve requested with this company and read all the fine print because there very good at hiding prices.....and all there going to do is apologize and collect $70 they need to pull that ad because other companies are offering so much more with no lies and hidden agenda.They would rather loose a lifetime customer than make a customer happy. Truly POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Disappointed! I was promised a call from the service manager but nothing, even after making a call to their office and another promise. Still nothing!
Very happy with their service! I called them at around 11:30 AM and they had a technician there at 2:30 the same day and he got our A/C back up and running in no time. Alan was very polite and helpful. Will use Air to Air again!
Cant say enough good things about Allen and this wonderful company! They came to my rescue today!!Id been waiting for another company to do the work for 6 days now. Been without heat since New Years Eve.Not only did Air to Air fix my heater but they came the same day and charged less then Id been quoted from the original company when all was said and done. 3 year old unit that Ive twice had them out for and for a five dollar part and a five minute change on a capacitor wants to charge 150 for something under warranty. Warranty program is worth nothing. Tech came out and couldnt change capacitor due to weather and asked me about if I looked put window for the coming storm. I get over head and mark up, but thats one worthless warranty. Will follow up complaint with attorney generals office, better business bureau, and DR Horton.....Even better just found out a day later by and honest smaller company that capacitor wasnt the problem and there is a leak in the 3 year old system.
Polite and courteuos service from start to finish! I had dealings with Rick, Haley, Meagan, Cale and Mike and not one them attempted to sell me something I did not need. I cannot say the same for the competition. A superb AC unit was installed at a very reasonable price and yes....I will be using them again and would highly recommend them.
Absolutely awesome experience. They came to my house same day, quote that night (more than reasonable) and full install of a new system the next day. They even preprogrammed my new thermostats with the low temp setting I requested! Best around for sure!

Its nice to see that many have had positive experiences with this company. However, my last experience as a consumer was anything but. They were at my home twice for the same problem and never fix it, yet I was charged. Then they lied about everything. My suggestion is if you choose to use this company, make sure you watch whats done. If they say theyve changed a part, get your old part before they leave your property. One star for the fake smiles.
Allen is awesome. He is familier with my crappy A/C unit (not installed by Air to Air)...he has fixed it many times. He is always thorough and explains what he did and what might come up in the future. He is professional, polite and always friendly. I specifically request him because of his awesome awesomness.

I wouldnt use anybody else for my air conditioning needs. I have used several different contractors over the years and Air to Air is the only one that was able to identify my problem with the flow of air to the back of my house. Cale was right on top of it and determined that my return air duct was not sufficient. After installing a new trunk line and adding an additional vent, my problem was solved. That was three years ago and its still working perfectly. I did have a capacitor go out last week and they were there within the hour and got me back up and running. The tech was curtious and professional. A great team.
In my experience, Air to Air has been a top company in sales and service that have met my family’s every need regarding their products and maintenance. They are responsive, prompt, and extremely professional.
The girls at the office were great, they had a guy at my house the same day. He fixed the heat, cleaned up everything abd explained what he did all for half the price of other places.

Called them multiple time to have them come check out the ac unit because it just wouldn’t get lower then 80 degrees in the house. 1st time they came a guy said it was totally fine which I thought how can it be fine!?? Then left. 2nd time they came he said ok yea some is wrong with it but cannot fix at current moment???? Huh? To conclude very unprofessional and does not know what they are doing because the same day I had someone else who fixes ac come in and they fixed it just fine in one day so yea.
