Best Tire & Service place out there! Highly recommend to anyone needing their car serviced. I came in for a flat tire that was to be covered by my extended warranty. Their team went above and beyond helping me with my tire coverage. They spent 10 plus hours calling the company to get them to commit to the policy they owed. Never gave up, when they finally got the warranty to cooperate they had my tired changed within 20min. Couldnt ask for better care!

Three months ago I went to Turbo to fix my car: the mechanicians gave a good job. This morning I brought my car to check a problem. The manager gave me all details and was very helpful. Since I have to wait for couple hours, ms Jaqueline was willing to drop me home. Also, everyone was kind and made me feel that they needed to give help more than had the money.Good customer service!

The guys at the Main St. Location are awsome. They were so helpful, genuine, and professional. I really felt as if they wanted to help me. To me the prices are reasonable. Thank you so much and I will come again

The folks at Tubels on Main Street are very knowledgeable, communicate well, and are very polite and personable. When it turned out that they were not able to correct the problem with my car, they recommended that I take it to the dealer and offered me a full refund for what I had already paid them. I wish that theyd been able to fix it, but I appreciate their honesty and integrity and I will definitely go to them for service in the future.

A late Friday afternoon flat on I-295 took us (via tow truck) into this shop just as they were preparing to close on a hot July afternoon. I cant say enough positive things about the service and the way we were treated by every person at this shop. I regret that I dont have names of a few specific folks. Although they didnt have the right size tire to fit our vehicle, they were able to work with a used, but good, tire they did have and get us on the road to make the 75-mile trip back home. By then it was long past closing time, yet they still were diligent about test-driving the car to ensure there were no safety issues due to the imperfect fit. If all this were not enough, in the end they didnt ask us to pay anything(!) Now and then we get reminders of kindness and grace in the world. This is an example we will remember and hopefully pass on.

I will never go anywhere but this location they were absolutely amazing! I went in thinking I needed an alignment and a balance which I originally thought a place I had been to 2 weeks prior had failed at. After describing my issues the store manager Joe asked to take a look at my vehicle and showed me that it wasnt an alignment or balance but front tires that I needed as the current ones were starting to separate. In no time he not only had a selection for me to choose from, but had me back on the road and I cant thank them enough!

After having my routine oil change at Orange Park Infinity, I was told I needed new brakes on my QX60. I took my vehicle to Tubles and in less than 20 minutes of dripping my car off, they called to get more detailed information as to why I thought I needed new brakes. I was informed that my brakes were still good with plenty of pad remaining. They could have made the sale and I would have never know the difference. Integrity still does exist in business. I will support this small business and leave the big dealership.

Such an efficient experience. I arrived a few minutes before official opening time for an emergency set of tires. They let me in and got started and had my ready to keep rolling down 95 in an hour. Totally recommended!

Dropped off my vehicle to have the A/C fixed. Note that I told the gentleman at the counter that I had done the normal things and checked the fuses and Freon level, etc. All pointed to the pressure switch on the compressor. Being a local business owner myself I really dont have the time to repair it and upon recommendation I took it to Tubels. After waiting all day and no phone call from them I called around 5:30 to see the status. The person who answered told me 2 incredible things - My A/C is better than it was when I came in BUT the compressor is shorted and will need to be replaced along with the dryer and then recharged, etc. He continued to say that off the top of his head (exact quote) he had done this before and it was around $1000 to $1100. I told him no thanks and to just get it ready and Ill pick it up. Once I got there I asked How is my car better than when I brought it in? The A/C didnt work at all so how is it better now? No answer. The gentlemen just continued to work on whatever paperwork he was working on. I then suggested did he get the compressor working? The man responded with Yes he jumpered it and got it to kick in. I said OK then how is the compressor shorted? He says There are small electronic components in there. Thats where the wires go in. At this point I had to laugh. The wires he referred to was connected via a plug to the EXACT same thing I told him needed replacing when I dropped the car off. The compressor cannot be shorted. There are no small electronic components inside the compressor. It is completely mechanical. This was an outright lie. The wires lead to the defective pressure switch. This is a $30 part. Then to top it off he sealed the deal by handing my key back and telling me to have a good day. No paperwork. No charges. No record. None of which I asked for. This action only proves the lie. I will never return and my own business is right down the street.

Have been dealing with Tubels Goodyear for many years. Have ALWAYS been treated with respect and courtesy. The work is always done in a timely manner. Would recommend anyone else to use their service.

Wonderful experience after our car broke down Labor day weekend, 900 miles from home. They took great care of us getting us back on the road as quick as possible. Thank you Ben for everything!

Garbage. Just spent $30 on a diagnostic so they would tell me the wrong thing that was bad on my car AC. They wanted almost $200 to refill Freeon (which was not the problem), where any other garage does it for $65 (and you can even do yourself). Another garage told me the right thing that was wrong and Tubel refuses to give me my money back even when their diagnostic was wrong. Dont waste your money here.

Very friendly, efficient service. They checked and filled my tires for free when the weather changed.
